Had they retired?  Given up on fighting?  Or was this simply a fight on a scale they weren’t prepared or able to participate in?

Hey, so are any of my (currently) 709 followers tech-savvy with computers?

I need some help making sense of like, what different kinds of graphics cards mean and the relationship between those and other computer hardware stuff so I can figure out what sort of price range is realistic for what I want (and if I need to lower expectations a little to keep it affordable.) I have a general idea of what these mean and are, but beyond the generalities... not so much.

I'm looking to spend my tax refund on a new Desktop that can let me play Fallout 4 with high-res and detailed texture mods, etc, and between talking to people at Best Buy and some googling I'm getting some very different prices (and while I'd expect Best Buy to inflate the price somewhat, how much is confusing)

If someone can give me some significant help, I'd be willing to write a gift fic for them, if they'd like. ^^
