Who is better at driving. Krueger or Nikto.

It's Krueger. Nikto is a goddamn menace. As long as he's behind the wheel it's a street race between him and the rest of the world. he's VERY fast and frankly reckless. caused a few accidents in his youth AND would still do that. possibly willingly.
