@golden-heart-beats Since Koso’s a werewolf, he’s essentially a walking furnace, so he doesn’t need much to stay warm, but Lokka always makes sure he wears at least the bare minimum appropriate for winter weather.

Did some redesigns for some of my characters! Here’s what’s changed:

Koso - Nothing too extreme. I just removed some of his hair markings so that he only has the ones on the front ends of his bangs.

Hatter - Completely got rid of the green in his hair (I use green too much anyway), I got rid of the dipped part in his hair, and his green side tendrils are now black. He also has hazel eyes now instead of green. Oh, and the black markings on the sides of his eyes is eyeliner; the ones under his eyes are the ones he got after he was bonded to Left and Right when he was younger.

Denjo - He has a complete color palette change! He has silvery-blond hair now instead of blue and orange, and his wings and tail are also silvery-blond and the inside of his wings match his skin tone. I also changed how his scars appeared, and his scarred eye isn’t blind anymore.

Osrick - The only thing I changed was that I got rid of the green in his hair. Seriously, what is up with me and green?

Introducing my third oldest OC, Koso Starkwolff!! His design is more simple compared to Shard and Zalem’s designs, but he was still fun to draw again!!

Bio: Koso is the son of a German army engineer (his dad) and a bipolar Japanese photographer (his mom). He also has a little sister named Cagome who’s ten years his junior and has tachyarrhythmia, a condition in which the heart has irregular or skipping heartbeats at times, and the kind she has makes her heart beat faster than it’s suppose to on occasion. His little sister’s condition and his mother’s journey with her bipolar disorder inspired him to become a doctor and study medicine and psychology as he got older, and work in the field of medicine as an adult. Koso also has OCD, and he tends to repetitively clean and organize his stuff and stuff around the house, and even other peoples’ stuff if he has permission to do so. He sometimes feels bad about it, though, because he feels like he’s just a walking OCD stereotype, but Shard and Zalem have helped him gain more self-confidence about it and whatnot!!

He had a pretty average childhood, but he had to help out his mom and take care of his sister when his dad wasn’t home and his mom was having a downswing period. Other than that, though, he grew up with a very loving family and was treated very well by his parents.

Koso is also a werewolf, as are the rest of the DMAB people in his bloodline. DFAB people can only be carriers, and if they are werewolves, it’s because the parents both carried the recessive gene for the werewolf gene. The form is dormant until the person hits puberty, and they transform into their werewolf form under the full moon no matter what until the person turns 18, and after that they can transform into their werewolf form whenever they want, but only at night. With this, the form is weakest during the new moon, and strongest during the full moon. When he’s in that form, he becomes illiterate, but he still holds most of his personality and intelligence from his human form, but with a layer of animalistic instincts.

He met Shard and Zalem when they were all little kids, since his parents used to be college buddies with Shard and Zalem’s parents, and they’re both the longest-lasting friendships he’s had with anyone. He also met his girlfriend, Lokka, in their sophomore year of high school, but they didn’t start dating until their senior year.

Fun Facts

Koso has Ophidiophobia (fear of snakes) and Claustrophobia (fear of tight and enclosed spaces). The first one stems from when he accidentally watched part of a documentary on venomous snakes as a little kid and it traumatized him ever since, and the second one stems from when he accidentally locked himself in the washing machine when he was trying to get something out of there and the door snagged and locked on itself; he was home alone so no one could get him out until his mother came home two hours later and heard him crying inside the washing machine.

He tends to keep up a stoic and no-nonsense facade due to his autism making it difficult for him to express his emotions at times and empathize with others, but he’s actually a huge socially-awkward sweetheart once you get past his tough exterior.

Lokka, Shard, and Hatter are the few people that know just how to push his buttons and make him lose his temper and break his aloof facade.

Even though him and Shard and Hatter tend to butt heads with each other a lot, he still considers them good friends and knows they mean no ill will against him when they mess with him like that.

Because of his werewolf bloodline, he’s allergic to most chocolate except for white chocolate, since it contains no traces of cocoa. If he eats something with chocolate in it, he’ll have an allergic reaction similar to food poisoning that lasts for a few days.

He loves coffee, tho, and his favorite kind are pumpkin spice lattes (he ignores the fact that it’s considered “white girl coffee” bc gdi it’s good coffee and he enjoys it so who cares).

His favorite music genre is classical music and smooth jazz because it helps him focus and calm down if he’s having an OCD and/or anxiety episode. He also really likes use them as auditory stims.

His favorite stims are listening to music and chewing on a special stim stick he has that doesn’t get spit everywhere, which is why he likes chewing on that the most more than other things.

He’s basically the Mom Friend in the sense that he makes sure everyone’s eating/drinking water/showering/etc.

He’s also very touch adverse, but he’ll let you touch him without asking for permission if he trusts you enough and considers you a close enough friend.

Koso talks very formally and whatnot, and that’s mostly due to the fact that he reads a lot of high-level books and whatnot; he’s also really good at picking up sarcasm, but he struggles with learning slang terms.

The only person that’s able to fluster him the easiest is Lokka; she’s also one of the few people he feels comfortable enough with expressing PDA, even if it’s pretty lowkey.

Hey, I made one for Shard and Zalem, so why not Koso? He has the least amount of expressions because I'm a lazy piece of shit.

God I haven't drawn their Sonic forms in YEARS. It's kind of refreshing, really. Drawing them in their old forms and all.

Yes, almost all of my OCs started out as Sonic FCs. As I grew out of the Sonic fandom, I made their human forms and bam, here we are.

Good lord I'm out of practice. It was a bit more difficult than I expected, eheheh.

And I made Zalem look sO CONFUSED OH MY GOD. I also gave him darker skin because his mom is fucking Jamaican, so of course he's going to have fairly dark skin.

OC Sketch dump!

It started out with Lokka (the girl in the very top left corner), and then it just exploded into this heheheheheh sweats.

I'll explain who each one is!

Lokka Vroomen (girl in the top left corner): 16. Dutch/Asian. She's a professional thief and her father runs a large million-dollar chain company, but her mother is out of the picture. What her father does is kinda sketchy (it's pretty much a mafia), so she does her Robin Hood thing just to spite them.

Koso Starkwolff (the boy next to her): 17. German/Italian/European/Scandinavian. Lokka's boyfriend and one of my three oldest OCs. He has OCD and is a bit of a germaphobe (basically like Levi). He's stoic and serious most of the time, but occasionally cracks his shell and shows a warmer side.

Kashi Sū Xiùyuè (little girl with the hat): 6. Chinese. She's a Jiang-Shi, which is a Chinese Vampire. She's over 300-years-old but is physically 6 because she died as a baby from exposure but her aging slowed dramatically. She has lock-jaw and a Gasglow smile (hence the scarf) and uses telepathy to talk to people mentally, but verbally speaks Chinese/Mandarin. Best friends with Kukan and Cagome.

Danika Fairbairn (the long-haired girl with the scars): 16. Irish/Scottish. Got those scars from a rampaging bull when she was 10. She's very caring and motherly and never raises her voice unless absolutely necessary. Best friends with Hatter.

Hatter Dobhail (the boy in the top hat): 16. Irish. He's a paranoid schizophrenic and has two demons that live as his shadow, Left and Right. He's loud, abrasive, awkward, and very sweet once you get past his shell. Best friends with Danika and sees her as a sister/mother figure.

Kukan Ujin (the girl in the ponytails): 12. Japanese/American. She's an android built by her father after her organic body died from brain cancer. Arms and hands turn into various weapons. Best friends with Kashi and Cagome. Has a future relationship with Osrick.

Osrick Moon (boy with the gas mask): 16. Korean. First-Gen Android that exists in a post-apocalyptic era. Doesn't talk much, but is absurdly intelligent and uses perfect grammar when he does. Has a crush on Kukan.

Chalice Dochyada (the psychotic-looking one with the giant braid): 20 (mentally 250). Russian/Greek. Poison-Barb Demon and has poisonous blood. Creepy and loud and just apathetic about the human race overall. Has a major crush on Denjo.

Denjo Thantos (the guy with the broken horn): 20 (mentally 250). Greek/European/German. Watched his mother die as a little kid (thing that killed her broke his horn and gave him the scar). Very apathetic and pissed at the human race.

Cagome Starkwolff (smiling girl with the heart on her dress): 9. German/Italian/European/Scandinavian. Koso's little sister and has Coronary artery disease (CAD). Even so, she's very bubbly and energetic and optimistic about life. Best friends with Kukan and Kashi.

Emmy Powell (girl with the bat wings) 21. Jamaican/Welsh/Canadian. Zoro's twin and older by five minutes. She's kind, sassy, and very knowledgeable about romance. Emmy works at a jewelry store and Xula's girlfriend.

Zoro Powell (guy with the mohawk): 21. Jamaican/Welsh/Canadian. Emmy's twin and younger by five minutes. He's in a punk band and wants to be either in a band or a professional boxer. Loud, sometimes rude, and blunt, but is actually pretty sweet. The fingers on his left hand are morphed together because of a birth defect. In a relationship with Trusha.

Trusha Olathe (girl next to Cagome): 18. African-American/Native-American. She works at a museum and wants to be a historian. She's very soft-spoken and sweet, but has a wilder side as well. The markings on her face and body are hereditary on her mother's side. In a relationship with Zoro.

Xula Espinosa (punk girl with the butterfly wings) 21. Latina. Works at a tattoo parlor and has a ghetto mouth, but is sweet once you get to know her. In a relationship with Emmy.
