If ut isn't a spiiler, can you tell us how Kinito feels towards the user? In the game, his approach seems slightly... mixed.
he doesn't feel anything, or so it seems.
he's nothing but part of a program (?), he supposedly does what he was programmed for. along with the hint i gave earlier (again, it is a specific thing that changes everything!), his approach might be perceived as mixed in two different fields... or point of views.
consider such information with caution as it might change in the future, and that his lore might touch delicate topics.
