I wanted to do a full translation of this page (credit to @yamryuu for the scan) for my own curiosity, and figured I may as well share it. I've also written out my transliteration of the Japanese so anyone can check the translation themselves.

横から見ると排気管がよく目立つ The exhaust pipe stands out when viewed from the side.

普段はおとなしいが怒らせると怖い Usually quiet, but scary when angered.

背中「押忍」は勇気の印だ The "osu!" on his back is a mark of courage. (Explanations of the phrase here and here)

レンガ割りも楽々こなす優しき空手リーガーだ The gentle karate leaguer can easily split bricks.

8話以降、髪が立っている場合が多い From episode 8 onwards, his hair often stands up.

リュウケンの腹部パーツ。 結構いいパーツを使っているみたいだ Ryuuken's abdominal parts. He seems to be using pretty good parts.

リュウケンが作られた下町のエ場。 現在は閉鎖中である The downtown area where Ryuuken was made. Currently closed.

意外とジャンプ力に優れている。 でも頭の丸みもよく目立つ… Surprisingly excellent jumping power. However, the roundness of his head often stands out... (?)

「オーナーをいぢめる奴は許さない！」 “I won't forgive anyone who bullies the Owner!”

努力のリーガー、リュウケンは今日も走る！ A hardworking leaguer, Ryuuken is running today!

自分の事を空手リーガーと気付かないリュウケンだが、周りも気付いてくれなかった。 結構おまぬけである Ryuuken doesn't notice he's a karate leaguer, nor do those around him. It's pretty ridiculous.

ボク、どうしても勝ちたいんだ!! No matter what, I want to win!!

オイルは自家製が一番なのだ Homemade oil is the best ド貧乏チームのシルバーキャッスル、パーツ代がなくて中古車の部品でリーガーを修理しているくらいで高級オイルが買えるわけはない。 カラテリーガーのリュウケンには山籠り特訓用の自給自足回路くらいあるい違いない 。 毎夜、松を蹴り倒し、松根油を集めるリュウケンの努カにより、メンバーはへルシーな植物油で健康を保っていたのだろう。 For the poor team Silver Castle, avoiding parts fees by repairing leaguers with secondhand car parts isn’t enough to afford high quality oil. Karate leaguer Ryuuken must have a self sufficient route of special training in the mountains. Through Ryuuken’s efforts to kick down pine trees and collect pine root oil every night, the members were probably able to keep up their health with healthy vegetable oil.
