We’ve had quite a few clarification questions come in lately, so I thought I’d answer them in here.

 Q: (@so-i-grudgingly-joined-this-site) Will applications be accepted on a first come first served basis? Do we have to submit art or writing samples with the application? 🔹 A: All applications will be considered at the same time once apps have closed. You can apply on day 1 or day 30 with no consequence. And we will require examples of previous work.

Q: What are you looking for in an artist's portfolio in order to be accepted? Also do we need to include any kh fanart? 🔹 A: We are looking for demonstrations of your work. At least one Kingdom Hearts fanart is required.

Q: (@kh3fan06) What do we do to get into kairizine do we send you some of or work or do you just look on our tumblr page? 🔹 A: We would prefer to only use submitted pieces via the applications opening on August 9th rather than dig through social medias.

Q: are wips acceptable for examples on our applications? i lost a lot of my work recently and the only completed pieces i have are pretty outdated and old 🔹 A: I’m so sorry to hear that happened! Yes WIPs are okay. But please note that we can only review apps based on what we see rather than what we’re told.

Q: are 3D art pieces allowed? 🔹 A: If you mean 3D models, then yes, so long as the models are not licenced by a third party in the final zine piece. If you mean 3D traditional art, then that depends. Ultimately we will be producing a physical book and PDF, so contributions will need to be 2D transferable. 🔹 Now if know how to do AR book pieces like this then heck yes and I beg you please hit us up PLEASE AAAAA

Q: I will definitely be applying as an artist but I'm not gonna get my hopes up 😔 Rejected for 3 in a row now.. But I'm still gonna try! No harm in that, right? ^^ 🔹 A: We gladly welcome any and all contributors who are interested.

Q: Hello! I have a question about the writing application. Can we submit a non-KH story on the application? I don't publish a lot of KH stories, and a lot of the stuff I have published is on the older side. (I do have one Kairi-centric story, so this is just about the other two examples of my work!) Hi! Nice to meet you too @kh3fan06! Thank you so much! In terms of requests, if people drop me an ask with their own headcanons/questions/thoughts I usually try to draw a little response if I can! Sometimes I am not able to do that but I do try to draw a little something if possible :) If it's a larger piece that someone has in mind with specific details, then messaging me is the best thing so we can hash out the details and determine if I will be able to do it! Currently, I am not in a position to do that or take commissions; however, if it’s the former you would like, here is a rikai I did when I saw your ask :)! Thank you for the lovely ask!

Hello everyone!

I'm back with another drawing and this is of kairi and what i image she could look like in kairi KH4 since sora outfit is a bit inspired by soupergroupe image kairi's to be the same way

Her outfit is a bit inspired by the supergroupies outfit with the the tulip like skirt with plaid pattern in between the slits of it along with a black belt

For a shirt she has a turtle neck that sleeves goes to her elbow the color is a very like pink with a almost whiteish grayish tint to it

And the jacket that covers the shirt is also a bit inspired by the supergroupies outfit it's a pink and black hoodie with drawstring the hoodie, the sleeves of the hoodie are rolled up revealing the same plaid pattern as in between the slits of the skirt and the ends of the jacket are pockets with a flap to close them and the flap has similar plaid pattern as the skirt

Overtime kairi's hair grew to shoulder length part of her hair had been clipped back with a poapu hair clip

Her boots are quite similar to her KH3 boots but with a plaid pattern over the top of them

She also has two rubber bracelets on her right wrist and one beaded bracelet on her left

Anyway i hope you enjoy it just as a much as i enjoyed drawing it

Hello everyone!

I'm back with another redraw and this is the very first kairi in field of flowers drawing i ever did this was where kairi in a field of flowers started

It was first time i this did back in 2018 as you can see i was using waterbased markers also i didn't have skin markers it was also a little bit after i think ether the first or second trailer for kingdom hearts 3 came out i can't really remember which trailer it was i all really remember was i really loved kairi's kh3 outfit from the moment i saw it and i had to draw it

And the second drawing i did back in 2019 it was a bit after i started using alcohol marker i still didn't really know about blending or shading also some of them were quite dry when did the drawing XD

And the one i did for this year and what in impovement i honestly never thought i improved that much on the hands until i drew theses hands i am so glad i redrew this picture cause i would've regretted it my favorite part of this was probably the dress i really love how this dress came out

I had really hard time drawing the hair and how i should draw it i didn't if i should make it closer to the first drawing or the second one i decided to do closer to the first one i'm really happy on how it came out

Anyway I hope you enjoy this redraw as much as i did and i be back with another redraw in another week or two and who knows it maybe it will be a sokai drawing,

I'm back with another redraw

And this one of is one of kairi but also two characters that i don't really draw and that is namine and xion

As you can see i drew this way back in 2019 it was back when i was first using a

Alcohol markers and when i drew it i ran out of skin tones so i just left it white

I am really proud about how it came out i think it's really adorable i really love how they came out

You really never realize how much you improve until you look back at you're old artwork

I really like how this one came out it think it's just as cute as my last sokai mini drawings post

I usually don't play favorites of my artwork but i really like how the sora and kairi cuddle drawing cam out i think it's really adorable

Same with sora watching kairi sleeping i think it's adorable as well

Hello everyone!

So while cleaning the drawers to my desk i have found some old drawings that i had forgotten about

This one is one that i did back in 2019 it's the one on top it was a few months after kingdom hearts 3 came out

it was also the first time i use alcohol markers as well it was also drawn on paper and they were kinda dry when i drew it :P

i'm not gonna lie i was nervous about redrawing this i didn't know how the finished drawing was going to be

but i really love it's one of my favorite drawings i haven't draw kingdom hearts 2 kairi in a long time

I love the background of this drawing and i love her hair i love everything about this redraw she is so adorable i also found some more drawings to do

including some sokai drawings that are begging to be redrawn

i honestly did how much i progressed until i started looking at my old drawings

So you might be seeing some more redraws that is if this post get enough likes

Kairi's outfit in the sofia the first world (Form 1)

Hello everyone

The form 1 is a princess like dress with sheer sleeves and has kairi's good luck charm embrodered on the bottom of it and on the sleeves with also a golden crown clip in her hair with three beaded bracelets

And the form 2 dress is a two layer dress with kairi's good luck charm charm embrodered on the bottom of it and frilly sheer sleeves along with crown and a huge bow on the back of the dress with three beaded bracelets

So i was drawing page 3 & 4 of the manga when i was think about the two or three world i'm going to add to it

and one of them was a world from one of my childhood shows and that is sofia the first for those who don't know who sofia the first is

It's a cute cartoon about a normal village girl who's mom marries a the king of the kingdom enchancia

And in each episode she leans how to be a princess how a be not only a good princess but a good person

Along with her very vain stepsister amber and her twin brother james who dreams of being a knight

Anyway i highly recommend you watch the cartoon it's on netflix i believe

Anyway i hope you enjoy the designs and i'll probably release some more designs so keep a look out :)

Now i did these designs i think a year or two ago and i wanted to redraw them in a bit of a cuter way along with xion
