Mamma Mia, Here We Go Again!
Tumblr media
The word “evil” is not a strong word when it comes to Mia Thornton, Jacqueline Blake claimed.
But they did more progress with one conversation than Candiace Dillard Bassett, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon have with an entire season.
Everybody seems to like Jacqueline, and everybody appeared to keep in touch with her after her multiple falling out with Mia between the two seasons.
They claim that they’re fighting like sisters, but that has got to be like The Richards sisters and Kathy Hilton. I’m not fighting with my sisters like that.
It’s heartbreaking that their issues are because of what happened when they were young.
It’s not just meaningless bullshit between them. There’s real trauma that Mia needs to work through when it comes to her relationship with Jacqueline.
Mia is struggling with feeling resentment towards Jacqueline for what happened in the past, which is why her outbursts is so vicious with her.
But if they can have a civil conversation together, why can’t the rest of the group?
When Charrisse Jackson-Jordan wanted to rehash the issue between Candiace and Robyn at her annual, disappointing crab boil, she wasn’t prepared for the screaming match that followed.
As Keiana Stewart had observed, these women are incapable of talking to each other – they’re only yelling at each other and nobody’s listening.
And Charrisse was screaming and banging on her table to make the women stop yelling at each other.
Mia’s facial expression while muttering to herself “we’re about to get kicked out” cracked me up.
The fact that Charrisse accidentally banged on Jacqueline’s hand cracked me up.
The only thing Karen Huger missed at this party was some under-seasoned crabs and an embarrassing meltdown for no reason.
This is a very long season with no progression. This episode was called “Boiling Point”, but this season isn’t cooking at all.
The only one who has an interesting storyline this season is Mia.
Her marital issues, her financial problems, dealing with trauma, and feuding with Jacqueline. Cheating on her husband.
Like Carlos King said: They should’ve built the season around Mia this season.

This is a Clowning, Not a Crowning
Tumblr media
Keiana Stewart told this group that there’s a lot of speaking at each other instead of to each other, and she’s right.
There are no real conversations here.
Candiace Dillard Bassett didn’t want to engage in Gizelle Bryant’s silly antics with crowning Nneka Ihim as the new Grande Dame of Potomac.
Karen Huger and Mia Thornton are having a threat off with each other instead of having an open and honest conversation about their issues.
Candiace and Wendy Osefo were making faces when Gizelle was talking about her fears and heartbreak over her daughter getting to college.
Robyn Dixon caught their stares and faces and didn’t like it.
It had more to do with their distain for Gizelle then Gizelle’s daughter.
They probably would’ve made those faces if Gizelle was talking about the weather.
While I can agree that it wasn’t a great look, it was at least honest. They don’t like her, why should they pretend? It’s not like Gizelle and Robyn pretend?
Robyn waited until Candiace and Wendy were away from the group to ask if the other women had seen their looks as well.
Gizelle said that she refused to acknowledge Candiace and Wendy after their eyerolls, but Gizelle has never acknowledged them so far this season.
It’s obvious that they want them out of the cast.
What bothered me the most was how they all pretended to get along and having a good time together while talking about sexual things.
They did the same thing in Austen, and it was so awkward and fake. How can it be fun if it’s all fake?
Speaking of fake, though: Can we believe Mia’s stories? One minute she admits that she used to be a stripper and denies it the next.
One minute Gordon Thornton was spending a lot of money just to have a conversation with her as a stripper, then she claims that she was the one with money when they got together.
Is she trying to prevent herself of being perceived as a gold digger? Is she already planning on filing for a divorce from Gordon?

A Weed Party with No Weed
Tumblr media
A weed party with no weed? How dreadful. Wendy Osefo and Eddie Osefo’s weed party was a complete waste of time.
And the weed was the only reason why Chris Bassett stayed at the event alone, because as he said, have you’ve ever seen an angry stoner?
Candiace Dillard Bassett is busy touring with her music album and starring in a series while doing Real Housewives this season.
To say that she’s a busy bee is an understatement. And it was brave of Chris to be in the shark tank by himself.
It got really heated during the reunion, and it would have been nice if he tried to apologize for losing his temper on Gizelle Bryant. But all the women seemed to avoid him.
Ashley Darby claimed that he doesn’t exist in her world, but in my opinion, she was the mean one last season.
She’s of course self-righteous as always, so why am I surprised?
As the women showed up to the Happy Eddie with no weed party, Karen Huger had a bone to pick with Mia Thornton after her rude decline of the invitation.
Mia thought it was rude to be invited as a second thought, so she had no intentions of trying to make it to Surry County.
During their exchange of words, Mia suddenly called Karen an old dog and told her to learn some new tricks. And Karen retaliated by called Mia the “trick”.
It later escalated when Karen said that there were rumours that Mia was dating a rapper and sleeping with a married man.
I guess it was a retaliation from the rumours Charrisse Jackson-Jordan shared about Karen last season. Rumours Mia retold as facts.
Wendy had surprisingly enough invited Nneka Ihim to the weed party as well, and Nneka interpreted as an olive branch. But that was a mistake.
So Nneka invited her to her unboxing party at her house, but Wendy was a no show. But why was Keiana Stewart there without Wendy?!
Did Wendy send her little spy? To check if perhaps Lebe was there too? Just a thought.

Can There Only Be One Nigerian Queen?
Tumblr media
One of the biggest mysteries this season is the family feud between Wendy Osefo and Nneka Ihim.
What is the cause of this animosity?
The feud had allegedly started when Nneka was signed as a housewife on RHOP.
After she was connected to the show, her cousin-in-law Lebe had been contacted by her friend of 13 years, Wendy’s eldest sister, Ivy.
Nneka was told that Wendy was upset with her for using her name to come on the show, while Nneka swore that she had never claimed to be her friend.
Wendy’s mother had also contacted Nneka’s cousin-in-law to ask all sorts of questions.
She had allegedly implied that she would pray against Nneka.
Why else would she mention her shrine where she prays against people?
A part of me thought that Wendy knew that her mother had made that phone call to Nneka’s family, and therefore decided to show more of her religious side this season.
It was literally the first thing she said this season: “You know I’m a Catholic, right?”
I don’t think they’re faking being Catholics, but I believe they’re using their religion as a deflection of the allegations they know are coming their way.
And did Wendy bring her own friend, Keiana Stewart, on the show in hopes of forcing Nneka out?
But why would Wendy and her family have such a strong reaction to Nneka joining the show.
Even Eddie Osefo denied knowing Nneka’s husband Ikenna Ihim, which made it weirder.
I understand that being friends on Facebook doesn’t automatically mean that you are friends, but why did Eddie unfollow him in the first place?
Wendy and her family don’t want Nneka to be on the show, and I must ask myself why.
Can there only be one Nigerian Queen on the show?
Ashley Darby even said in her confessional that it would be easier for Wendy to just admit that she wanted to the only Nigerian on the show.
Because that is what it seems like anyway.
There can only be one Nigerian Princess on RHOP and that would be Dr. Wendy Osefo.

The Friends of the Wives are Fighting!
Tumblr media
Potomac was the show just a couple of seasons ago. They were so close with become the supreme.
But it sadly looks like the show is slowly but surely falling apart.
When TMZ dropped the video of two women fighting at the season finale filming, my heart just sank. It was disgusting to see.
I’m sure the women and the fans will find a way to blame Candiace Dillard Bassett for this also.
She grabbed the champagne bottle during the brawl, and some fans acts like that was the worst thing about the footage. Seriously?!
But the facts are the facts, and the facts are that the women fighting were Ashley Darby’s friend Deborah Williams (aka Sesame Street) and Wendy Osefo’s friend Keiana Stewart.
It seemed like Keiana punched Deborah, who threw something in Keiana’s face. It escalated from there until they fell to the floor and the embarrassment was complete.
Deborah posted a video of herself the next day proving that she was unharmed after the brawl, posted a picture of Keiana’s broken nail and asked how the ride in the ambulance was.
That is disgusting! Two friends on the wives were fighting, and Bravo should put their foot down and ban them from any future production.
There’s no room for this behaviour on Real Housewives.
I don’t even want this to be a part of the season. The cameras were thankfully not running, and they should leave this out altogether.
And frankly, this is the second time Deborah has been filming and causing problems with the women. She needs to go.
She was spreading lies about Chris Bassett and Eddie Osefo, claiming that they tried to flirt with her, when none of the footage or audio could support her claims.
And Ashley continued to believe Deborah, even after viewing all of the footage.
Deborah should never be allowed to film again. Not with Ashley, not with anyone.
As the reboot of RHONY actually looks to be a success, every housewife needs to feel the pressure. To quote Lisa Vanderpump:
“People are replaceable, and they need to know that.”
