Began my journey to lose 10 pounds yesterday.
My supplements finally came in. I’m doing a combo of collagen, weight management and probiotic fibre (these are three separate powders).
I’m working out twice a day. I saw @csuitebitches post on the Sweat app by Kayla Itsines and I do like it thus far. I walk for 30 mins post work.
I’ve given myself 3 months to lose the 10.
