i think my favourite part of the ratfish episodes are the fact that it's the most accurate portrayal of friendship i can think of. here's all your friends but they're anonymous, make each other laugh. it's always one specific thing that would make no one else bat an eye that makes you get made by someone else. katie made a joke about anti-depressants and immediately got clocked by rekha. zac mentioned publix and grant went "that's zac." grant chose a bette midler song and ally went "gay ass. probably grant." zac didn't get any vibes at all from steven and realised he knows his friends better than this. i do not know this person in real life.

It pleases me that Brennan is known and seen by his friends and colleagues at dropout. Ally knowing choosing to play as Brennan would irritate him, Rehka clocking that Brennan would choose a character that would be diametrically opposed to him making him Rehka, Katie immediately sensing that a bug with a big ass is Brennan after a long monologue. Even Brennan remarking that everyone in the last five episodes of game changer has commented that Brennan is formidable even as he loses, tells me that this man is thriving, and everyone around him can comfortably improv with him and do thousands of bits and it will occasionally be unhinged but will always result in hilarious content.

the situation in gaza is awful for civilians. but guess what? that's war! it's not a genocide. it's not special. it's war. war is awful. but a war isn't a targeted attempt to destroy an entire ethnic group. if israel were trying to genocide palestinians, then how come 20% of its citizens are arab israelis/palestinians?

did you forget that the war was started by gaza? did you forget that 101 civilians are still held captive there, after many more were murdered in tunnels without the light of day, including US citizens?

i know you don't care about jewish misery, but have you nothing to say about the Thai foreign workers and Arab Druze civilians murdered by Hezbollah strikes? you claim to support the innocents suffering but your empathy ends where the Jewish state's borders begin.

absolutely reprehensible.

Anyone else here shocked and horrified by dropouts sudden declaration? Or is it just me? I had to read through it about five times until I believed it was real.
