This brooch is best known for its appearance on Ingrid Bergman as Ilsa Lund in 1942’s 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘢, but it was worn both before and after her performance in the classic film.   After Casablanca, the brooch found its way into another cinematic gem with 1945’s 𝘔𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘦, where the magnificent Joan Crawford wore it in the title role.
