Ribon’s website has information on the December issue of Ribon which goes on sale  November 2nd.
The big news is that Nekota no Koto ga Ki ni Natte Shikatanai by Rie Outa is ending.  This is not surprising because Ribon usually ends long running series before the new year starts and had already announced a countdown. But I’m really sad to see this series ends. Can’t wait to see how it all wraps up!
Considering that the final volume of the series will probably be a little short I think we can expect some kind of bonus story or a oneshot by Outa-sensei in either the next issue of Ribon Special (probably in November or December) or in a upcoming issue of Ribon.
Karuki Haru’s Tsumugi to Hakoni wa Monster will also end in this issue with chapter five. I expect this series will probably get a print release even though it seems like the series was not very popular :|
This issue will feature two oneshots by rookie artists: Mazuda Yuna, who seems to be gaining a lot of popularity these days and Shirosaki Fumiko. Shirosaki-sensei’s debut story was recently featured as part of Margaret Bookstore promotion. You can read it for free here.
Yoko Maki’s Kirameki no Lion Boy will get the cover and Mayu Sakai’s series Kimi to Dake wa Koi ni Ochinai will have the opening color page.
The preview cut for this issue’s chapter of Suisai is digitally colored. Looks like Yukimaru-sensei is moving in that direction now. I’m not sure how I feel about that. :\

Ribon's website is now listing the lineup for 2015′s last issue of Ribon Special which will be released on December 17th. Mayu Sakai’s Kimi to Dake wa Koi ni Ochinai will get the cover.
The biggest news is that there will be two special 60th Anniversary chapters in this issue one for Hime-chan no Ribbon and one for Hoshi no Hitomi no Silhouette. Although was there another HnHnS chapter I missed because how did we go from ENGAGE to ENGAGE 3?!
Headlining artists for this issue are: Ume Yuzuki: “Kare Kano Continue” (will get the opening color page) Ishikawa Emi: “tomorrow to you” (oh! A romance story from Ishi?!) Utano Yuzuki // original story by *Meru*: “ Koitsu, Ore no Dakara” (oh! Pretty!) Karuki Haru: “Ghost Rendezvous“ Kasumi Yuuko: “Unmei Janai Hito“ Ikeda Haruka: “Ore no Chiisana Ohimesama” Mari Asabuki: “Hajimete Desu ga Nanika?” (nice to see Asabuki-sensei again!) Aki Mochida: “Hello Dear Mister”
Regular series featured in this issue: Nekota no Koto ga Ki ni Natte Shikatanai, Chocotan!, Mata Ashita, Boku no Ie ni Oide, and with a color page, Buddy Go!
