Synopsis: After getting into an accident that left her hospitalized since the entrance ceremony, small and timid Nishiyama Hiyori is finally released and going to school. All she wants is a peaceful school year without standing out, but that proves to be impossible when she has to sit next to Hirose Yuushin, who not only does what he likes, but is a whole 50 centimeters taller than her! Even though Hiyori doesn’t think she can get along with Yuushin, her friend suggests using him as practice to start opening up! Review: A story that tells a importance of friendship and the changes it brings. A very beautiful story about overcoming your own barriers, working hard and achieving your goals. Little by little, Hiyori can get close to people and form great friendships that encourages her to fight and to keep going. Thus, she finally find her first love, Yuushin. Regardless of the height difference and trying to overcome her own shyness, Hiyori tries to improve his relationship with him more and more. It really is a very beautiful and inspiring story.

About the author artwork, initially I found it a bit strange, I was no longer accustomed to reading manga with big-eyed characters. In passing the chapters, I got used to it.

Análise: Uma história que conta a importância da amizade e as mundanças que ela traz. Uma história muito bonita sobre como superar suas próprias barreiras, trabalhar duro e alcançar seus objetivos. Pouco a pouco, Hiyori consegue se aproximar das pessoas e formar grandes amizades que a estimula a lutar e seguir a diante. Assim, ela finalmente encontra seu primeiro amor, Yuushin. Sem se preocupar com da diferença de altura e tentando superar sua própria timidez, Hiyori tenta melhorar seu relacionamento com ele cada vez mais. É realmente uma história muito bonita e inspiradora. Sobre o traço do autor, inicialmente achei um pouco estranho, já não estava acostumada a ler mangá com personagens de olhos grandes. Ao passar dos capítulos, acabei me acostumando.

The March 2018 issue of Shueisha’s Ribon magazine has announced that Moe Yukimaru will end her Hidamari no Tsuki manga in the magazine’s next issue in March 2018. Nao Sasaki’s Sugar no Hatsukoi manga will also end in the same issue. Yukimaru launched the Hidamari no Tsuki manga in Ribon in August 2017. Shueisha published the manga’s first compiled book volume on January 25, 2018. Source: ANN

I have read this manga for nth cause I really love it. The story is your typical love story but the girl is timid and small and fall in love with a tall boy. Also, one of the reason why I love this is because Hiyori and I have the same height (almost the same) and my ideal man is someone who is tall, handsome and outgoing just like Hirose.

If you like Shoujo I do recommend that you read this, if you haven’t read it yet.
