『Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter』 Unused Karin Kanzuki Sprites

Two years before she’d appear in Street Fighter Alpha 3, Karin Kanzuki first made her debut in a spin-off manga by Masahiko Nakahiro, titled Street Fighter∶ Sakura Ganbaro!

As such, Karin shares the great honor of being one of the few non-game characters later added into the games with Gouken, Violent Ken, Evil Ryu and those guys from that one game that's based on a movie that's based on game.

Interestingly enough, there’s evidence to suggest that Capcom wanted to introduce Karin into a game before Street Fighter Alpha 3, with a cameo in Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (The Cutting Room Floor [NSFW]).

Karin's scrapped appearance is very clearly based upon Sakura's Street Fighter Alpha 2 sprites, but for her video game debut in the third Alpha entry, she uses a complete set of original sprites.

Furthermore, Karin's appearance in Alpha 3 come with an original design to further differentiate herself from her self-taught rival.

If possible, could you please write Karin (Street Fighter) and Mitsuru (Persona) with M!S/O's who jokingly call them his "Sugar Mommy's" because he thinks it's funny?

The first time you said it, she nearly exploded from the embarrassment.

Her face was redder than her jacket and she nearly choked on air.

The poor girl was in shambles at what you said.

It took her the better part of an hour to get her composure back.

And do you know what made it worse for her?

She couldn’t really argue it.

She was basically your “Sugar Mommy”.

Though… that did mean she could pull rank on you whenever she wants…

She was tempted to let the power rush to her head.

However, she was above holding something like that over someone’s head.

Oh who was she kidding.

No she wasn’t.

She had no idea what it was when you called her for the first time.

When she asked you what it meant you just said “Oh Mitsuru, you sweet innocent thing, never change.”

This confused Mitsuru immensely.

And seeing as she probably won’t be getting an answer out of you, she decided to ask the only person that came to mind when it came to something like this.

A few hours and a short explanation later, Mitsuru was face down on her bed, screaming into her pillow.

Is that what you and her relationship looked like on the outside?

Sure, she wouldn’t mind having everyone know that you were hers thanks to some jewelry, or clothes, or some other knick knack.

However, she had no idea how she would even THINK about the implications people could draw from that.

On the other hand…

An image of you wearing a nice outfit that matched her own perfectly as the two of you walked through the city shot through her mind.

It may just be more than worth it.

She had competed in countless tournaments, defeated powerful opponents, and upheld the Kanzuki name with pride. Yet, despite her many accomplishments, an emptiness gnawed at her soul, a question she could no longer ignore: Who was she, beyond the legacy of her family name?

Karin had always prided herself on her strength, her unwavering confidence, and her indomitable will. She had been raised to believe that the Kanzuki name was synonymous with greatness, that her purpose in life was to continue the family’s legacy and ensure that the Kanzuki clan remained unmatched in power and influence. But as she grew older, as she faced more and more challenges, she began to realize that her identity had become inextricably tied to that of her family. She was Karin Kanzuki, the heir to the Kanzuki fortune, the unrivaled martial artist, the golden phoenix of the Kanzuki clan. But who was she, really? What did she want, beyond the expectations that had been placed upon her?

The questions haunted her, even as she pushed herself harder and harder in her training. She sparred with the best fighters in the world, traveled to distant lands in search of new challenges, and studied ancient texts in pursuit of wisdom. But no matter how much she achieved, no matter how many victories she claimed, the emptiness remained.

One evening, after a particularly grueling training session, Karin found herself wandering through the Kanzuki estate, lost in thought. The moon was high in the sky, casting a soft, silvery light over the garden.
