Ferris Wheels are used to transport Jyezters around Ringling Row (a very large gravel road that surrounds Cloune Towne) to various districts in the town and even into the borders of the Greay Border and the One Cloud district.

It was originally made as one of the many tributes to the forgotten Urthe Peace treaty (other examples include the washing machine, clouune car, and street lights) when now disgraced General GrinAl Di went to the planet to design a vehicle that would have a leader in mind.

He traveled with his husband, a Time Traveler to find a man by the name of George Washington, who had designed the Ferris Wheel around 1893ish.

Without permission, the General copied the design, had gag maker and engineer UneBee Lynt improve it and it quickly became a popular mode of transportation for Urthe Aliens on Ringling Row and Jyezters alike.

The Time Traveler and the General did not know that was the wrong George Washington, even though George Washington Gale Ferris Jr's last name isn't even Washington.

Close enough.
