I think that if you wanted to do a crossover between Kameo: Elements of Power and any of the Fable games, that the settings could feasibly be different continents on the same world.

Crossover Idea: In which the best laid plans of Fear Entities and their Avatars are disrupted by the spontaneous arrival of a princess from another dimension.
Kalus might be lost and alone in a hostile universe but she's also not a statue. So this is an improvement? Even if everyone is trying to kill her. And hey, turns out having power derived from something other then Fear is prettying baffling to the residents of a universe that has never encountered a non-Fear power.
Gerard Keay just wanted the pain to end but when convincing a strange girl to burn his page results in him being bound to her as some sort of guardian spirit. Well, it's a new kind of weird. A good weird? He doesn't hurt and she isn't hurting innocent people. But he's also now the sole (parental? mentor?) adult figure in traumatized 15 year old's life.
Turns out a sometimes corporeal ghost with detailed knowledge of the supernatural and a displaced teenaged conduct of another dimension's elemental Entities can do a lot of damage working together. Even if they are mostly just trying to survive.

When dropping Kalus from Kameo: the Element of Power into other fandoms I headcanon that she’s particularly skilled at working with sentient artefacts.
In Kameo: the Element of Power's canon Kalus is a Royal Elf whose bloodline has ruled the Enchanted Kingdom and possessed the Transformation magic for generations, which has granted them at least one, maybe two unique abilities. A Royal Elf must be present for the Elemental Shield to form and the Petrifying Kiss may be a Royal Bloodline thing.
Among her powers Kalus is confirmed as telepathic and capable of interacting with the energy of the Elemental Sprites while only being in proximately, not possession, of the Element of Power and the Wotnot book.
Relatives of hers are confirmed as capable of a kind of astral-projection telepathy and are apparently bonded in some manner to the Enchanted Kingdom.
The Elemental Warrior transformation seems to be a merger of Elemental Sprite and Wielder. If the Elemental Sprite didn’t contribute something besides the magic then there should be a steep learning curve before the Wielder can use their Warrior forms, but there isn't, Kameo leaps right into combat.
I put this together and got 'Kalus comes from a bloodline specializing in dealing with sentient artefacts and spent her entire childhood anticipating that she would inherit them, therefore she has an extremely intuitive understanding of how to work with items that can feel or think.'

Kalus Dursley: the Younger Cousin
Kalus is reborn as Dudley Dursley’s younger sister.
Kalus Dursley is born on November 2, 1982. Born exactly a year after Petunia discovers Harry on the Dursleys’ doorstep, she is about 2 years younger then her brother and cousin.
She looks like a human-version of herself, blue eyed, red haired, pale skin and sharp features. Her new parents put down the red hair to the Evans side of the family, along with her finer, sharper bone structure.
In another world the room that belongs to Kalus would be Dudley’s second bedroom. In both worlds Harry spends a decade in the cupboard under the stairs.
Kalus’s magic stirs within her when she’s 3 years old and she remembers the Elven Princess she once was.
Kalus has always been intelligent and here she has the advantage of remembering magic. It doesn’t take her long to confirm that she was reborn with her magic. She comes to suspects her cousin has magic too but it takes time for her to be sure. With that knowledge comes the realization that her parents also know of magic. That they know of magic and despise it.
Perhaps if Kalus’s last life had been a happy-stable-safe one, she would believe her parents will love her regardless of her magic. It was not: Kalus knows love is conditional. Her parents seem to love her now but she fears them from the moment she realizes they loathe the magic she possesses.
In this world like canon, the Dursley household does not create an Obscurus, but not for lack of opportunity. Kalus remembers that she loved magic, so she loves it in this life too. Harry never quite realizes that he has magic, that the Dursleys hate magic. She keeps an iron control on her magic and uses it only when alone but she still uses it. He never notices his magic and so he never tries to suppress it. Kalus will never become an Obscurial. Harry does not become an Obscurial.
Kalus does her best to avoid being cruel to Harry. She is even kind to him, but only when they are alone, unwilling to risk her parents displeased attention. If her magic is discovered Harry may be her only ally, best if he already likes her more then her brother and parents. And...well, Dudley is not Kameo and Harry is not herself but somethings are uncomfortably familiar.
Kalus is a bright spot in Harry’s life at the Dursley’s. His younger cousin who sneaks him food and smiles at him and never tries to get him in trouble.
Kalus won’t get her Hogwarts letter until 1994, because her birthday being on the 2/11 means she turns 11 to late for a 1993 Hogwarts letter.
The year of the Tri-Wizard Tournament is the first experience of Hogwarts that Kalus has.
However it goes and however it is revealed, the youngest Dursley being a witch is bound to cause a stir in the household.

Harry’s Twin, Kalus Potter the Obscurial - Birth of an Obscurus.
Kalus Lily Potter is the elder twin sister of Harry James Potter born 15 minutes before her brother.
When Voldemort comes it is still Harry that is hit by the Killing Curse and Harry that becomes Voldemort’s inadvertent Horcrux but in the backwash of the Killing Curse fragments of Kalus’s past-life memories awaken.
Turns out a toddler who knows magic is real, desperately wants their relatives to love them, and has been placed with magic hating muggle relatives is a bad combination. It takes Kalus all twelve days to figure out that the Dursley’s hate it when she displays magic and to start suppressing her magic.
Until her 3 birthday Kalus is perfectly non-magical and trying everything to please the Dursleys but the only person who likes her is her brother. Kalus is terribly upset by this, which triggers the first activation of her Obscurus. The activation of her Obscurus results in 3 things, the full restoration of her past life memories, the complete destruction of the room she was in and the utter terror of the Dursleys.
Kalus might have all the memories of her previous life now but this doesn’t change the fact that her new body is that of a three year old, admittedly magical, human. Logical, well reasoned conclusions are not a strong point of toddlers.
Turns out that 3 year old Obscurials who remember being the rightful heir to the royal elven transformation magic come to the conclusion that they clearly possess some sort of Elemental Sprite and are thus delighted by being an Obscurial. When their relatives suddenly start treating them better they also decide there must have been a communication problem, clearly Kalus should have been interacting with her Aunt and Uncle more like her Cousin Dudley does.
The Dursleys on the other hand are anything but delighted to be housing an Obscurial, not that they know what Kalus is. All the Dursleys know is that their niece can transform into a cloud of destruction when upset. And that she has stopped being meek and obedient and started being angry and demanding.
A 3 year old Witch throwing tantrums like Dudley even with some control of her magic probably would have resulted in the child being struck and thrown in the cupboard with no food for a couple of weeks. A 3 year old Obscurial is an entirely different matter.
Kalus has an exceptionally weird relationship with her Obscurus. The memory return and shift in her family relationships means that she goes from furiously suppressing her magic to loving magic. Her belief that the Obscurus is an Elemental Sprite means she adores it and is proud to possess it. Kalus believes that the Obscurus is an Elemental Sprite and believes that the transformation into an Elemental Warrior is only her natural right and she believes that the transformation is safe, and although influenced by the Elemental Sprite, controllable. Perhaps the blood-wards also play a part but the end result is an Obscurus that is more mutualist symbiont then parasite.
By the time Kalus is 5 years old she has a near perfectly harmonious relationship between herself, her magic and her Obscurus. Likewise she is content with the relationship between herself, her brother and the Dursleys.
The fact that no one notices the development of an Obscurial says terrible things about the Wizarding World.

The Deadliest Hairpiece in the Cultivation World
So everyone in Mo Dao Zu Shi has long hair and some form of fancy headgear.
Imagine then Wei Wuxian, the Yiling Patriarch, wearing his most dangerous weapon, the Yin Tiger Tally, like a hair-pin, a crown, woven in and secured by thick strands of his long hair.
Originally I was contemplating how a woman could carry the Yin Tiger Tally/Stygian Tiger Amulet in a way that appeared non-threatening, would be difficult to remove from her person, could be seen as a symbol of authority and is utterly shocking. Decided this was impractical, too heavy and you wouldn’t keep both halves of the Yin Tiger Tally together, but the idea was too fun not to spread.
Kalus wears the Yin Tiger Tally like a crown.
Her brother weaves her hair around the metal of the Yin Tiger Tally, thick strands binding it in place. The Yin Tiger Tally is heavy but she holds her head high. This is the most deadly headpiece anyone has ever worn.
(Spawned from an idea where Kalus from Kameo: Elemental of Power is reincarnate as Wei Wuxian’s little sister and is incredibility unimpressed by the Cultivation world, which result in a major canon divergence after Wei Wuxian emerges from the Burial Mounds.)
So originally this was more about trust and intimacy, about a Wei Wuxian who has always loved doing his little sister’s hair, about a Kalus who is not a demonic cultivator but is good with artefacts and has learnt how to manipulate external resentful energy, about the centrepiece of a hairstyle that needs someone else to put it up being a super-weapon, what this says about the person wearing the super-weapon and the person who weaves it into their hair, what it says about their relationship.
This is I trust you more then I trust myself. This is I trust you with my life and your life, but also the lives of our allies, and the lives of our enemies, and the lives of every nearby uninvolved civilian. I trust you to protect yourself and I trust you to guard the most dangerous weapon I have ever seen and I trust you not to abuse it.
This is, I want to protect you so I gave you the most dangerous weapon in the world with which to defend yourself. This is, I have created a weapon to dangerous to exist but to deadly to destroy and I trust you to keep it safe.
