Showa VS Heisei 2023 Rules

-There are not 20 main Showa Riders, but there are 20 main Heisei Riders so some Showa Riders you'll see as part of this competiton will not be a main Showa Rider. Just go with it, please. -The matchups were entirely randomized by a non-Rider fan friend of mine, as I was afraid to let my personal bias get in the way. This friend eliminates my own personal bias and keeps things unexpected in some manner. -The entire competition's listing has been decided, the top 5 Riders with the biggest ratio of votes will be moving on to another competition I have in mind.
