शिवसेना के वरिष्ठ नेता संजय राउत ने रविवार को राफेल सौदे को ‘‘बोफोर्स का बाप’’ करार दिया और कहा कि इस सौदे के खिलाफ बार-बार बोलने से देश की राजनीति में राहुल गांधी का महत्व बढ़ा है.

मुंबई: शिवसेना के वरिष्ठ नेता संजय राउत ने रविवार को राफेल सौदे को ‘‘बोफोर्स का बाप’’ करार दिया और कहा कि इस सौदे के खिलाफ बार-बार बोलने से देश की राजनीति में राहुल गांधी का महत्व बढ़ा है. पार्टी के मुखपत्र ‘सामना’ में राउत ने कहा कि जिन लोगों ने बोफोर्स सौदे में कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी के रिश्तेदार पर 65 करोड़ की घूस लेने का आरोप लगाया था वे अब सत्ता में हैं. ‘‘आज उन पर राफेल विमान सौदे में 700 करोड़ रूपये की घूस लेने का आरोप है. राफेल बोफोर्स का बाप है.’’ सौदे पर फ्रांस्वा ओलांद के दावों को लेकर भाजपा पर निशाना साधते हुए शिवसेना सांसद ने हैरानी जताई की पूर्व फ्रांसीसी राष्ट्रपति को कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष का समर्थक कहा जाएगा या एक ‘‘राष्ट्र विरोधी’’ करार दिया जाएगा. फ्रांसीसी मीडिया की एक रिपोर्ट में 21 सितंबर को ओलांद के हवाले से कहा गया था कि भारत सरकार ने राफेल के निर्माता दसॉल्ट एविएशन को 58, 000 करोड़ रूपये के इस सौदे में रिलायंस डिफेंस का ऑफसेट साझेदार बनाने का प्र���्ताव दिया था और फ्रांस के पास कोई विकल्प नहीं था.

शिवसेना नेता ने कहा, ‘‘सवाल यह नहीं है कि अनिल अंबानी को युद्धक विमान बनाने का अनुबंध दिया गया बल्कि प्रत्येक विमान के लिये 527 करोड़ रूपये के मूल्य के बजाए मोदी सरकार के कार्यकाल में यह सौदा 1570 करोड़ रूपये में किया गया. इसका मतलब बिचौलिये को प्रति विमान करीब 1,000 करोड़ रूपये की दलाली मिली.’’ राउत ने भाजपा के उन आरोपों को हास्यास्पद करार दिया कि सौदे को लेकर गांधी द्वारा की जा रही आलोचना ‘‘पाकिस्तान की भाषा बोलने और उसकी मदद’’ करने सरीखा है.

Hi ha concerts que trasbalsen i el que va tenir lloc ahir a la catedral de Barcelona, va ser un d’aquests concerts que més enllà de l’excel·lència de les obres programades: Vesperae solennes de Confessore KV 339 i la Missa pro difuntis (Requiem) KV 626, ambdues de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, arriben a commoure per la suma  de talents que el van fer possible.

Una orquestra jove (2016), ambiciosa, amb projecció constant, empenta i idees clares, l’Orquestra Simfònica Camera Musicae i el Cor de Cambra Francesc Valls de la Catedral de Barcelona, que just ara celebra el 15è aniversari de la seva creació han unit forces i han col·laborat per primera vehada en un mateix projecte.  Ambdues formacions ja han estat protagonistes a IFL d’apunts sempre entusiastes perquè ells motiven amb la seva feina l’entusiasme i a la feliç idea d’unir-se per primera vegada, cal celebrar que l’oficiant d’aquest encontre fos Salvador Mas, que en un moment especialment inspirat de la seva carrera va oferir una direcció sota el meu parer, immensa de les dues obres, per la claredat d’idees, per l’excel·lent cura en i encert en adaptar les singulars circumstàncies acústiques d’una nau gòtica, a les característiques d’una partitura clàssica amb orquestra, cor i solistes, empresa en la que tants directors s’han estavellat.

El mestre Mas va utilitzar uns temps pausats que permetien que la reverberació acústica no fos un obstacle que atropellés les notes. Sàvia decisió que per contra posava a prova la capacitat, sobretot del cor, de mantenir llarguíssimes frases i arcs melòdics amb una demostració d’un legato portentós. I aquí és on cal aplaudir amb força la tasca del mestre Pere Lluís Biosca que des de que s’ha posat al capdavant de la formació catedralícia, l’ha situat en un estafo d’excel·lència admirable,  per l’homogeneïtat i l’equilibri de les cordes, la potència, la claredat i el domini del ampli arc d’intensitats i una tècnica pulcre acurada que els permet assumir tots els repertoris que es proposin. Estem davant d’un dels principals cors del país i si abans d’ahir no en tenia cap dubte, després del concert d’ahir, amb una obra de tanta exigència i amb el resultats obtinguts, la meva reafirmació és si cal, més absoluta i més entusiasta. No és la primera vegada que ho dic, però tinc moltes ganes d’escoltar el Cor Francesc Valls en un altre auditori que no sigui la seva catedral, és la darrera prova del cotó per rendir-me davant d’aquesta formació coral que mereix entrar per la porta gran a tots els cicles musicals i temporades que es facin a casa nostra. Friso pensant en com podrien ser les passions bachianes amb ells de protagonistes.

Tant les Vespres solemnes com el Rèquiem necessiten un quartet solista de relleu, amb especial atenció a la soprano, que si més no haurà de fer front al meravellós Laudate. La soprano Irene Mas va ser capaç de detenir el temps amb una subtilesa i un gust exquisit, utilitzant amb cristallina eficàcia els recursos d’una veu angelical en un entorn favorable. La seva veu corria i flotava en un efecte veritablement catàrtic. AL seu costat també van brillant el tenor Roger Padullés i la mezzosoprano Gemma Coma-Alabert, que només feia set dies que m’havien agradat tant a l’Auditori cantant un altre Rèquiem, el de Dvorák, repetien ara amb magnífica versatilitat estilística, una interpretació modèlica, exquisida i refinada. Completava el quartet el baix Sebastià Peris que va lluir en el Tuba Mirum, el seu gran moment, i va equilibrar les parts concertants amb una veu sonora, plena i encara jove, vull dir que quan es consolidi de ben segur en sentirem a parlar.

El concert era gratuït i la catedral es va omplir a vessar, els que potser creien que seria un concert de costellada i de poca exigència de ben segur van quedar sorpresos davant d’un resultat del nivell demostrat, tot i que jo que hi anava coneixent les possibilitats, vaig quedar estorat per els grans moments oferts, pel recolliment i la transcendència que el mestre Mas va saber crear amb en una obra jo diria que fins i tot maltractada per l’ús i abús de la seva programació en aquests cicles de cors i orquestres de pa sucat amb oli que omplen les sales de concert amb ofertes galdoses a preu de saldo. En canvi la versió interpretada ahir va ser, sense cap mena de dubte un dels concerts de la temporada i per això l’apunt va primer que el que hagués tocat en condicions normals la Manon Lescaut al Liceu, però millor deixar-ho per demà perquè iniciar el dilluns amb un apunt entusiasta no té preu.

The first part of the text is the entire Psalm 116  [117]. With just two verses and sixteen words in Hebrew, it is the shortest of all 150 psalms. As with the other Psalms, “Laudate Dominum” is concluded with a trinitarian doxology (Gloria Patri) when used in the Roman rite.  In Catholic churches, the Psalm may be sung after the blessing at the devotional service called Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament.
