in general i dont think anyone’s moral alignment would flip from the ordeal since Ventus or Kairi are basically indistinguishable from other non-poh. That said heavy pain and stress for a long period of time does make people more exhausted and thus impact decision making.

From poh to regular heart:

negative emotional spikes that would stabilize over time. An irl comparaison would be a person dealing with traffic at the end of the day back exhausted vs going to work not tired yet,

maybe be a little freaked out about darkness manifesting physically since they probably didn’t get the memo,

Unsure if they would retain their ability to sense darkness as easily or if they would just keep it since regular folks can have it too(ex: Even, Maleficent)

From regular heart to poh:

Stronger darkness detection senses may affect relationships or at least their perception of the world(points to characters complex about being the darkness to someone’s light and jealousy),

potential emotional spikes too with flares as your darkness fights back being consumed, negative emotions would be duller as the fever drops then return to normal once everything has settled.

may attract heartless in a setting where they haven’t manifested strongly yet or scientists curious about the heart(source of stress),

if no one knows about magic or heart stuff where you live, talking about darkness and bad vibes will either confuse people or have them think you are not trustworthy.

Doing some Princess of Heart worldbuilding and how it affects someone who had a regular heart before gaining the trait. The darkness exhausting the body to drive back the light who tries to burn its opposite into oblivion.

First off- surfing, duh. does a lot of physical activity. since he’s very athletic, he tends to get bored very easily, so he’s prone to tapping his feet, drumming his fingers, and stuff like that. also probably has a novelty bong. uses a lot of surfer slang, both ironically and unironically.

blackjin- knows nothing about him, but admires from afar (he’s so cool and edgy!)

grayjin- likes hearing him talk about anime and stuff, but doesn’t have a lot to say himself cause he’s never watched a single anime

He’s basically an overexcited surfer dude, dude! also he laughs like vinesauce joel. i couldn’t find somewhere to put that but its crucial to his character.
