That was the title of the video

It was media day, you had a love - hate relationship with your media duties, there are days you like being there but there is also days that you did not want to be there.

Today you loved it because you and your teammate Max Verstappen and Checo Pérez .

You would be doing a video with alpha tauri well technically visa something but you refuse to say it like that.

The video's idea was to line you up with your teammates and the two drivers. Yuki tsunoda, and Daniel Ricciardo.

First was Danny, then yuki, Checo, max and then you. The idea of the video is for the world to see some words in different languages and since it was the Las Vegas Grand Prix the words were inspired by it

The first word was Casino which Danny said then

the other four drivers looked at you, confused you ask them

The media crew came to tell you about the rest of the day what activities you had to complete like driving the floating cars ( or something I don't know what it is) in the sdame place in the desert.

Dunno if anyone has asked this before, but WHAT HAPPENED IN THE CHAINSAW SCENE?? YOU KNOW WHICH ONE--

i was just very confused about who did what to whom,,

The chainsaw scene is in Hermit's room, in Soundfile 1954.04! I'll tuck the answer under the cut (has spoilers for Hermit's Room, DLC, and mentions of things from the artbook.). Enjoy this relevant gif.

We don't see much; Seodore was upset with Mutei and Rangiri over something that they did. He doesn't want them to use his fragments/pieces (these pieces are L/Lapicine/Philosopher's stones/Lime Azure). Seo had a chainsaw, tried to kill himself with it (decapitation), and Mutei tried to stop him. Rangiri tried to keep Mutei from getting closer. This takes place months after Rumeld's death.

The artbook shows Seodore's scar (around his neck).

I'm pretty sure this is a) When Mutei got himself sent to the Hermit's Room, b) When Rangiri got brain damage, and c) the start of the Fragment Shenanigans. Hajime was born about year after this incident and he's the First, and both Rangiri's mental instability and Mutei's disappearance are referenced to take place within a few years of this date. TLDR: the decapitation scattered fragments of Seodore.

Things to note:

Seodore was already immortal before the Chainsaw. Since 1912, he hasn't been aging and he's been eternally 25.

The Lime Azure (mentioned in record 4) is a gemstone (philosopher's stone). It sank with the Polaris (and Theodore Riddle) in 1912. Seodore is the goddamn rock. Philosopher's stones were also used by Mutei to make Factor Artifacts (Sanemitsu's Rainbow Pen, Enein's Blue Hilt, and The Red and Green Artifacts that are probably with Kado and Sueko Orie). Rangiri used his to make medicine (miracle cures) and also fed the last piece he had to Utsugi. I'm not going to go on the rock tangent right now but keep an eye out for mentions of yellow (and blue), and Gifts and Sephirah.

Mutei says that someone else completed his Fool's journey in an unexpected way, and thus he became a Hermit. The person mentioned here is (probably*) Seodore.

⚡ JUMP FESTA 2025: TUTTI I TRAILER E GLI ANNUNCI ARRIVATI DURANTE IL GRANDE EVENTO!

Fra tante novità attese e date un po' fumose, spunta la serie di My Hero Academia Illegals, in arrivo già da aprile!

Quest'anno sono riuscito a mettere tutto dentro un solo post! Miracolo di Natale!

Due giorni di Jump Festa un po' meno ricchi degli anni precedenti, ma c'è comunque di cui parlare, anche se in breve. Vi lascio al mega recap e buone feste!

🔶🔸CHAINSAW MAN THE MOVIE: REZE ARC

Per questo film MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen, Hell’s Paradise) cambia regista, mettendo al timone Tatsuya Yoshihara (Black Clover, Wistoria: Wand and Sword), con al fianco Masato Nakazono (Oblivion Battery) in qualità di assistente.

I due prendono quindi in mano il sequel cinematografico al posto di Ryu Nakayama, che da quanto vedo è tornato ad occuparsi di progetti minori, come videoclip musicali.

La pellicola adatta l'omonimo arco narrativo del manga ed è, tuttora, prevista per un generico 2025.

🔶🔸TAKOPI’S ORIGINAL SIN

Come promesso, è stato svelato qualche dettaglio in più assieme ad un primo teaser dell'anime, tratto dal breve sci-fi slice of life drama di Taizan 5.

La trasposizione del manga è attesa per il 2025 ed è scritta e diretta da Shinya Iino (Dr. Stone), presso ENISHIYA.

Questo è il primo progetto grosso dello studio, ma da quello che si vede nel video, sembrano aver fatto un gran bel lavoro!

Arrivato anche un nuovo trailer per la fantasy romcom basata sull'ultima fatica di Kenta Shinohara (Astra Lost in Space, SKET Dance).

Il debutto della serie made in BIBURY ANIMATION STUDIOS (The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You) è fissato per aprile 2025.

Come regista troviamo Hiroshi Ikehata (Tonikawa: Over The Moon For You), con Masao Kawase (Magical Destroyers) nel ruolo di assistente di regia.

🔶🔸VIGILANTE - MY HERO ACADEMIA ILLEGALS

Annunciata per aprile 2025 la serie animata dello spinoff di My Hero Academia, scritto da Hideyuki Furuhashi e illustrato da Bettencourt!

Il progetto rimane in casa BONES (Bungo Stray Dogs, Mob Psycho 100), anche se si sposta all'interno delle mura del nuovo studio parente BONES FILM. Il regista, invece, è Kenichi Suzuki (Cells at Work!, Drifters).

Sempre a proposito di MY HERO ACADEMIA, l’ottava e ultima stagione della serie principale, annunciata l'ottobre scorso, ha un periodo di debutto ufficiale ora: la parte finale della saga verrà trasmessa a partire dall'autunno 2025.

🔶🔸SAKAMOTO DAYS

Nuovo trailer in attesa del debutto su Netflix dell’action family comedy, basata sul popolare manga di Yuto Suzuki.

Sapevamo già che verrà doppiata in italiano e che il simulcast partirà l’11 gennaio, ma durante l'evento è stato svelato un altro dettaglio: la stagione sarà divisa in due parti e la seconda andrà in onda durante l'estate 2025.

L'anime è diretto da Masaki Watanabe (KADO - The Right Answer, Battle Spirits) ed è una produzione targata TMS ENTERTAINMENT (Dr. Stone, Rent-a-Girlfriend).

Annunciata la produzione di una seconda stagione per la simpatica commedia slice of life, tratta dal manga firmato Angyaman, che qua in Italia conosciamo anche con il titolo Red Cat Ramen, grazie all'edizione a cura di Dynit Manga.

I primi 12 episodi della serie sono stati distribuiti da Yamato Video, sul canale ANiME GENERATION di Prime Video.

Giusto dopo l'annuncio di qualche giorno fa, un po' di punto in bianco fra l'altro a livello narrativo, non poteva proprio mancare il teaserino per la seconda stagione non appena confermata. Se l'erano tenuto per l'evento, ovviamente.

Come vi ho già anticipato nel post originale, la paranormal mystery battle & romantic comedy, tratta dal manga di Yukinobu Tatsu, tornerà a partire da luglio 2025.

Parlando sempre di seconde stagioni in cantiere, assieme ad una nuova immagine promozionale, è stato finalmente svelato che la serie tornerà da luglio 2025.

Durante il panel, è stato anche mostrato un trailer per il film che andrà a riassumere la prima stagione, che vi linko qua.

Questa compilation includerà anche un originale episodio speciale dal titolo “Il giorno libero di Hoshina” e uscirà in Giappone il 28 marzo 2025.

È stato anche detto che verrà distribuita globalmente e questo mi fa pensare che Crunchyroll ce la porterà al cinema.

🔶🔸HELL’S PARADISE

Rimaniamo sulle seconde stagioni molto attese, grande enfasi su "attese" in questo caso particolare.

È passato più di un anno da quando è stato confermato il sequel, ma l'annuncio di quando la serie proseguirà con i nuovi episodi è arrivato, finalmente. Non avete fretta, vero? Perché, salvo contrattempi, fino a gennaio 2026 non se ne fa nulla. (Ora riguardate la key visual e ditemi se non è anche la vostra espressione quella)

Se vi può consolare, Crunchyroll ha già anticipato che la riporterà in simulcast però. 😂

Ricordate l'episodio speciale di UNDEAD UNLUCK, previsto per l’inverno 2025? Ecco, lo staff ha tenuto a precisare, come se non fosse abbastanza scontato, che animerà una storia inedita, scritta per l'occasione dall'autore stesso del manga.

Il ritaglietto finale lo dedico a JUJUTSU KAISEN, visto che all'orizzonte c'è più che mai un bel riassuntone della seconda stagione, in uscita nei cinema nipponici il 30 maggio 2025.

Come per Hell's Paradise, il sequel che andrà ad adattare la saga del Girone Mietitore è stato confermato ormai più di un anno fa, ma non ha ancora uno straccio di finestra d'uscita. D'altronde è sempre MAPPA.

1 . What ship were you completely obsessed with when you were a teenager, but now you don't care about anymore? Spillow (Spike/Willow) from BtVS.

2. Which ship would you consider your first one? Bob/Dot from ReBoot. I just really wanted those CGI computer people to get it on.

3. Your first fanfic was about which couple? Spike and Drusilla (BtVS)

4. Do you remember the first couple you saw fanart of? Nope but it was either a Buffy ship or a LOTR ship

5. Have you ever gotten into ship discourse? Not as far as I remember. CBA to argue over the relationships of fictional characters.

6. Did you use to have any NOTP or have one currently? Yeah. I never engaged with fanwork of NOTPs though.

7. Who were the couple in the last fanfic you read? ZiNing! (This is entirely Snarkivist's fault)

8. Currently, do you have any OTPs? LOL the idea of having One True Pairing has always escaped me. There are many ships I ship fiercely, including fengqing, peihuang, beefleaf, songxuexiao, xiyao, moshang, feihua (I need fic recs!), pingxie (for this too!) heihua (different hua, still need maaaany fic recs!) and more!

9. Is there any couple that, to this day, you are extremely mad about not getting together? The only fandom-related thing I was ever mad about is the end of Kado: The Right Answer so I guess you could say I'm mad that Shindou and zaShunina didn't get together, but then I never expected it to happen in canon anyway. I just also didn't expect the mary sue love interest and the deus ex machina child in bagging area.

10. Is there any ship you used to dislike but now you think they are kind of interesting? Not really

11. Do you have any ship that, in the past, would've been considered normal but now you would be cancelled over? Can't think of any. I don't pay attention to that stuff tbh

12. What is your favorite crack ship? Not sure I have an actual crack ship, just rarepairs.

13. What is the couple you read the most fanfics about? These days I read a lot of FengQing and XiYao. They're popular ships, so there are lots of fics to choose from!

14. What do most of your ships usually have in common? I dunno, some are similar whilst some are completely different. Definitely enjoy some aspect of Pining Idiots though.

15. What you absolutely hate in a ship? Don't think there is anything really??? As long as they feel in character (or go through enough plot to explain a change in character) and the plot doesn't have tropes that aren't my cup of tea (which I avoid anyway thanks to AO3's tagging system) it's all good.

yes kado is a weird little cgi anime and i like have only ever heard of maybe one other person i know talk about it (we dont really keep in contact anymore, but i hope theyre doing ok)

kado is a. REALLY good anime not gonna lie. its like... essentially, an alien guy from an entirely different planet comes to earth representing his people, and he wants to spread his peoples' technology to earth and collaborate with humanity to integrate said technologies. and he works alongside humanity's chosen representative learning about humanity

but it does actually get fairly dramatic in the second half

I'm putting together a "Which super popular anime/manga nosedived in quality/plot/writing/other the hardest?" poll and I was originally going to list 9 and have the 10th be other (in tags) option but now I'm thinking if I should make a tournament out of this instead?

As of now the 9 are: Attack on Titan, Naruto Shippuden, My Hero Academia, Bleach, Food Wars, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tail, Promised Never Land, and Prison School

Those nine I know are popularly seen as being good then having declines but there's also stuff that I've heard about or personally watched like: Demon Slayer, Chaika the Coffin Princess, Tokyo Ghoul, Aldnoah.Zero, Psycho-Pass, Wonder Egg Priority, One Punch Man (Murata run), Kiznaiver, Death Note, Darker than Black, Overlord, Kabaneri, Darling in the Franxx, Dr. Stone, Yu-gi-oh, Shingeki no Bahamut, Kado: The Right Answer, etc.

If I make a it into a tourney I'd essentially get rid of the Other option which I do think is fun and I'd feel it would come down to the popular shonens anyway so idk.
