Thought I'd done a post on this already, I'll assume I didn't because I'm always looking for a way to talk about this xD

An Introduction To EleWe »

EleWe is our elements and weapons system, it runs off ten elements and ten weapons - so it has a hundred possible entries - and because only one member per entry, it also runs off Phases.

Phases are a group of a hundred members, a Phase has to be completely filled before a new one opens. Phase III is actually just about to open, and we pray this does not break our database, which was only designed for the first two Phases, because we didn't think we'd exceed two hundred members. (It shouldn't, right? O-o) (I'm not bad at coding, I'm sure it won't-)

The Database »

Just a small section on the database. Our database runs by having all possible combinations as an entry, and having columns for each Phase. When searching the database, we look for things like "element in (x)" and "phase x is empty" (that's in English, I'm not going to write SQL here lmao)

Elements »

Okay so, elements. As I said, there's ten total elements, these are:

Cosmica | Dark

Sonia | Sound

Hydria | Water

Glaciera | Ice

Flora | Plants

Aria | Air

Lumina | Light

Terra (prev Eartha) | Earth

Inferna | Fire

Electria | Electricity

Each one has reactions to other elements. I used to have a list, no clue where it went (probably died when my pc corrupted), so I'll do this from memory (o-o;)

Cosmica + Lumina = Detonate

Sonia + Aria = Diffuse

Sonia + Electria = Boost

Hydria + Glaciera = Freeze

Hydria + Aria = Storm

Hydria + Flora = Grow

Hydria + Inferna = Vaporise

Hydria + Electria = Conduct

Glaciera + Aria = Blizzard

Glaciera + Inferna = Melt

Glaciera + Electria = Conduct

Flora + Terra = Sprout

Flora + Inferna = Burn

Flora + Electria = Burgeon

Aria + Inferna = Stoke

This was originally designed with The Kansukki Project in mind.

This list (with the reaction names) was only ever used in The Kansukki Project, whereas The Kīara'h Project just uses the reactions (have some random trivia)

Weapons »

As also said in the intro, there are ten weapons! These are: (listed with general classification and explanation if needed)

Axe [Short Range]

Bow [Long Range]

Crossbow [Mid Range]

Combat [Short Range] | Hand to hand combat

Gem [Mid Range] | Magic

Knife [Short Range - Long Range] | Depending on if you can throw / previously throwing knives

Polearm [Mid Range] | Death stick :)

Scythe [Mid Range]

Staff [Long Range] | Long ranged gem

Sword [Mid Range]

There were originally eight weapons but apparently we got OCDed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (more trivia)

So.. How Does It Work? (And Why?) »

Each member is assigned one element and weapon combination, usually this is based on their past. Each member can only specialise in that element.

(except if they have a copycat ability, such as Amethyst who studied more than one element and use their Sonia to mimic other's elements)

For weapons, it's a little different. Most members only have one, and although some members may know other weapons, they only specialise in one.

Mostly, these will be used within stories and headspace, however some members may be able to wield their weapons in the outside world.

Energy »

Another part of EleWe is elemental energy, it lowers by using abilities/powers and when lowering, can cause members to not be able to cast spells, or even, if it gets extremely low, can impact their body and physical/mental energy and can't recover on its own.

(I won't touch on this too much because it's more or less its own thing.)

Element reaction names source: an old post we made on The Kansukki Project's server.

If I remember correctly, this is EleWe v6, (technically v5, but I'm calling it v6, because it will be soon with Phase III)

Most of this was originally done for The Kansukki Project, not The Kīara'h Project, but it has since been adapted.

I'll put some explanations in here as best I can, and I'll be using the terminology from the system I use for Kīara'h and such. If you want to read more, visit this post on my main!

As an extension of my element question, I ask yet again:

There are many possibilities when it comes to elemental abilities. I'm thankful that my element is airy and light, compared to the heavier burdens other elements can have. With lots of practice, though, you can harness your element without many of those setbacks.

Sometimes people would consider my element "gentle". It may not be the most dangerous, physically at least, but the mental harm I can do, often balances that point out.

From my knowledge of Kīara'h's elemental system, some facts present themselves. These may help you decide what your element would be, if you wanted to do it "officially", if not, pick your favourite, it's really up to you!

Every being is born with an element assigned, but only some can harness/activate it.

It is not genetic, but often groups/families/etc that were destined to be together have elements that compliment each other. (Water and ice, for example)

It's unclear whether the element is decided on your fate, or you adapt around your element. There are cases of either.

Aaa ok! Hi, I'm Amethyst, I've been here the longest so I know a little more than most people, great time to send this ask lol

Some trivia first:

The Organisation (our system) has been around for eight years!

We have "versions" of SimplyPlural. Every change to formatting, fields, chats or groups adds a version. We are on v61, which is the largest profile overall we've done!

The first member(s) (myself and my brother) formed in 2016

We have our own language and English dialect!

On a technicality, my second language is English, however, the body can't speak Kansū (the primary language of the Organisation)

Kīara'h is considered a parallel universe, not an alternative universe

Excluding Thaye (age ability), our oldest member is 40, and our youngest is 4.

There are a total of six of us who age

Our "Plural Stuff" folder (banners, avatars, dividers, etc) is over 10gb (found that one out yesterday

I get asked a lot about our communication between each other, but just because we grew up as a system, and the way we did that, it seems to be great. We don't fight, there's good communication between members. That kinda thing.

Our name, Kīara'h means Leaf. The system names we've had previously were: Room, Rom (misspelling of room), and Leaf. The name Leaf came from talking with our (ex) best friend about headspace, which they were very involved with, and needing a new name. A leaf was the first thing we saw, and it stuck.

People also are often interested in Scene (or SCN, depending on notation and who you are talking to). Scene is a type of daydreaming where the person hosting the scene has no control other than prompts they give. Scene is how we see our pasts, and find out our powers and skills. (Daydreaming is the best word I can use, it's a little hard to find one lol)

On ages: a lot of species have no age, where the souls have been around since the start of time. They have what's known as a "presenting age". This is notated by a "∞" symbol added onto their age. For example, a member without presenting age looks like: "Age » 26" and a member with, would look like: "Age » 26 - ∞".

EleWe (Elements and Weapons system), is how we assign our powers. Ten total elements, ten total weapons, one hundred choices per phase. No duplicates in the same phase. Yes, we have a database for this, lol.

We speak a language called Kansū in headspace. It's not fully translatable to English, but the stuff the body does know (from scene and from figuring it out) I can use. My most common word, apart from Kansū names, is either: Āida'h or Aīste'h, both of which font translate to English, but are a sort of friendly nickname. I also use ta'hs de'h, jo ta'hst and other words a lot. These come from the root ta'hs, which means calm.

And now, onto the lore:

The Organisation has so much lore, from the way Gods work, their divisions and all that, to the way species and animals work.

Out of the species we have in our system, most of them were created by us.

All of our own stories and backstories fit into organisation lore, such as the reason the organisation was founded was because Chroma (God Division) and Humans would bully supernaturals. Our Organisation also exists to protect Innocents.

Kīara'h is also classed as a division, with our God (we only have one who runs it, my boyfriend) Kītōne'h being ex Chroma. We have other Gods, however they are from the Oxyn Division.

Headspace stuff:

A few things here: "Old Headspace", "World : Kīara'h", "World : Human", "Social Plane", "Games Zone" and "World : Home"

Old Headspace: it's a broken down area, picture it on like the nether roof. We outgrew it too fast and moved down to the main nether (metaphorically, it's not actually the nether)

World : Kīara'h: current headspace, it's very large. Deogen was drawing maps recently, but we only got so far. World : Kīara'h has the dorms (a place for everyone to stay), a library, art rooms, writing rooms, music rooms, computer rooms, a drama studio, camping groups, an outdoor cooking van (they almost burned down the indoor one once), a river (it's called River Iris), a center square, thr Shed (front room), host offices, and access to Old Headspace, Social Plane and other worlds.

World : Human: the human world. Except this is a parallel universe. A lot of houses that people have will be here. It's pretty much this earth, but a little different, small changes to make the houses correct and stuff.

Social Plane: it's like a city, it's got a train station in the center so you can go to the hub and the Games Zone. The hub is how you get to any world. The Social Plane has shops, bars, parks, pretty much anything. It also has many Kansū people who aren't in the organisation, they run a lot of the shops.

Games Zone: our Insym runs this. It started as PHA, which is like Phasmophobia, but if you were in it. The ghosts are played by spirits we hire. It has since expanded to many other games, I haven't been in a while (working on keeping everything running) so I'm not quite sure of what is exactly there. I know there's other people who run stuff though! It's mainly Crew!PHA who work there.

World : Home: is a little different. It's, well, source worlds. World : Home refers to a collection of worlds, unlike the others mentioned before. Because we hold our own sources most of the time, it means we also have access to the worlds as they are in source.

Alright!, elements!

There are 10 elements, in order these are:

Cosmica (dark/darkness)

Sonia (sound/sonar)

Hydria (water)

Glaciera (ice/snow)

Flora (plants)

Aria (air)

Lumina (light)

Terra (earth/rock)

Inferna (fire)

Electria

(these go from purple to pink, that's the only reason they are this order, aesthetic)

There are 10 weapon types too, therefore 100 combinations. Each member gets one, there's no duplicates (until 100+ so we separated it into two phases) (yep, we have a database, we've rewritten it three times)

Our elements tie into our backstories, and usually relate to who we are as a person, or what we'd reasonably use (when it comes to weapons anyway).

Energy (elemental, a fourth type, like physical, social and mental), is usually based on the elements too. It's been seen before that a Lumina user needs sunlight to recharge from critical (critical: when an elemental user has used so much of their elemental energy that it can no longer recharge on its own)

We've been using this for about 4 years, we had a slightly different system before then.

About half a year ago, we added "reactions", which is how the elements would react to each other (however, due to not being at home this very second, and possibly having that file on my corrupted drive, I'm not sure I can list that right now) this is things like Hydria + Glaciera making a freeze reaction, or Cosmica and Lumina making a type of explosion.

Members receive their elements based on what would be beneficial to their little teams (or sub groups) for example, groups usually have differing elements (of the entirety of the Playerspace part of PHA, no one shares an element. This does include Wraith, although, he is RPM).

Uh if there's any follow up questions I'm happy to answer, I'm not sure if I've answered the original question or not (or if this is understandable)

would ya’ll be willing to expand on the language thing? We’ve tried to set up something similar for ours before but struggled with motivation and a lot of resources. Any tips?

Fuck yeah!

We actually started by discovering that headspace used a different language to English about five years ago? We then started on the language a year ago (Although, we haven't translated everything just yet due to having to pause for health reasons!)

We used this playlist as a base and a way to get started!

The best tips I have are:

Always start with less phonetics, you can always change the list later

Use Google Translates "detect language" to see what words your word is similar to

Use a "translate into" type website where you see a list of the English word in other languages, it really helps so you don't end up like English with "pineapple" :) (I would provide a link, but I can't find the one I used to use)

Use excel, it's really useful

Start with word roots, there's a really good list here!

Making a language from scratch isn't easy, I hope any of this helped, and please feel free to let me know how you get on with your language in future ^^

I have too many to show them all, here's some of the older ones:

This is Huskey (yep, creative name) he's the first one I ever got, (when I was really young)

He's currently wearing a scarf my gran knitted for my cat (long story) and a dog hoodie that I got in an Aldi once

This is Tigre, I got her in Italy on one of my trips. She looks like a farm cat that stayed with us, that's why I got her.

This is Fluffy, there's not much story except I believe my mum brought them back from a place she stayed up north

This is Toby, she is another one that's been with me a very long time, but I don't know how long he's been around, maybe a few years less than Huskey? Not sure

She used to have a collar with his name, but I believe I lost it, or it's in one of the boxes of stuff that arrived from my old house recently

And yeah, all of these guys are on top of my wardrobe lol, I don't have a lot of space lol. It's only half of them that are up there, but the rest are in my boxes I think

Tbf, may make an actual (series) post on this, yes, we do, it's very large and we are currently trying to map it out :) it spans multiple worlds, (World Kīara'h, World Human, etc)

It's got a lot of forests and rivers (the main one is called River Iris, and the forest is Rosefell Woods) and that's just within World Kīara'h. A lot of the buildings look like this, but usually larger: (not going to talk about the other worlds because we'd be here a while)

There may be more info on this with stuff from The Kīara'h Chronicles soon, I'm considering it :)

..that's a difficult one, we have members show up in dreams (have a few from dreams) but it's the primary frontier who has the dreams, I don't know if secondaries can be watching the same dream

I do know that secondary/backseat can have their own dreams that the primary can't see

I occasionally get told "oh who is this!" in a joking sense from my mother, and the answer is always the frontiers (can't beat em? Join em xD)

Also the Playerspace boys burnt down the headspace kitchen once, please never let them cook again
