I mean, what’s not to hate about this guy? He is utterly hot, enough said. Half of my rankings have been thirsting over Juuso and I’m not afraid to admit that. His face is just perfect for male modeling, those cheekbones go on for days and he had an already unique yet handsome look that would look perfect for the camera without him even trying. It’s maddening to me. Unlike other male models who gave hot but nothing else, Juuso was able to be very versatile in terms of high fashion and the commercial shoots given to him. His first few sets of photos were great, his promo was simple but sweet, I adored his candy shot, and the only FCO he got from me, the jewelry shot, is one of my favorites of the cycle for good reason. He then told a bit of a downturn for me, not saying it was bad, he was still up to his good average, always constantly landing on the top 3 sans one week but it wasn’t as impressive as his powerful first weeks. He just ended up being a side character while others started to rise like Vilja. Still, it’s not discounting his ability to model, he’s a born model from day one and just stood out from the crowd. When watching the shoots, he was one of the easiest models to work with for sure, everyone seem to have their problems on set (Sofia/Jerry on their insecurities, Roosa/Henry/Vilja being more jokey on set, and Robert being Robert) so Juuso had a more professional attitude, which is admirable considering how much of a nice person he was (as I could tell, I’m not Finnish). However, Juuso did falter by the highpoint and more critical part of the competition and that really did it for him, plus, there was somewhat of an obvious top 2 from the very start of the competition. Jerry had a great storyline alongside a lot of personality while Sofia was growing in confidence and just a born model as Juuso, it especially shows when the judges seem to tolerate Jerry a lot more for his negativity rather than Roosa or Robert. Whatever the case is, I loved Juuso and he made for a great addition to the cast, his beautiful face and experience showed throughout and I was sad that he barely missed out on the finale. It really shows how strong this cycle was when the top 3 are only separated by .1.

2. Juuso’s Kultajousi Jewelry

This is more of the obvious pick for my number one but it got knocked down a bunch since making this list. Still, I can’t deny how handsome Juuso looks here. His bone structure has never looked better and I like the romantic yet strong expression on his face. He modeled the jewelry perfectly and framed his body well enough in the tight tub, which was a bitch to work with. Juuso made a stellar jewelry ad and really hit his mark up to this point.

2. Juuso

Juuso was at least able to end things off with a sweet yet forgettable shot. I mean, he looks handsome and the smile is just so cute. I also like how he’s connecting with Vilja by holding onto her hand and letting her cradle onto him (Also, Vilja looks fucking drunk in this photo). It’s just a forgettable shot of Juuso, but at least a very cute shot that could work for a ad. His elimination feels somewhat random to me, despite his lowering performance, he was one of the strongest of the cast alongside Jerry and Sofia. Not to mention that despite having some low performances, he was mainly consistent. It feels somewhat copped out but eeh, what can ya do?

3. Juuso

Juuso had all the pieces to make a beautiful shot but there’s many parts of it that seems off. Like Jerry’s shot, everything about it comes off as stiff and strained. I know they had to work with a treadmill so he wanted to add action to the shot but the movement feels jank. His face also has a lot of stain to it, especially the eyes, it looks loopy and off. The expression in general comes off as uncomfortable, although his cheekbones look good as always. Juuso, like Jerry, were spared of elimination since the judges felt like they were doing amazing but it’s another low week for Juuso.

4. Juuso

This is the lowest Juuso has been throughout the entire competition and honestly, it’s pretty deserved. He failed at what Jerry did, while Jerry was able to stand out when given the chance, Juuso disappointed me by letting Roosa take the front seat.

His horse shot feels like he was photoshopped in. He has a totally different vibe compared to Roosa. I do like his part of it, there’s a lot of personality in it and the movement of his part is beautiful. However, he isn’t counting with Roosa at all and ruined the shot for me.

I do really like his car seat shot. He nailed the confident male role he was told to  do during this shoot. It’s very different, which I dig. His face has a lot of intensity to it, especially with the concerned look in his eyes looking beyond the lens. The watch is also perfectly displayed as well.

I think the next 2 shots are good not because of what he did, but because Roosa really dropped the ball when it came to these next two shots. Juuso only looks good because Roosa did bad. He looks confident in both of the shots and nailed a lot of different angles of his face, especially his profile. If it was with anyone else like Sofia or Vilja, I would say he looked nice but quite forgettable but with Roosa, he outstayed her.

It’s a disappointing set of shots from Juuso, who I find to be a frontrunner. He obviously looks good in them but there’s no connection between him and Roosa. He let himself go backseat but ended up out-staging a poor performance from Roosa. I expected better.

2. Juuso

While Jerry struggled a ton during set, Juuso just coasted through no problem, I never seen someone nail a shoot as hard as him. However, I prefer Jerry to Juuso just for personal reasons. Still, it’s a really good shot. I’m not the biggest fan of the way he’s holding the lipbalm (it looks way too tight in my eyes) but besides that, he displayed the product pretty well. Not to mention that his face is doing wonders into the frame. His smirk is so cute yet romantic, I especially like how he tilted himself closer to the camera to connect more into it. His eyes are infectiously sexy and there’s a lot of energy overall in the shot. Juuso was able to rebound after a weak showing with another great (face) shot!

3. Juuso

Juuso is the only male partner out of everyone who was able to balance themselves out with their partner instead of becoming their shadow. I’m guessing that the direction given to them really fucked them over because the male models were fucked hard. Juuso was at least able to stand out with Sofia. His face is for once, pretty lackluster. It’s still gorgeous but there’s no life to it. If he interacted with Sofia or went into profile then it could work but I do think the other shots he took were better. I do like the risk he took by lowing Sofia down and from what I can see, his pose is fine. It’s a disappointment after Juuso’s FCO last week but it’s not the worst.

1. Juuso

This is one of my favorite weeks of the competition thanks the quality of the photography and models but Juuso just smashed this week. His face is just straight up expensive here. As always, his face looks amazing (those cheekbones!) but it feels extra special this week. It may be the lighting but it looks much better than ever. While the others failed, Juuso successes. He went for a more romantic sensual/coolness feeling and unlike Jesse/Robert, Juuso was able to pull it off since he doesn’t look like a nervous wreck. He has so much confidence that bores to the screen. I also like the placement of his hands across the frame. The hand placed gently on his chest and the other to his hair is a nice touch. It’s an overall great shot of Juuso and his personal best shot in the entire cycle (it’s not a bad thing though, he’s still an amazing model). A well deserved FCO by the judges!

3. Juuso

Juuso obviously looks hot as fuck but he’s still modeling his ass off. Like Emilia Y, it’s the perfect balance of quirky yet simple. The pose is simple yet sweet, I like the quirky placement of his foot and how he’s embodying a classic dancer from the 20s. With the styling he was given, he didn’t have to do much so hey, that’s ok with me. Like last week though, his face is the true standout of the shot. His jawline looks amazing and that face is just wow! He looks amazing, I especially love the piercing eyes and his cheekbones the just pop from the frame. It’s a great photo from Juuso once again (or Juussy as I like to type) and continues his great photo streak.

2. Juuso

Juuso’s face can change lives, oh my god, just look at it! Those cheekbones are just amazing. It’s no wonder that Juuso looks great here, it’s hard not to. It’s a simple and straightforward shot. Juuso and Ville pretty much have the same pose but I give Juuso the point above Ville since Juuso looks a lot more confident in himself. His face is a lot better than Ville’s for sure. While Ville looks a bit hesitant, Juuso is in his zone. I actually love the slight frown on his face and the tilt of his head to the side. It’s a great and simple start for Juuso and the perfect display of his unique look (that jawline!).
