Supriya has had dogs her whole life and has dreamed of opening a vet clinic since she was a kid. She's always had an orderly and precise nature of doing things and was told time and time again that she'd make a great vet. After years of school and raising two kids, she's finally in a position to make that dream come true.

However, she's now struggling with addressing how much she trusts her husband. As a team, they've worked well caring for their children, but she has her doubts about his ability alone. She doesn't want to not trust him... but she's questioning it.

Even though Justin has some doubts of his own about staying home full time, he wants nothing more than for Supriya to open her clinic. For years he's told her that he'd leave work if she ever wanted to, but she always rebuffed the idea. His family is everything to him, and he's going to do whatever it takes to make everyone happy. He's trying not to take Supriya's anxious questioning about his abilities to heart.

Oh no! Yellow runs into Justin Delgato at the food stall! Don't get him wrong, Justin is a great friend of his, it's just that he tends to talk a lot, and Yellow's loner tendencies and social awkwardness did not prepare him for socialization.

Luckily, Yellow is able to navigate his way through the conversation fairly quickly with some carefully chosen small-talking points, and despite falling off his broom as he dismounts it, he gets the lobster roll delivered to the wife fairly smoothly 💗

The birthday celebration continues, Zoe is attending a business call when there's a knock on the door, Kennedy goes to answer. It's Justin Delgato, he looks worried, hopefully it's not because Allan and Supriya are back together.

Justin: Sorry, is this a bad time? (Look at the faces of the whole family and you'll get your answer, dude. 🙄) Allan: Uh - sorry, Just, but we're in the middle of an important family celebration.

Justin: Oh, okay, I'll come back some other time. Zoe: Poor Justin, he looks worried, do you have something to do with this, Al? Allan: If you're talking about Supriya, I haven't seen her in years. Zoe: Good. Anyway, I think you should talk to him. Allan: I can't, I have to leave for work in five minutes.

Zoe: You have work? On Kennie's birthday? Allan: Sorry, I'm the main character in this new series, I have to be there. Anika: Yeah, first time dad's not going to die in a TV show. Allan: … Kennedy: Please don't worry about me, I'm going out in a few minutes with some friends. Anika: "Some friends", translation: Lucas Munch.

Allan: Who is Lucas Munch? Anika: The guy Kennedy has a crush on. Kennedy: I have no crush on Lucas. Maybe you have a crush on him. Anika: No, I don't! Kennedy: Yes, you do! Has taken a job as a freelance writer while working on his debut novel so he can work from home and look after the kids while Supriya sets up her Veterinary clinic.

He is not such an animal lover like the rest of his family. He is more of a cat person. Bartholomew A. Bittlebun, Sr. is his cat. He doesn't have much to do with the dogs, cow, chickens, goat or horse that also live on his property.

Brindleton Bay is probably the world I’ve played in the most. I generally evict all the townies and move them elsewhere so I can re-do the lots and move my own sims in. This is my excuse for why I had NO IDEA the Delgatos were so cute! Maxis had Supriya in a ponytail for every outfit, and in a veterinarian outfit for her formal wear, despite the fact that she’s not even a vet yet in the game. I fixed that up good. Kept the harassed and frayed mom ponytail because I like it. Justin got a new hairdo and more of a chillaxed set of outfits, since the game is priming him to be the stay at home dad (which, given he’s the adult with cooking skill, makes sense). He was actually quite a cutie once he got more fashionable glasses. Little Evie was flawless. Just gave some skin details to match the vibes. Pierce looks exactly like this little boy (I say, knowing full well that by now he’s a 19 year old adult) that I baby sat for for 5 years. He’s got a little gap tooth so probs gonna make him wear braces as a kid. Didn’t touch the pets because why bother.

Fyres Family Rotation 3:

Siobhan Fyres decided to host a dinner with her coworkers, getting to know everyone better. She doesn't know many people outside of Windenburg, so it was nice to chat with everyone outside the office! 

She also flirted a little bit with a coworker who caught her eye.. Siobhan pulled her coworker, Darrel, off to the side to chat. All her other coworkers were staring, waiting to see what was going to happen. It was late and she needed to leave, so she at least got his number before they went home. And this ends the Fyre rotation!

Whimsy Bit #5- A Misunderstanding Mended

Brant left for work shortly after explaining his reasons for staying at Emily's home to Supriya. He hoped it all made sense to her and lessened her concerns, as she was so emotionally involved. Even though Supriya understood, she still felt uneasy, and Emily could feel it emanating from her.

Emily: "Hey..are you still worried about Brant and-?" Supriya: "No...i-it's not that."

Putting her thoughts aside, Supriya reassured herself that she was greatly overthinking and needed to erase those terrible thoughts from her head. With that, she mustered up a smile across her worried face and turned to Emily.

Supriya: "I'm so sorry for assuming you were the type to behave in a manner I falsely accused you of. I was out of line." Emily: "It's ok! As long as things have been cleared up, it's quite alright. I know things could have been interpreted in an unsavory way, but rest assured, Mrs. Delgato. I like unattached men, so Brent has nothing to worry about!" *chuckles*

Emily appreciated the apology, but she could tell Supriya was still a bit off. To break the ice more, Emily attempted to change the subject. Remembering just before Brant came down and caused a commotion, that Supriya was venting about her hectic life as a stay-at-home mom. Maybe she needed some encouraging words?

Emily also found out that they have two pets, Blue and Bartholomew. Through her love of animals, Supriya dreams of one day owning her own veterinary practice—a dream that is slowly disappearing due to Justin's workload, bills, and responsibilities at home.

Though Supriya expressed her love of being at home with them all, it can get stressful. Today was one of the few times she'd pried her little ones from her pant legs, anticipating Justin's return from work. When he entered the front door, she told him she needed to take a leisurely walk for some fresh air and would return.

She was desperate to get a moment to herself, but she started to feel guilty for leaving so hastily.

Emily: "There's nothing wrong with needing a break, especially a mental one. If you really need to get away, give me a call, okay? We can go grab a coffee and talk more about getting that veterinary practice up and going! That is, if you have ideas you need to talk out with someone." Supriya: "I'll keep that in mind, thank you. I just hope Justin will be in one piece whenever I return from these breaks I decide to go on."

Emily: "It's that crazy, huh?" Supriya: "Oh dear, I've come home after a quick grocery errand to see Justin planted on the floor face down and rear up from exhaustion. My love, he works such long hours supporting our family, so it's understandable. I feel so bad when I even think about leaving him alone with the kids and pets when he's tired like that."

Emily: *laughing heartily* "I can only imagine the scene unfolding in my head. I"m sorry, but I would have collapsed to the floor laughing!" Supriya: "It was quite a sight, I must say. The kids and even our fur babies were just as bewildered as I was!" *chortles lightly*

The girls talked, joked, and laughed with each other for quite some time, melting that wall of ice that Supriya held up so firmly around herself.

Supriya: "Emily...I noticed you kept calling me Mrs. Delgato during my entire visit. Which is very respectful...but, please feel at ease calling me by my first name...Supriya. Ok?" Emily: "OK :)"

Look at them bonding and sh-...my heart is so full :D
