Pixel animation commission for @thellamamongler of his pokemon OC, Juniper the Tinkaton!

Commission for @thellamamongler of his Tinkaton character Juniper! it was a very fun design to work with c^^

Creative Process:

For ref I got art from a wide range of artists, so I picked my favorite bits and stylings from each and got this as the warmup doodle

according to him, I nailed it with her design c^^

ended up also landing on a good pose with the first sketch too, so I ended up moving to lineart soon after

while on the lineart, I decided to have only one arm hold the hammer while her other arm did something else, it took me a bit to land on something that I was happy with (my first few ideas had her arm resting on the legs)

after that it was smooth sailing

Vi muchos au de pokemon en tumblr incluyendo aquí, pero creó que jaune junto a su equipo sería frontier brian en lugar de lyder gym, porque es casi elite four pero con mas libertades con sus equipos y tipos, irónicamente creo que jaune tendría un equipo tipo steel puro pero cada uno de sus pokemon representaría uno de sus amigos.

Ya sea por huevos o intercambio alguno de sus amigos le dio uno de sus pokemon más fuerte

Además de aparte tendría su característico Aegislash que representa a crose armor, un Sirfetch'd por el tema de caballero y entrenamiento y un Bunnery por juniper y su suéter

I saw many Pokémon au on tumblr including here, but I thought that Jaune along with his team would be Frontier Brian instead of Lyder gym, because it is almost elite four but with more freedoms with its teams and types, ironically I think that jaune would have a team type pure steel but each of his pokemon would represent one of his friends. Whether for eggs or exchange, one of his friends gave him one of his strongest pokemon. Team: Pyrrha: Mawile or Magnezone or even Kingambit Ren: Lucario Nora: Tinkaton Ruby: Scizor In addition, he would also have his characteristic Aegislash that represents Crocea Mors, a Sirfetch'd for the knight and training theme, and a Bunneary for Juniper and her sweater.

Jaune as an Elite Four using steel types makes a lot of sense to me. I also like the idea of his Pokémon being either name or even being his friends.
