Murray's Classic Cheeseburger has been a favorite for a long time. It has juicy beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, and a tasty homemade sauce. It's great for a barbecue or dinner during the week.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons ketchup. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1/2 cup sliced pickles. 1/4 cup diced onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up your grill or a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Put the burger patties on the grill or in a skillet. Cook for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like them more done. In the last minute of cooking, cover and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. Before you start cooking the burgers, split the buns in half and toast them briefly on the grill or in a toaster. To make the burger sauce, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl. Spread the burger sauce on the toasted bun halves to put the burgers together. Put a tomato slice and a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then add the cheesy burger patty on top of that. Add pickles and onions that have been cut up on top of the burger patty. Lastly, put the top bun on top of the other parts to finish the burger. Enjoy it hot with your favorite sides!

A mix of traditional American burgers and Mexican flavors make up the Quesadilla Burger. The beef patties are juicy, the cheddar cheese is melted, and the tortilla shell is crispy. Fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and guacamole are on top of the dish. If you want a tasty meal that combines burgers and quesadillas, this is the one for you.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup sour cream. 4 large flour tortillas. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. 1/2 cup guacamole.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put ground beef, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Take the mixture and shape it into 4 burger patties. Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. Warm up a big skillet or griddle over medium heat while the burgers are cooking. Add a tortilla to the pan and sprinkle taco seasoning on top of it. Turn it over and cook for another minute or two until it starts to get crispy. Put some guacamole on one half of the tortilla, and then put a burger patty on top of it. To make a quesadilla-style burger, fold the tortilla in half. Use a spatula to gently press down on the tortilla. Cook for another minute or two, until it's crispy and the cheese melts. Take the quesadilla burger out of the pan and do it again with the other tortillas and burger patties. Spread sour cream on the bottom half of each hamburger bun before putting the burgers together. Add diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and chopped cilantro on top of the quesadilla burger. Cover with the other half of the bun, and serve hot.
