Por: Luis Felipe Aguilar Palafox El pasado domingo 5 de marzo dio inicio la temporada 2023 de la Fórmula 1, y con ello se pudieron ver cambios en escuderías, pilotos y autos. I might be delusional but let me tell you: everytime Sergio sets foot in the Americas it's like a competition from all his sponsors who would get the most time with it and who would show that they love him more. I understand that the obligations must be carzy and take up most of his schedule and so pookie has no time to rest but that's what comes with being the prince of Ford and the sweetheart of a country AND a almost-but-not-so baby of a multimilionere. AND SERGIO SPEAKING SPANISH OMG HE SOUNDS SO GOOD IN HIS OWN LANGUAGE WHY DOES THAT SURPRISE ME EVERY GODDAMN TIME.
I know! Everyone wants a piece of Checo when he is here!
Love the 'Prince of Ford' thing, it will be the new tag for him, because honestly, Ford is pampering our boy so much, it might compete with Slim for him.
I loved how in the Ford event, Juan Fossaroli asked for a picture and Checo said 'No, you already have too many, I see you more than my wife', it was so cute.
I love him speaking in spanish, he finally gets to make his jokes and show how quick-minded he is. In english he kind of struggles with coming up with the right words.
Pookie is finally home and we are showing him so much love!

Lately Fossaroli is being like super nice with Checo, and I don't know if it is because Franco is fond of Checo, or what, but now partying together is wild.
Imagine talking shit about him and he's just at the party like
#I love the way people who talks shit about checo party with him afterwards#what's the deal with that?#juan fossaroli#sergio perez#checo perez

That Franco cancel post you reblogged made me lose color for a few seconds holy shit😭 I'm not okay, what is going on😭?!
What do i need to do now? I'm genuinely so confused🥲
Franco made a 'joke' while talking to Juan Fossaroli (with whom he's really close) He said something about a bracelet Juan was wearing or something like that, and used the expression "patear para el otro lado" which in Argentina is used for someone you 'suspect' is gay. Like, "oh you're wearing that? It looks like you're gay" kind of joke. That's why some people are saying he needs media training and that he's homophobic.
And I want to say two things about it: yes, Franco needs media training. He needs to understand that he can't go around saying shit like this because it can hurt some people.
'Jokes' like that one are common here in Argentina and among people who have some sort of friendship or close relationship. Still, it doesn't mean that using a sexual orientation to make a joke is okay, I just want to provide context as on why he said it so casually.
I really don't think Franco was actively trying to hurt an entire community with his words and I honestly don't think he's homophobic. He made a homophobic joke that it's made by almost every argentinian on a daily basis, which doesn't mean that is okay, but it seems to me that he didn't think about it. He often speaks before thinking, which isn't wise because it could end up like this, it was a matter of time.
To sum it up: Franco made a terrible 'joke' and needs to apologise. That doesn't mean he's a bad person (in my opinion) he just made a mistake.
