So, since Tom is made from an Enderman (how much Endermen is he even?), he would at the very least be uncomfortable with the feeling of water, especially whrn it rains. Bot brothers, probably the same, considering they are bots, and even IF their body is water tight and the water doesnt damage their electronics, it would still cause them to rust. Anyways, longwinded way to say, Jrumbot has retractable umbrella in arm. Cue that trope of two lovers (who hates water) under an umbrella in a rain. Also, another funny thought, Jrum's original umbrella was too short for Tom (height difference strikes again!), so he and/or Mumbo had to fix it to be longer

Yes Tom is definitely uncomfortable with water!!!! His species in my au is a bit convoluted, but he's basically a void walker that absorbed watcher magic? If that makes sense? But rain can definitely be uncomfortable or painful for him yes!

Jrumbot is the one that offers up the idea, thinking that if Tom agrees he probably knows what he's doing. Tom agrees to it, thinking Jrumbot is offering it because *he* knows what he's doing and won't judge him for not knowing

they go and end up looking like two baby deers trying to walk for the first time while trying to help each other just *stand* on the ice without falling XD
