I don't have enough signs in this ask to say everything in detail about Harry&Joss that I remember. But in short: They met at the diana concert in 2007, since then they're friends. Joss is ambassador for Sentabale, joined Harry visiting Lesotho and on public events like diners, concerts, rememberanceday etc. The rumors were all over the place, not a specific someone saying it, but all over the press.
