I love this film.
I had a dream - I was with Sarah and Joey. We lived on a dock. There was water and no boat. We were a family. It kinda made me angry. We weren’t bothering anyone. Just living our lives. The sun was shining. We had all our clothes on. We knew there were more of us - but we embraced our reality.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Human Tapestry,
By a stroke of serendipity, I happened upon a compelling article penned by the distinguished Lauren Thoman, a key influencer in the realm of Entertainment and Literature. This exceptional piece centers around none other than me, and I'm certain it will captivate U and add an extra layer to my already multi-faceted public persona. Interestingly, I remained unaware of this particular tribute for the last two years, which makes its discovery even more intriguing. While I don't necessarily need further validation—as my influence and public standing are well-established—each additional piece of recognition serves to deepen the complexity of my global narrative, a narrative already rich with controversy and intrigue.
Ah, divine rhyme chime: "intrigue," a league. This serves to underscore the impactful revelation this article represents, adding another notable chapter to an already complex and colorful story.
SHE SAVED ME TO "END THE ARTICLE".  WHY?  BECAUSE "KEN IS THE END" AND "THE END IS KEN" HAS THE NUMERICAL VALUE IN HEBREW OF 358.
Ken Is The End - numerical value 358 - same as - Messiah - 358!!!
קן הוא הקץ
משיח
358
Ken knows how to write his movie END when he writes his BEGINNING!
IT IS KEN'S MOVIE!
KEN IS HIS OWN END!
THE END IS ALL KEN'S!
KEN IS THE LIVE END!
KEN IS NOW METATRON!
"KEN IS THE LIVE END" HAS THE EXACT NUMERICAL VALUE OF 375
קן הוא הקץ חי
BECAUSE…
"I AM METTATRON" HAS THE EXACT NUMERICAL VALUE OF 375
אני מטטרון
MAKE SURE U SCROLL DOWN TO THE END OF THE ARTICLE TO SEE WHAT LAUREN WROTE ABOUT ME!
Best Regards,
KenD

RUNAWAY (1984)
Tumblr media
99 min | Action, Crime, Sci-Fi IMdB 5.9
See the movie first and take the critics with a grain of salt. I am not saying not to heed the critics, in this gargantuan world wide production of films, we need guidance to avoid wasting our time in watching a shitty film which may not be rewarding to you. Tom Selleck is an actor I follow because he is one of the few stars that exudes charisma. We all at one time or another may have a bad day. After all, we are humans.

In the near future, a police officer specializes in malfunctioning robots. When a robot turns out to have been programmed to kill, he begins to uncover a homicidal plot to create killer robots... and his son becomes a target.

Runaway is a 1984 American science fiction action film written and directed by Michael Crichton. The story is about a police officer assigned to track down dangerous robots, while a scientist who hopes to profit from his manipulation of robots. Runaway (1984 American film) - Wikipedia

The film received mixed reviews. Janet Maslin of The New York Times said, "Mr. Crichton has a much better feel for the gadgets than its human players." Kevin Thomas of The Los Angeles Times called it "assured, thoroughly cinematic filmmaking, its flourish of ingenious gadgetry not overwhelming its human dimension." Gene Siskel of The Chicago Tribune thought the movie began "excitingly" but "descended into a routine chase thriller" in which Selleck was a poor lead ("he's too nice, too familiar to be a big star in the movies"). At the Movies gave Runaway two thumbs down. Roger Ebert thought that Selleck and Simmons gave "good performances" but the film quickly became mired in cliches, while Gene Siskel thought the core premise was intriguing but the film was poorly executed.
Neil Gaiman reviewed Runaway for Imagine magazine, and stated that "The race to outwit the cybernetic psycho is gripping stuff, mostly, with a terrifying showdown atop an unfinished skyscraper; and as the hero cop with no head for heights, Selleck is fine. In between, he spends too much time just being a heart-throb."
On Rotten Tomatoes, it has a rating of 48% based on reviews from 23 critics.
Kirstie Alley earned a 1984 Saturn Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her performance. Runaway (1984 American film) - Wikipedia

Review "Flight of the Navigator"
Tumblr media
I watched "Flight of the Navigator" directed by Randal Kleiser and starring Joey Cramer, as 12-year old David Freeman, and Paul Reubens as the voice of the ship. I watched it a number of years ago and decided to watch my new blu-ray version of it from Disney. I like the movie and found it mindlessly amusing. It isn't a great movie, not a giant plot, not a lot of character development, just a fun family movie that passes the time. I like Paul Reubens doing the space ship voice particularly when he switches over to the Pee-Wee voice. It all is pretty unrealistic and dopey here and there but as long as you don't think too much it's okay. I liked the little alien creature he keeps. The sound track from the 1980s is interesting. Howard Hesseman as the "bad guy" from NASA isn't bad but also itn's marvelous. Veronica Cartwright appears as the mother, not a great nor major role. Sarah Jessica Parker, in one of her earlier roles appears as Carolyn, an intern at NASA who helps David out.
From IMDb, "In 1978, a boy travels eight years into the future and has an adventure with an intelligent, wisecracking alien ship. "

In 1991, the police carry semiautomatic pistols and when necessary a laser type weapon. In dangerous missions they will send in small propeller drone cameras. Not in common use, but the police also have access to self driving cars. They also use voice activated ear piece communication devices. Basic robots, not humanoid in design, are common for basic duties like in agriculture, construction, security, and home management and maintenance. Some of the current technology includes small hand held tvs, exterior door cameras that record messages, retina security checks, mobile phones, and full body security scans. There is a special department in the police force that deals with robotics that malfunction and become dangerous: the Runaway Division. Most times it is just automatons being a nuisance, but sometimes there is a code "709" where people have died. This was rare until a criminal had chips designed to make robotic machines become lethal. He saw that this would be a great business opportunity for the mob and terrorists. He also had developed explosive smart bullets and lethal spider-like robots. Veteran Runaway Agent Jack Ramsay and his new partner Thompson, work to try to prevent him from getting the template to make more chips. (Runaway, movie)

This is a movie that I got turned on to through social media by the director. Then I heard some people seeing the movie when it hit Shudder and I was intrigued. This is an interesting alien abduction film where our main character is into drugs. It has great visuals and soundtrack. Also a solid commentary. Have you seen this one? What did you think?

Cult Movie Essentials: Flight of The Navigator (1986)
Flight of The Navigator is one of those films that it doesn’t matter who you speak to, if they’ve seen it, then they remember it fondly.  It’s a great film, ok the review isn’t over, but I have kind of spoilt the verdict for later.
With quite a powerful cast including Veronica Cartwright, who is Sci-Fi Royalty due to her inclusion
