I am one of those people who watch movies critically but this so called cinephile syndrome leaves whenever SRK performs on the big screen.
Dunki emotionally hits you. A Rajkumar Hirani + Srk combo is expected to be exceptional. Although it is a great movie, it could have been better.
We always expect the best from the Best.
The cast did a wonderful job. Vicky Kaushal was so on point. Srk + Boman Irani jodi was something I was looking forward to and they didnt dissappoint. The reunion of Srk and Tapsee was giving full VeerZaara wali vibes.
Ab jao jake movie dekho, kyuki, "I am the Last of the Stars"

So I heard what was I made for just now with great courage because I sobbed at the theatre when it was playing.
I will be moving out too, and probably it will be my brother's uni. Kismat ka game dekho. Khayr and my brother before moving out was a little nervous and tensed about how he would cope up with studies and the curriculum (well that's a fair point for his life story)
Now coming to mine, every day as it dawns on me that I am leaving, I see that after me Maa will be making lunch alone for herself, watching her series while cooking and washing the dishes. She wouldn't randomly knock my door (yes in this house room band kar sakte ho) and give me the latest gossip or ask me how that one popular trendy reel step is done. There will be no more enlightening conversations at the kitchen counter but questions about well being and studies when I get in to hostel. Maa won't do my dress and I have to quickly learn to wear my saree for college events and dance functions. When I heard the song now, all I could see Mummy and my baby self. I always used to sleep with mumma and my brother with nana nani. (I was cuter obviously that's why) anyway and the life she has led, the choices she was forced to make and the choices she wasn't able to make because of the society then, my mother has always wanted me to excel the most. No doubt she loves me and my twin equally but I am her daughter, a girl and to be a woman next. I wish I could tell her that she is not a failure because she couldn't have a job and her financial autonomy. It was her wish which did not get fulfilled because she had to marry early and then she gave up working for her kids. I have seen her eyes light up differently and now when I think of it I have tears in my eyes because sometimes that brilliant gaze is the reason for an unsurmountable amount of confidence and is also the reason for my biggest fear of not becoming her even though I know she is enough. She always was. The reason I broke down while watching Barbie after the mother daughter line was this. I am not emotional for missing home and family, I am sad about the loneliness my mother has to go through until papa comes home. Well she has her painting and story telling and one thing maa learnt to overcome is to not be so attached to children that when they leave, despair sets in. So she will be okay, and years down the lane I hope her eyes still light up the same way when I get those degrees from the best colleges, and when she sees me dance. It's my dream yes, but to push me for it was her.
Omg this was so sad jdjsjks bye goodnight. May mummy never find out about my tumblr

Story and Screenplay: Laxman Utekar and Rohan Shankar wrote the story together. The story is based on the Marathi film Mala aai Vhhaychy, but the screenplay is excellent, with no flaws. Dialogues of Rohan Shankar are extremely funny and hilarious, with a Rajasthani accent. Cinematography: Akash Agarwal's is excellent. The city is shown well from aerial views. Mera expressive nahi hona meko andar se maar dega aur dusron ka dil todega
(Is this why I am expressive in dance kyunki saala bahar duniya mein nahi ho pati so I am just trying to talk through stories and acts???)
For real my mother was telling me and my brother that you both never call up your friends not even your own dad. Now my brother is a humanised version of a robot who will do things if told and I am unsure if he really feels other emotions
But I? I don't take the initiative to call him because I feel guilty of not being good enough and whatever transpired these 3 years worsened that. I don't call my friends or text them because I feel I am not worthy to talk to them because I haven't achieved anything and I am not settled. I wish I could change this feeling.
I as a child would say that if I wanted to show love to my parents I would score good marks, get a good job and be very successful not that my parents ever forced me to get those I was quite a natural (abhi na jane kya ho gaya)
And the more I have stayed inwards to myself I see that I have turned people away from me and somehow I would blame everyone else earlier or even fate ki aisa kyu hua unka dekho sab sahi jaa raha hai mera ghanta kuch ho raha hai
The last time I texted my school friends was probably sometime in jan or dec maybe and even now I feel I should delete my text each time I ask them are you free now because they have colleges friends and other commitments.
Sometimes I want to talk to my father, but then I see my report card, my grades, and those pathetic sob nights and feel rehen do kya layak bani hai tu even though I know my dad wants to talk to me.
Sometimes I think I would be worthy to connect with people if I be that dancer or if I go to that prestigious college but that isn't healthy. It's like you know that's wrong but can't help to do it again and again
Even though I am in a relationship it's long distance and we barely get around 15-20 mins to talk I am scared what if when I am finally around him after my exams I give the same treatment. I won't be able to express myself or anything and then I will ruin all of this?
I can't hug anyone now. my hands freeze. My mother hugs me and I am brought to a stand still thinking what to do?
Damn I so need to get a college to set my relationships good

Trends in Indian Resort Tourism
Trends in Indian Resort Tourism
While skepticism prevails on Indian resort tourism getting back to its feet post-pandemic, affairs are not so, thanks to elements like revenge tourism and work-from-anywhere nomads. Reportedly a majority of Indians seek complete culture shock, meditation getaways and business travels have gained accelerated intensity.
This author here remembers reading somewhere about an arrow moving backward to shoot forward being correlated to hospitality gaining momentum after a catastrophic pandemic episode.
Post Covid Transitions in Indian Resort Tourism
After the taxing covid phase, it is almost a rebirth for Indian resort tourism struggling to balance trends with the traditional approaches. Despite the advent of apps, chatbots and hyper-personalization, most Indian travellers prefer a warm welcome from hotel staff and to get tipped by them on optimizing their stay.
More professionals approach resorts to combine business and leisure in bleisure travels, sleep tourism, health tourism and others seek memorable locations for destination weddings.
Government’s Role in Enhancing Indian Resort Industry
India’s G-20 Presidency has invited more attention, especially from the MICE sector. With a bid to alleviate MICE business by 2 per cent in the forthcoming 5 years, the Ministry of Tourism has introduced a strategy that would transform it into a lucrative opportunity.
Besides, ‘Dekho Apna Desh’ flagship scheme, encourages Indians to explore India instead of options that are located abroad. Apparently the budget for 2023-24 focuses on huge potential for tourism.
The Finance Minister has announced a series of measures, described as ‘mission mode’ which includes developing 50 new tourist destinations, promoting eco-tourism, building new airports and railway stations that improves connectivity.
Working in Bleisure
Facilities like ayurveda, campfire, trekking, houseboat and backwater locations are exactly an escape that a high-profile professional requires. This, combined with delectable cuisine rejuvenates one’s self.
While hotels in Kerala’s Kochi, Calicut, Wayanad, Pulamanthole and Ooty in Tamil Nadu embrace visitors with nature’s bounty, other hotels in Delhi and Chennai offer an equivalent relaxation despite the hustling urban ambience.
Traveller’s Take
Reportedly, travellers in the past couple of years prefer privacy, hygiene, flexibility, convenience with growing preferences for rented villas. Hoteliers, on the other hand, have shifted attention to cost efficiency, out-of-the-box ideas in the visitor’s interest, technology adoption and leaner operations.
Trends in Wellness and Health Resorts
Wellness tourism, highlighting ayurveda, yoga and meditation have gained importance over adventure tourism and have apparently been endorsed by millennials and young professionals.
Top travel houses including ayurvedic resorts in Kerala, have invested in spiritual getaways and heritage tours which are sought fervently by those who seek a break from hectic corporate routines. Kerala houses best ayurvedic resorts in India, are known for their unmatched expertise in stress management and detox programmes.
Resorts for Events
Resorts have become a part of one’s lifestyle, with more people booking resorts for family events such as birthdays, family get together, weddings and bachelorette parties.
Trends in Indian Resort Workforce
The Indian resort tourism did receive a huge blow when the workforce who lost jobs during the pandemic opted for other sectors. In another instance, the hospitality industry by itself was shortening its workforce.
To optimize human resources, many resorts employed people who were cross-trained in multiple departments. These multi-skilled employees operated at different departments in different times of the day which not only reduced labour cost but also improved efficiency.
Employees are encouraged to acquire new skills and train themselves in the resort operations. Traditional hotel operations are now redefined and appropriate training programs were implemented, much to the delight of travellers. Resorts collaborate with hospitality institutions and announce leadership programs for their staff which promotes internal learning and development.
Summing Up
India’s prospects for tourism are an ever-brimming sector, thanks to the country’s expansive culture and detailed geography. The buzz is that by the end of 2024, India might see less than 100 new hotels in the 4 and 5 star categories.
Domestic travellers, with most seeking worcations, would promote short term and long term stays. Technology and enhanced guest service are bound to improve the above-mentioned prospects.
The matchless expertise of Emarald Group of Hotels and Resorts, especially Wild West resorts located in Kerala is equipped with the above-mentioned trends. These resorts also insist on constant updation in technology and infrastructure, much to the delight of their patrons.
