summary: a quick game of pepero between you and your boyfriend jinsik!

genre: suggestive, fluff

warnings: i wrote gf!reader but there’s not any explicit mentions of gender or pronouns or anything of the sort so anybody can read this tbh, pepero game, making out, like twelve excessively different ways to describe kissing (no like it’s actually a bit silly), jinsik calls reader baby once, reader calls jinsik sweetheart once

a/n: this was just a very short drabble i wrote cause i just wanted to just get it out so idk how well this is actually written or if it even makes any sense. i also didn’t rlly proof read it but F IT WE BALL. i also tagged it under smut but its not rlly smut its just super suggestive but i didn’t know what to tag that as so 💀 forgive me i tried

“i’m gonna go get some snacks from the kitchen, you want anything?” jinsik grunted as he stood up from his spot on the floor, using his hands on his knees to help himself up. you look up from your classwork before smiling and shaking your head. “not anything in particular, no.” you said before going back to the paper you had been working on for the past two hours.

jinsik nodded before turning out the room, the sound of bags crinkling and wooden cabinets opening and closing being heard as he rummaged around. you heard a loud ‘aha!’ come from the kitchen, making your attention turn to the open bedroom door as you waited for jinsik to pop into the door frame. he practically stumbled into the room in his excitement, a bright gleam in his eye and a smile on his face as he held up a small red box in his hand. he shook the box, letting the contents of it thud around before holding it out. you squint and lean forward to read the small white text: pepero. you lean back and raise your brow at the boy. “pepero?” he nods up and down.

“uh-huh! you know what people do with it right?” he wiggles his brows and winks teasingly at you, which only earns him a roll of your eyes.

“really, jinsik? i don’t have time for your silly games.” you huff out, but the gentle smile on your face shows that you’re not really that annoyed at him. you could never be annoyed at his little shenanigans; it was one of the things you loved about him. you turn back to writing your assignment before he drops to his knees next to you, making you flinch at the sound of his knees hitting the floor before you look at him out of the corner of your eye. he grabs your hand to make you stop writing before clasping it gently in his hands, sticking out his lips in a pout.

“pleaaaaaase? just one game?” he begged. you stared at him blankly for a moment before taking a deep breath and letting out a sigh with a roll of your eyes.

“fine.” his eyes immediately lit up as soon as the words left your mouth, wasting no time to start prying the small cardboard box open. you laughed as you watched him fondly before he finally got the box open, holding up one of the sweet, chocolate covered sticks up between the two of you. he made a dramatic show of placing the pretzel side of the treat in his mouth, wiggling his brows at you.

you laughed and rolled your eyes before shuffling closer to him, taking the chocolate between your teeth and looking up at jinsik through your lashes. his face started to turn a light shade of pink and swallowed harshly at the gaze you were giving him, before he snapped out of the daze you had put him in. he was glad the small treat left a few inches of space between you out of fear that if you were any closer you’d hear how hard his heart is beating.

“you go first.” you tell him, making his brows furrow.

“what? why me?”

“because you were the one to suggest this.” he sighed before adjusting his posture, as if moving positions would help him gather the courage to bite closer to you. he tested the waters first, barely moving a centimeter along the treat. you rolled your eyes before moving significantly closer, catching jinsik off guard and making his eyes grow wide with surprise. he composed himself before taking a bigger bite, matching the one that you took. inch by inch, bite by bite, the space between your lips grew smaller and smaller.

your eyes had been trained on the shortening length of the pepero, but the moment your noses brushed, you both paused as your eyes snapped up to look into his. you found he was already looking at you with half-lidded eyes, studying you intensely. his eyes trailed down to your lips before looking you in the eyes again. you grew embarrassed under his unwavering stare. before you could make a move or even say anything, jinsik brought his hand up to cup your jaw before taking the rest of the candy in his mouth and pressing his lips against yours.

a small ‘mph!’ left your lips before you sighed into his mouth as your eyes fluttered shut and you melted against his lips. the kiss started off gently; quick, soft presses of your lips before pulling back slightly then going back for more. jinsik could taste the sweet chocolate on your tongue, only making him addicted and desperate for more. one of his hands snake down to slide around your waist, his arm wrapping around your back to tug you closer to him as his other hand stays against your cheek. you wrap your arms around his neck and press your torso against his as you shift yourself to sit in his lap when the kiss starts getting more intense, your fingers tangling into the hair at the base of his neck.

you let him tilt your jaw to the side to deepen the kiss, heavy pants and small whines being let out into each others mouths. you feel the palm of his hand splay out flat against your back to arch you into him, your chest pressing against his as you pull him impossibly closer in return. after a few more kisses are exchanged you start to pull away, only to have jinsik chase after you. “jinsik— mmph, sweetheart, i have to get back to my paper,” you mumbled against his lips but the only acknowledgment you earned from him was an ‘mmm’ in response.

he took your bottom lip between his teeth softly before pulling back, tugging your plush lip as he did so. this time, you were the one chasing after him. your eyes fluttered open to be met with a sight you could never get tired of seeing: jinsik with his hair messy, face flushed, and a soft smirk on his kiss swollen lips. he pet you from the top of your hair down to rest his hand on your cheek again. “c’mon, baby. the paper will still be there when we’re done,” he leaned his face down to brush his lips against yours. “i’m just borrowing you for a few minutes. or a few hours.” jinsik smiled against your lips at the last comment, kissing you again as a tactic to convince you to let him give you more. it was working.

“okay,” you whisper back. “but just a few minutes, okay?” jinsik nodded, but you both knew you were lying. he shifted under you to have enough stability to lean you back while supporting your weight. he had one hand on your back while the other rested behind your head to lay you down on the floor gently before his arms come to cage around your head as he hovers over you. the sight of his toned arms, his purple hair falling in front of his face, and his stupidly attractive smirk had your heart racing and thighs clenching around his hips as he leaned down to take your lips in his again, your arms coming up to wrap around his shoulders without any hesitation.

needless to say you did not get back to your paper that night.

You look at your boyfriend who is busy listening to samples and choosing new music for a song in Xikers’s upcoming album. You feel proud of him and impressed at the same time, loving the reactions he gives when he feels he has the right choice.

You sit quietly, turning in your chair slowly when you feel Minjae’s phone vibrate against the table and you pick it up. As soon as you notice the call from Hongjoong you tap him on his shoulder and hand him the phone. Minjae jumps at your touch making you roll your eyes as he talks to his senior.

“I am screwed,” are the first words you hear from him as he cuts the phone, you stare at him in confusion and ask, “What is going on?”

“Hongjoong hyung with Edenary are coming to check my samples,” he clutches his head as a groan rolls out from the back of his throat and he slams his head onto the table. “Min what the hell are you doing?” you gasp pulling him up by his shoulder as he lets out an exaggerated cry and falls into your arms.

You stare at him in shock before calming down and say, “Dude, these pieces are literally so good, I love them and I am sure they will too because you are talented baby.” Minjae lets out a dramatic gasp at your sentence saying, “Dude? Is your boyfriend ‘dude’ now? Great! My seniors are coming to check up on me, and instead of showering me with love you are calling me dude, how could yo-“

You don’t let him finish his sentence as you pull him by his shirt collar and kiss him willing to shut his ramble up. Your noses bump into each other and Minjae’s eyes widen for a millisecond before he kisses you back with fervour. His fingers trace down your nape and a breathy sigh intertwines your kiss as you enjoy the sweet taste of him.

You break off first, breathing heavily, as Minjae’s lips glisten in the low light of the studio and you lick your lips lightly. A light cough interrupts you two as Minjae’s eyes widen making you quickly let go of him and Hongjoong grins before saying, “Should I come back later?”

You walk into the practice room where Junmin is going over his parts in “Die for You” for their upcoming concert. You sit down quietly watching him practice the dance in awe.

The perks of having a main dancer boyfriend are watching his smooth and clear moves and getting to learn them well. The cons of having him is restraining yourself from doing all the things in your head when he looks terribly hot after practice.  Beads of sweat drop down his defined collarbones and your eyes travel with it, shamelessly checking him out to add to your imagination unknowingly Junmin picks up his shirt from the waist and wipes his sweat giving you a dangerous glance at his defined abs.

You were so lost in your own ministrations you don’t hear Junmin calling your name and blink abruptly when you see him stand in front of you, slight concern in his eyes as he looks into yours and before you can second guess yourself you are pulling him by his shirt collar and kissing him.

Junmin’s eyes widen to an unbelievable extent as he stills from the contact of your lips and his brain short-circuits. Your conscience kicks back instantly and you don’t even finish the kiss as you let go of his collar coughing lightly. Your face feels hot as your eyes are fixated on his collar and Junmin stares down with a red face.

“I- wow, I,” his blabbers fall to your heated face as you two stare at each other with wide eyes and he licks his lips lightly remembering your confidence and bashfully loving it inside.

For a second you two just stare at each other flustered equally and suddenly Junmin is cupping your cheek and kissing you. It is so sweet and so him, it makes you melt into it as his hand rests on the small of your back. As soon as you two break it returns to shy giggles and heated faces as Junmin looks everywhere but your eyes.

੭ㅤ𝅄ㅤ ꒰ CHOI SUMIN ꒱

Sumin yells at you as he splashes the water in your direction making you flinch in shock. “Choi Sumin,” you shout at him and run through the wet sand towards him. A gummy smile lights up his face as he laughs and jumps in the water before going deeper into the sea. You giggle again as you throw a small amount of water at him.

Even though it does no justice to the amount he has drenched you earlier with his light playful scream makes your day. You walk deeper into the sea, towards him and the water slowly rises. Sumin’s eyes sparkle as he picks up something and walks towards you adorably and clumsily.

Wrapping an arm around your waist he somehow tugs your back to his chest and puts his head on your shoulder pressing a light kiss on it. He opens his hand saying, “For you, my love.” You giggle feeling shy and fiddle with the shell on his palm unable to make eye contact.

“Look at me,” he whispers breathily in your ear making you whine and lightly kick him at his teasing instincts. “Pretty,” you whisper softly and he smiles cheekily adding, “Like you.”

“Cliché,” you snort and he retorts, “Whipped.”

You look at him in shock and wide eyes before scoffing and saying, “I am not the whipped one here.” “You’re not?” a rhetorical question leaves his mouth as he slowly traces his finger down your jaw, angles your face towards his and raises an eyebrow challenging you. You try to move your face making him tease you more and finally your restraint snaps.

Pulling him by the collar you crash your lips to his, lips moving along each other with fervour and haze. Your lips part for a while for a short breath and his hands are cupping your jawline pressing your lips to his again. The sun hits your skin in a golden hue and the water creates a cool backdrop among the heat of the kiss.

You rake your fingers through his damp hair, parting a few strands again as the air feels like sweet love around silence. Pressing your lips together multiple times, your noses bump a few times making you giggle and laugh at the weird situation. The kiss is messy yet perfect at the same time before you two part for good.

“Cliché,” he snorts this time and you retort, “Whipped.”

“Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?” you roll your eyes as you can almost hear the grin in your boyfriend’s voice as he stands behind you. Pursing your lips you tilt your head and turn around asking, “Why?”

“Can’t a guy just simply love his partner?” Jinsik smiles, his grin widening innocently making you shake your head. You are here, standing in a sunny parking lot, sweating and waiting for Sumin to pick you two up and Jinsik’s idea of brightening the situation is apparently saying cheesy pick-up lines.

“Are you a parking ticket? ‘Cus you have got fine written all over you,” he winks as a weird sound leaves your throat sounding between a half-gasp and a half-groan making his smile widen more.

“Please Jinsik, I love you but shut up,” you say, pressing your head lightly against his arms but you know you are just talking to a wall when you hear the next sentence roll off his tongue again, “If I could rearrange the alphabet I would put U and I toge-“

Before he can eat your mind with another worst pickup line ever, and any more that are coming after, you turn your head, grab his collar and press your lips to his. Jinsik's eyes widen in disbelief as he stumbles from your grip and your conscience returns almost as soon as you do it making you abruptly leave.

“What- How,” he gasps as you look away, biting your lips, sinking in the aftertaste of whatever you did right now while his brain still processes what just happened. “Your stupid cheesy lines are stupid,” you babble, not being able to maintain eye contact as he blinks and slowly gains back his composure.

“Are they now?” he hums, his hand slowly sneaking around your waist and tightening as you try to let go. “Jinsik, we are in the public,” you whisper frantically but god knows what this boy has been eating as his grip grows tighter and a teasing grin etches his face.

“Yeah, but you conveniently forgot that when you pulled me by the collar and kissed me,” the mischief behind those innocent eyes makes you smack him lightly as he giggles and hugs you. Your whines die quickly as you wrap an arm around him feeling him press light kisses to your head and bask in his scent that is so him, well at least before you groan and hit your head against his chest again.

“Do you have another heart? Because mine just got stolen!”

Hyunwoo and you walk by the river quietly in the dead of the night. If your parents or his hyungs knew you two would not live another day. But that’s the thrill of it! The wind ruffles his hair lightly as you look at him and giggle making him smile with his pretty little eyes.

When he reaches your door and you two stand not wanting to let go of each other. It feels stupid almost and lovesick at how you two keep trying to prove yourselves as friends. “Good night,” he says softly and you whisper it back swinging your hands with his. “Same time tomorrow?” you giggle and he sighs knowing he can never say no to you.

The next day you wake up to the familiar knock in your windows and Hyunwoo’s face appears as you roll it up. He grins and you smirk back before letting him enter. “Practice ended late,” he says as he enters and keeps on talking about how Jinsik and he had to do a choreography all while hanging half-way from the window.

Your eyes widen in panic as he keeps talking and you decide to do the last thing on your mind. You pull him by the collar, even though it’s a bit hard and pull him inside your room. Hyunwoo stumbles from the sudden pressure toppling over the sill and falls over you and finally, his mouth shuts up as he stares down at your flustered face.

“Did not think you would do that,” he whispers and your eyes widen as you stutter out, “No other option, you talk a lot.” Your words come out a lot breathier than you want them to and he nods smirking, “Sure.” “I hate you,” you murmur out when his teasing words keep spilling from his mouth and you can’t take it anymore and something comes over you as you pull him into a kiss.

For the second time that night, Hyunwoo is silenced and flushed as he falls into the lips he has dreamed of so much. The kiss is soft, the low lights in the room being your only witness and it’s secure like a bond you two have shared for so long. When you part Hyunwoo’s flush reaches to his ears and warmth creeps down your neck as he says, “Didn’t think you would do that either.”

i'm a firm believer that minjae is so huge on words of affirmation. he's already written roadys long messages before, like i’m saying 'essay long' messages, thanking us for keeping up with them and having fun last tour. he loves pouring his all through heartfelt words he tells you at random times of the day, whether it be through text or if you're hanging out together. tells you he loves you everytime he can, the members even cringing whenever he does that in front of everyone else. they don't let him catch a break😭 the other way around, i think he also likes receiving words of affirmation. remember that one fancall where he asked a roady why they love him? as his s/o, let him know how well he's doing as a leader please. he also incredibly cherishes quality time with you because as the group leader, he doesn't get all the time in the world to be with you even if he wanna :(

✧𓂃𓈒JUNMIN.

i'm not sure if this counts as words of affirmation, but i'll just say it is. junmin really loves updating you throughout the day, like i'm saying tons of messages consisting of his selfies, food he's eaten, and places he's been too. dude is gonna blow up your phone at this point😭 but you don't really mind. even though you're not right there beside him, you feel like you are, because it's like he tells you updates of every single move he makes for the day. you literally have a collection of his photos he sent you, in your gallery. you're actually suprised it's a lot more than the pictures you've taken yourself?! he also really loves to do acts of service for you, he's actually one of the members that keeps their dorm mess free. so if there were times you're stressed or too occupied with work that you weren't able to pay attention to other things around you, junmin will do his best to help ease your workload!

✧𓂃𓈒SUMIN.

i like to think sumin is really into gift giving, and the things he gives you are really personal which makes it a lot more special. he really enjoys having you as his subject in his paintings of drawings, and would love to gift it to you once he's finished. also, you can't miss the sweet messages he leaves you behind the paper of the drawings! everyone knows sumin owns a lot of keychains right, literally his keychains weigh more than the bag it's attached to😭 he'd let you take anything from his collection, and would sometimes even buy you new ones! aside from that, even though we see him sometimes reject physical touch with the members, he'd initiate it himself with you. if you guys are living together, you'd maybe wanna marry him already because this guy knows how to maintain a home. this paragraph is gonna get longer if i explain, so i'll have it at just that.

✧𓂃𓈒JINSIK.

he's kinda on the same level of sumin when it comes to gift giving. our jinsik is an artist right? so he'd spent most of his time making drawings for you so you can turn it into your phone wallpaper! or even does short animations for you, like that stuff takes such a long time and jinsik would just spend his whole day making it for you. sometimes you'd catch him drawing something, but he suddenly hides it from you because he says he wants it to be a surprise!! also this guy is a real enjoyer of quality time too. whenever his family would be going somewhere, he'd want you to tag along with them. it makes him so happy to see all his favorite people in one place together :(

✧𓂃𓈒HYUNWOO.

i don't know if this is kinda unexpected but if you look closely, hyunwoo really likes physical touch. this boy always needs to hug you everytime you meet. and those times where you thought he was making kissy faces to you as a joke so you never reciprocate it, yeah... he was being fr that he wants a kiss. you just realize it when he suddenly sulks beside you as if there was a random rain cloud that manifested on top of his head, that suddenly his mood got sad. but once you do kiss him then he's already back to happy! also, he really likes to backhug you. at first he might be kind of cautious with physical touch if the other members could see, because he's often the center of their teasing. but as time went on, he actually didn't care anymore, he's gonna hug you whenever he wanna!!

✧𓂃𓈒JUNGHOON.

our hoonie really loves quality time with you! everytime he's free from schedule, all he really wants to do is spend the time to explore food spots with you (he really enjoys eating). he'd drag you along to places you've never been to before so you guys could try the randomest food ever. oftentimes he doesn't really show much expression right, so you also love it when you get to eat with him because he gets very extra while eating. especially when the food is good, you'll get to witness a bunch of reactions from him! just like hyunwoo, he's suprisingly into physical touch with you. no one of the members expected that at all! he'd like to have his hand somewhere on you, just making sure that there's no one else around to see this side of him. it's like he doesn't even expect himself to act like that, it's just because he's so in love with you he unconsciously wants to touch you all the time😭

✧𓂃𓈒SEEUN.

he's just some guy that has a lot of love to give😔 i like to think he enjoys giving all the love languages to his s/o, he's really sweet overall as a boyfriend. he would wanna devote himself to you. he's really heavily leaning on physical touch though, like randomly kisses you in moments you don't expect (i mean, this dude kisses his members randomly and even kisses the camera itself when it's on him😭). he can't sit still without having his hand on you all the time. also this guy doesn't like being locked up in their dorms whenever they don't have any schedules, so he's quickly ringing your phone up to ask you to spend time with him, hence another quality time enjoyer.

physical touch on top when it comes to him!! sometimes the members have expressed that yujun gets so touchy, and he gives the best hugs. such a cute cuddler you know. everywhere you guys are spotted together, yujun always has a hand around your shoulder, waist, or his favorite: entangled with your hand too. if he's standing near you, he's not gonna let a gap between you too happen, your shoulders need to be touching😭 sometimes how question if he can even exist without being beside you all the time. goodluck dealing with him because it seems like yujun has a never ending amount of energy. also!! quality time with him in the form of playing video games together.

he's kinda new to this relationship thing, very awkward at first. a stark contrast to how you met him, he's really extroverted right. it's honestly kinda cute to see him try his hardest in doing all the couple things he thought he has to do, so let him know that he can breath sometimes and just be himself!! he tries to ask for relationship advice from his hyungs, sometimes it backfires on him because he accidentally understands it a different way. so then he resorted to asking his older sisters instead. he may struggle a bit with words (in the relationship), even though he's normally so talkative. so he likes to express his love through actions. he remembers your favorite things, would love to buy you gifts even though there's no really occasion. and mostly tries to help you any way he could!! please notice how hard he tries to show acts of service!

Your eyes naturally closed as Jinsik's hands met your cheeks, gently pulling you in so that your lips could collide.

You two had ended up in the very corner of the practice room after Jinsik got frustrated with the choreography he'd been trying and failing to memorise for days now. You, being the wonderful girlfriend you are, followed him to where he was slouching in the corner and offered him a few kisses to cheer him up, to which he could never ever refuse.

His hands slid down to your waist to hold your body against his, his back pressed to the wall. Your hands moved from their position resting on his chest to his jaw, holding his face so that he stayed close as you laid your lips on his softly over and over again. The sounds of your repeated sighs filled the room, along with tiny suction sounds with every little kiss.

Jinsik had a habit of humming as he got immersed in kisses, and this time was no exception, a few little “hmm”s escaping with every press of your gradually numbing lips to his. It was cute. He was cute.

You gently began running a finger over his jawline, his lips parting slightly with a little gasp but his kisses never ceasing. God, he was too cute. You couldn't help but tease him a little.

You kissed him a few more times before gently taking his bottom lip between your teeth and nibbling lightly, letting go just to giggle softly, whisper “I love you” and start kissing him again. Except he wasn't kissing back anymore.

You pulled back and let your eyes flutter open to meet his dazed and flustered gaze, looking down at you through barely opened eyelids.

“...Jinsik…?” You whispered softly, and it's as if his knees suddenly gave way, him sliding to the ground and taking you with him. You'd completely and totally overloaded him. Short circuited him. His face a brighter red than you ever thought possible and his eyes shut like he'd passed out.

“Jinsik!”
