‼️ Cody has joined the cast of upcoming movie ‘Jimpa’

Olivia Colman and John Lithgow head the cast of “Jimpa,” a multi-generational family tale involving a nonbinary teenager and her mother who take a trip to see their gay grandfather. The Australia- and Europe-set film is directed by Sophie Hyde, whose most recent film was the breakout “Good Luck to You, Leo Grande.”

The film is now in its third week of production in Amsterdam and will later shoot in Adelaide, Australia and Helsinki, Finland.

I’m unsure how big/small Cody’s role will be and what it will be, but it’s so nice to see him in another Aussie project!

Given what we know of the political corrupt mess in the beginning of Kyoshi's era, it is very likely that some (stupid) nobleman or rich chief would try to buy a way to make Rangi or Jimpa betray Kyoshi (Kinda like that guy from the first Yangchen novel)

TIDAK MUNGKIN DIA KEMBALI!

TAGAR YANG HARUS DIPERHATIKAN : DEPRESI, HALUSINASI, DAN MENYAKITI DIRI.

Baru mampu memupuk keberanian untuk memijaki laboratorium yang akan menghapus kejadian malam itu. Malam mimpi buruk menerkam aku bertalu-talu. Rebah jimpa di atas salira biru untuk merawikan kejadian bertahun-tahun lalu.

“Bisakah kamu ceritakan tentang momen awal kamu mengalami peristiwa menyakitkan ini? Apa yang kamu rasakan dan pikirkan saat itu?”

Tarik napas.. Buang. Terus aku lakukan hingga tenang dan siap untuk bercerita. Dwinetra aku pejamkan barang sejemang seraya mengingat kejadian yang enggan aku ingat, sebenarnya.

BALIK KE MASA LALU...

Malam diselimuti keheningan dan ketaksaan, tungkai jenjang bawa daksa untuk kembali ke kediaman. Kuyu dan lesu perpaduan syahdu untuk dia selepas bekerja karena operasi anak bulu. Seluruh ruangan minim cahaya sebab tidak sempat untuk menyala.

Dia meraba-raba dinding hingga temukan saklar dan ruang utama menjadi terang. Kegiatan selanjutnya, dia menyalakan lampu-lampu guna menerangi ruang. Baru setelahnya Menik boleh membersihkan diri di kamar mandi.

Hawa kelahiran tahun 1993 ini menghabiskan waktu sekitar lima belas menit lamanya. Saking lelahnya dia, langsung ingin tidur. Mungkin karena masih dalam keadaan berduka juga dan tetap harus beraktivitas seperti semula buat energi terkuras sempurna.

Rentetan skincare sudah diaplikasikan ke iras menawan dia. Sekelebat memoar terputar tatkala Rasuni bermalam disini. Rasa rindu mencuat seketika seolah di atas pembaringan ada handai yang terlelap. Namun, kenyataannya kosong.

Lampu kamar, padam. Dia sudah tergeletak di atas pembaringan. Baru memejamkan netra, sayup-sayup rungu menangkap suara persis Rasuni memanggil asmanya.

“Menik..”

“Menik..”

Takut-takut berani dia buka netra perlahan. Di pojok kamar, nampak bayang hitam dengan mata merah menyalang. Sosok itu kian mendekati dia dan mulai pegari jelas oleh lampu tidur. Dia.. Rasuni.

“Menik.. mengapa kamu lupakan aku?”

“Mengapa kamu tidak datang menemaniku?”

“Kamu membunuhku, Menik.”

“Nggak! Aku nggak membunuhmu. Kamu bunuh diri, bukan salahku.”

Menik mengambil guling dan memukul bayangan hitam tersebut untuk pergi. Namun, momok itu tidaklah pergi dan terus berada di hadirat dia.

“KAMU PEMBUNUH! MENIK, KAMU PEMBUNUH.”

“NGGAK! AKU BUKAN SEORANG PEMBUNUH.”

“KAMU HARUS RASAKAN INI MENIK. RASA SAKIT YANG AKU ALAMI.”

Sekonyong-konyong dua yad dia mencekik leher dan momok Rasuni berdiri di atas jisimnya. Berusaha dia meraup udara agar tidak kehabisan dan bertahan sebisa mungkin.

“P-per-gi ka-m-mu.”

Lalu semuanya gelap. Dia kalah telak. Apa dia sungguh mati?

BALIK KE MASA KINI...

“Aku bukan pembunuh kan, dok? Ya, kan?”

Haus validasi sebab selepas bercerita napasku mulai memburu dan tanganku gemetar hebat.

“Dok jawab. Aku bukan pembunuh Rasuni kan?”

Lagi, dia kembali. Momok Rasuni hadir berdiri dibelakang dokter yang bertanya dengan keadaan persis yang aku lihat pada malam kematian.

“HAHAHAHAHA RASUNI. KATA DOKTER INI AKU BUKAN PEMBUNUH. BUKAN. SEORANG. PEMBUNUH.”

“DEMI TUHAN RASUNI. AKU NGGAK MEMBUNUHMU.”

Aku tidak dapat berpikir jernih. Tanpa aku sadari, sudah memukuli jemala dan menjambak surai jelaga ini. Sedetik tertawa, sedetik menangis. Nampaknya aku menggila, GILAAAAA! Sungguh, Rasuni. Aku ini bukan seorang pembunuh, tapi rasa bersalahku yang akan membunuh diri ini.
