The Wicked Sound weekly playlist 2020/01/3 The new weekly playlist contains as always some new jazz releases. London new jazz act Golden Mean's with a song from debut album for Jazz Re:freshed. Strong representation from Edition Records: Elliot Galvin's solo piano track from the new album “Live In Paris", and Phronesis's piano player Ivo Neame's collaboration with Jim Hart, from duo's new record for Another debut album made by Dave Pope with two great bass players - Mike Pope and John Patitucci. Polish jazz outfit High Definition Quartet scored polish epic poetic drama "Dziady" and song from another amazing album from Austrian saxophonist Muriel Grossmann. On other part: new song from Mac Miller's posthumous album; Seu Jorge with his friend on latest installment on UK based, direct-to-disc record label, Night Dreamer; wonderfull new singles from Gregory Porter and Thundercat (with Steve Lacy and Steve Arrington) - I wrote about them already in different posts; funky newcomers West Seattle Soul and The Pulsations on split single from Color Red; Leed's The Sorcerers with some cinematic library music and Vulfpeck's Cory Wong with his funky "elevator music".  Please listen, share the playlist and enjoy!
