Birthday: August 13th
Personality: Curious, Reserved, Humble, Supportive
Likes: Honey, Jewelry, hanging with others, karaoke, fresh linen, silks, and bees
Dislikes: Cold weather, getting dirty, 'return the slab' jokes, being by himself for extended periods, sycophants
Origins: For BNHA, as such i'll post his BNHA related quirks and powers first but he can be put in other stuff with minor alterations
Background
Jibade is a Quirk user hailing from Egypt, joining the World Heroes Association though later on traveled to Japan to learn of the other nation's heroes and promote good will. Though after long hard fought exams and other rising factors including aiding to taking down a small crime ring in his home turf and a rising to be super villain, Jibade was passed and made an official pro hero. He now travels between other hero leagues to help out and promote good will and unity between nations.
Personality
Jibade is reserved in his manner of speaking, using polite terms, honorifics titles such as 'Sir', and typically downplays his own involvement in anything. This is more of a 'face' he wears to keep up appearances and to ensure good will. Though beneath the facade he's rather laid back preferring to hang out with others doing small off time things such as karaoke bars or antique shopping. And when he's with people he's closed to he drops the polite terms and addresses them more bluntly and warmly.
In battle he does his best to keep a level cool head so his own Quirk doesn't go out of it, and seeks more to detain others and set up others for success. He goes by the heroic name of Vizier though he freely admits its mostly because he can't think of a 'cool' name for it and his backup was Mummy Man which he thinks is too bland even for him. And more misleading than anything.
He has a passing interest in bee keeping and has a fondness for honey, which is the main reason for his interest. And though he is one to downplay his own achievements he is also quick to remind others that being a Hero is to help others, and finds those who are heroes and using it for the 'perks' to be a bit more of a headache than he'd like to admit.
Powers
Quirk: The Golden Curse - Jibade's quirk is an Emitter type quirk known as The Golden Curse. Anything he touches with his bare hand becomes covered in a thin layer of gold. This golden layer vastly increases the weight of anything it coats and makes it an excellent conductor. However it does prevent others from breathing, and it can only coat living tissue for a set duration of 40 minutes where inorganic material lasts for two hours. This quirk is always 'on' thus he wraps his hands in specialize linen that disrupts it and
Equipment
Vizier's Linens - A specialize linen made with help, this linen have the properties of being able to stop his quirk from affecting things he doesn't want it to affect, as well as spreading his Quirk to the edges of it. He uses these linens to help fight by using them to detain others by throwing them out and then using his quirk to harden the edges as weapons or to bind them.
Strengths
Quirk is good for detaining others and setting up those who can use gold's conductivity to aid their own quirks
Adaptive able to change plans on the fly and make due with what they have
A good knowledge of bee keeping
Humility helps prevent him from getting too full of himself
Weakness
Not a good direct combatant
Quirk can be used against him as gold is conductive and blows back on him
General aloofness and politeness may make him seem more haughty than intentional
