Our parrot raised almost from birth is now living free in the forest. At the moment we still see him every day and he still comes to greet us as we walk through the forest but any time now he will go off to join the adult wild parrots on their noisy and gregarious overhead jaunts from one side of the valley to the other!!

I just watched the final episode of The Bold Type, it was beautiful and emotional and I need to get a few things off my chest.

I started to watch this tv series back in 2017, then stopped because I hadn't the right mindset at the time. I tried to watch it again last year, during the turmoil and the pain, the aching and the feeling of being lost.

Since then, it has been a huge part of my day to day routine, it inspired me to be a better person, a stronger woman, to speak up and get my voice heard. It became a calming moment for myself, while I was in my healing process. Watching this girls change, and grow up into the women they were supposed to be it made me realise that I too grew during this time. It has been for a while that I don't need to be distracted from my life, 'cause I'm feeling content with being who I am and I'm inspired to be a better version of myself.

So, thank you Jane, Sutton, Kat and Jacqueline, you've made my healing journey so sweet, meaningful and fun.

jane going back to ryan after he cheated is such a waste of a storyline. why even have it happen if it was just going to end with complete character sabotage. made no sense for her to forgive him or for sutton and kat not to care. if they were going to stay together then why add it in. just puts a bad taste in my mouth about their entire relationship for no reason
