Back with the Henry Jekyll design... He should get longer sideburns as well as a mustache, I've decided. It fits the time period more, and I feel it looks better in general.

Hyde is still without a mustache, though. He's unnervingly smooth like some evil baby man. Smooth like shark.

These were their first fully colored designs that stuck, Rosemary's is pretty much the same (Left, yellow background), while Miriam's is still changing a bit! Right now her cardigan is purple-- purple and pink colors wahoo!

The funeral was more than enough of an excuse to bring Alfalfa out of hiding if only for the day. It also brought Jamberry back to the home which was a welcome surprise. All four sisters under the same roof again for the first time since they were children. 

Despite their tensions with each other, the event was oddly pleasant with Alfalfa finally meeting her nephew and seeing that Euphoric had grown into his grandmother’s hair. The hours were spent catching up and remembering their late father. It was probably because it was only for a few hours but they actually felt like a loving family for the entire gathering. Alfalfa had to leave early because she was still on the run and eventually Jamberry returned home but the feelings of belonging felt like closure to Rose in regards to her feelings on her childhood home.

JOMP BPC || January 4 || What Got You Into Reading: I can't remember a time before I loved books. Before stories. I can only thank my parents for encouraging this love and for indulging me for just one more chapter night after night!

Y'know, the name Jamberry Cookie has got me thinking. She herself slipped from passion into mania and overindulgence with her kingdom soon following. Does the Hollyberry Kingdom now resemble a cookie equivalent to the Crimson Court from Darkest Dungeon?

While I can’t get a clear view of the Crimson Court area itself, it is a kingdom where the residents are free to indulge in their vices as much as they want.

Whether they’re good or bad doesn’t matter.

They are happy. Very happy.
