Breaking News - For years I have described myself as a targeted individual and as a victim of organized gang stalking. For example, the former Chief of Police in Columbia, Illinois, Colonel Joseph A. Edwards, who resigned several months ago, and whose ex-wife, several months ago successfully litigated and was awarded a $150,000 settlement based on claims that he had defamed; stalked; surreptitiously eavesdropped; and spread malicious rumours about this former wife, Karla; and was abusive towards her and their teenage daughters; this information being published by various news organizations in the St. Louis metropolitan area; unilaterally filed a petition with Judge Dennis Doyle of the 20th Circuit Court in Waterloo, Illinois; wherein, he, under oath affirmed, that based on evidence and testimony described within the petition; offered an opinion that David B. Mueller; the same David Brian Mueller being the author of this article; the same David B.
