Allow me to take you back into history a little bit, a small Rabbit 🐇 Hole 🕳️ into JFK's assassination. The untold part after the shooting. 👇
Remember... Dr. Charles Crenshaw mentioned there was absolute mayhem at the hospital.
The other thing he mentions in this You Tube clip: 👇
youtube
Jackie walked up to JFK’s body and kissed him on the Great toe. Then she walked around to his right side and put her ring on his little finger.
I’ve also read that she took his ring.
Was this just a normal reaction after someone dies? Or was this too some type of a ritual/symbolic gesture?
Could it have been a marker for her to identify which body was Tippet’s and which was JFK’s?
(Hence the mayhem or confusion as described by Crenshaw).
Jackie went to 3 colleges/ Universities (George Washington, Georgetown, Vassar)...colleges that were either associated with MK Ultra, Jesuits, or witches/covens.
I’m going to leave all options on the table.
Tumblr media
At 1:00 pm...30 minutes after JFK was shot, Kennedy’s Press Secretary...Malcom Kilduff not only announced to the world that Kennedy was dead, but he also (correctly) showed the direction of the bullet travelled in regards to Kennedy’s head wound.
Kilduff was acting press secretary for the trip because the main White House press secretary, Pierre Salinger, was traveling to Japan with six members of the Cabinet... for a joint meeting with the Japanese Cabinet.
☝️Pocket that paragraph. This may come up if I dive into everything further “X”, but also the strange phenomena of differing time lines/time travel/ the Mandela Effect. 👇
Tumblr media
Moving on with our timeline...
At approximately 1:10-1:15pm Dallas Police Officer JD Tippit was driving east on East 10th street. He pulled alongside a man...most believed to be Oswald.
Tippett was ordered to be on the lookout for Oswald.
The man walked over to Tippit’s car...they exchanged words.
Officer Tippit got out of the car, at which time the man (thought to be Oswald) pulled out a gun and fired 5 shots in succession.
2 bullets to the chest
1 bullet to the right temple
1 in the stomach
1 completely missed
JD Tippett was pronounced dead at the Methodist Hospital at 1:25. Note...he was pronounced dead at the Methodist Hospital.
Tumblr media
Remember... Lee Harvey Oswald had a Doppelgänger. Some say he possibly had 4 or 5 body doubles or look-allies.
Did it appear that JD Tippett was a second patsy? 👇
Police later arrested Oswald at the Texas Theater. They accused him of killing JD Tippett.
Jim Garrison did not believe Oswald killed Tippett. The timelines put out by the Warren Commission didn’t match for one thing.
Who did kill Tippett? At this point it won’t be our focus. But I’ve read that it could have also been Roscoe White or G Gordon Liddy.
G stands for George.
A lot of “George’s” were part of the plot. 👇
Tumblr media
Why was JD Tippett killed and seemingly a purposeful piece of this grand scheme? Could it have been because of his appearance? JD Tippet looked so much like the President that people often commented about it. Fellow policemen would often kid him about it, calling him “Mister President” and “JFK.” 👇
The bullets were removed from Tippett’s body. He was then moved from the Methodist Hospital to Parkland Hospital... Where JFK’s body was also.
Tumblr media
While the media circus was distracted on the Casket of JFK, they completely missed the ambulance that was transporting JD Tippet’s body to AF2... The plane that usually flies the Vice President. 👇
Tumblr media
JFK’s body was then transported to Loveland Airfield.
The story goes that the people aboard AF1 were told to go forward...so that they could witness the swearing in of LBJ.
Supposedly that was just a ruse so that Jackie would leave her husband’s body, and the cover-up plot could continue.
Once she was away from his coffin, JFK’s body was taken and placed aboard AF2...where JD Tippett’s corpse was also. 👇
Tumblr media
Who was waiting aboard AF2 to be with the corpses?
John Melvin Liggett.
Liggett was a CIA agent. He was also a funeral director, and one of the best reconstructive surgeons and embalmers in the business at the time.
Why this guy? 🤔
There is a lot to this story that NOBODY knows, it's a twisted dive. If I can I will add another update later. It seems like every time I dive into these History Lessons I discover they lied to us with just about everything. 🤔

EARL ROSE coroner
EARL ROSE
JFK
23 September 1926 1 May 2012
Earl Rose was an American pathologist who worked at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He was working there at the time of John F. Kennedy’s assassination. On 22 November 1963, Rose was working at the Hospital when Kennedy’s body arrived and was told that he was pronounced dead. He walked into the room where Jacqueline Kennedy and a priest where there who was reading Kennedy’s last rites. Rose was met by Secret Service agent Roy Kellerman and Kennedy’s personal doctor George Burkley who told Rose there was no time for an autopsy. They told him that Jacqueline wouldn’t leave Dallas without her husband, which was to be taken to the hospital. Rose objected and insisted that he had to perform a post-mortem examination before they removed his body. A heated exchange took place and Rose had to step aside and allowed them to take Kennedy’s body from the hospital before he was able to perform an autopsy. Rose was able to perform an autopsy on Dallas Police officer JD Tippit that afternoon who was with JFK at the time of his death.
Rose later stated that if he and his staff were able to perform the post-mortem that many conspiracy theories today wouldn’t exist. He rejected the conspiracy theories of JFK assassination and supported that there was only one person who shot the President.
Two days later, Earl Rose performed an autopsy on Lee Harvey Oswald, the man who had killed Kennedy. The man who killed Oswald, Jack Ruby died of cancer in 1967, and Rose performed an autopsy on him. He said he doesn’t know whether Ruby had the cancerous tumors at the time he shot Oswald.

What is blatantly obvious are the movements of Reserve Police sargeant Kenneth Croy, one minute you see him, the next he is gone!
Croy was standing near the brick wall as Jack Ruby comes up beside him, a,car horn HONKS three times, Ruby inches forward, then rushes forward and shoots Oswald in the side of his stomach and all hell breaks loose, police are scrambling to get Ruby's gun hand, detective Graves who with detective Jim Leavelle manages to get the revolver between his legs forcing the gun downwards while the other plain clothes police get Ruby under control with the assistance of a white-hatted senior uniformed officer, but where is Sgt. Kenneth Croy?
He has disappeared from the news camera view?
Top pic, Oswald after his arrest on Friday.
Above Jack Ruby in fedora with Sgt. Kenneth Croy beside him.
He later said that he went up the north ramp aka Main street entrance ramp to keep anyone from entering or exiting.
It's a bit too late to worry about securing the basement now, after the damage has been done, Oswald is shot!
If you've read anything about the shooting of Dallas patrolman, JD Tippit, then you'll know that Croy was first officer on the scene, was handed a wallet with Oswald-Hidell identification, did not record the name of the bystander he said gave it to him and went one even better!
Croy failed to file a report on his duties at East Tenth & Patton streets and while handling this wallet he exhibits a remarkable ability to not do his job properly, for example, what would you do as a police officer given evidence at a crime scene?
Perhaps handing it to a crime scene search section officer who is collecting evidence might spring to mind, but not Croy, he hands it to a police personnel Captain and it disappears and is not entered as evidence.
A remarkable lack of policing duties?
Sgt. Patrick Trevore Dean, a police buddy of Jack Ruby who dined with Ruby on occasions, he said he was assigned the duties of securing the police basement, checking the parking areas, this is where it gets interesting, Dean said he also checked all the cars as well parked in the basement, well how did he do that?
He also had 15-20 men, mostly reserve police officers checking the ‘pipes’ ventilation pipes, an hour before and 30 minutes before, another remarkable example and securing the area, allowing only police officers and checking the identification of all media in the basement.
But wait, that's not what various reporters testify to, they nearly all say at no time over the whole assassination weekend did any police officer check them for identification of any kind, in fact one media guy said as soon as Oswald was shot, all reporters in the basement were checked for identification, after the fact.
Sgt.Kenneth Croy before Oswald appears beside him.
Lieutenant Rio Sam Pierce, was assigned to secure the basement by Captain Talbert. Pierce passed this responsibility to two police sergeants, PT Dean and Putnam.
Lt. Pierce said,he had two police unmarked decoy cars, both 1964 Ford Galaxie sedans.
He drove into the basement via the main street entrance ramp and exited a few minutes later driving out the same entrance ramp and around the block passing the Western Union office and back into the basement.
He then got a couple of other officers, one named Maxie to hop in and they drove around the block onto Commerce street to follow the police armoured truck blocking the Commerce street exit ramp, Rio is out of the picture within a minute of his departure, Ruby comes into view.
Did I forget to mention, Rio and Ruby are buddies as well.
Ah-ha, Pierce drives into and exits the police basement garage three times that morning, at which trip did he collect Jack Ruby from the footpath and drive him unseen into the basement?
Ruby said he simply walked into the entrance ramp unnoticed and the cop they blamed for not seeing him who was guarding the ramp, officer Roy Vaughn said to Chief Curry, that he can believe whatever he wants but no way did Jack Ruby sneak past him on foot and enter the Main Street entry ramp he was stationed at
Below: detectives Richard Sims (left with arrow) and Elmer Boyd, after Jack Ruby’s arrest, he told one of them that had they still been protecting Oswald, he would not have shot Oswald.
After working all weekend with escorting Oswald around the police building, on Sunday morning, 24th November, Sims and Boyd handed escort duties to lead detective, Jim Leavelle and detective Graves.
The man handcuffed to Oswald, Leavelle also knew Jack Ruby on sight.
Captain Will Fritz of the Dallas Robbery and Homicide Bureau who started walking out of the jail booking office, leading the officers out with Oswald was also acquainted with Jack Ruby who regularly hung around the Robbery and Homicide Bureau.
Ruby was a lowlife crim and police informant when it suited him.
And we're supposed to believe a two-faced lying, gun-running racketeer police informant shot Oswald out of deep grief and to save poor Jackie Kennedy the trouble of flying back to Dallas for a trial?
Jack Ruby certainly stopped Lee Harvey Oswald testifying whether or not he knew anything about anything.
And I am amazed the Western Union office was open on a Sunday (the assassination weekend!)
Many of the spectators aka witnesses acted with shock, so important was this event that reporters rushed in while police officers were arresting the shooter [RUBY] this would immediately cause alert officers to think that Ruby had conspirators with him assisting him.
Captain Will Fritz's reaction is astounding, even watching it in slow motion he does not react at all until he sees movement from the officers.
He was a good friend of Ruby's as well, as the record shows Ruby hung around the Homicide and Robbery Bureau regularly.
Ruby spent so much time trying yi befriend Dallas police that his presense would not be unusual.
Every officer who personally knew him tried to soften their association by saying they patrolled the area of his clubs, or as vice officers visited his clubs for work-related matters.
1:08 p.m. Deputy sheriff Roger Craig says he hears a patrolman who raced up the stairs of the Texas School Book Depository shouting that an officer is shot in the Oak Cliff area
Below: Lee Harvey arrested, 30 minutes after a 40 inch Carcano bolt-action rifle is found at Depository building.

Who Shot JFK?
Who shot President Kennedy? His shooting in Dallas has kept conspiracy theorists busy ever since that fateful day in 1963.
Tumblr media
President John F. Kennedy died at 1:00 pm on 22nd November, 1963, in Parkland Hospital, Dallas. At 12:30 pm the president and Mrs. Kennedy had been in a motorcade passing the Texas School Book Depository. Kennedy waved to the crowd. Three shots rang out. The first missed, the second passed through the president's neck and hit Texas Governor John Connally. The third struck Kennedy in the head, fatally. At 1:15 pm, Dallas policeman JD Tippit was shot dead trying to stop and question a man. The killer ran into a cinema, where he was arrested. He was Lee Harvey Oswald.
Tumblr media
What was the evidence against Oswald? Policeman Marrion Baker saw Oswald leaving the Book Depository building, where a rifle was found. Oswald had rifle training in the US Marines, but some experts doubted he was a crack marksman. Conpiracy theorists question whether Oswald could have fired three shots in less than eight seconds. Oswald had spent time in the Soviet Union and had a Russian wife. So was he a pro-Communist fanatic or had he been set up by a bigger conspiracy to get rid of Kennedy? Did Oswald act alone? Or was there a second shooter?
Oswald was charged with double murder (Kennedy and Tippit), but never reached a courtroom. On 24th November, while he was being moved to the county jail, nightclub owner Jack Ruby pushed through reporters and shot him. Oswald died soon afterward. This sparked more questions. How had the Dallas police let Ruby get so close with a .38 gun, yelling "You killed the President, you rat!" Was Ruby part of the conspiracy? He died in 1967, from cancer, leaving the mystery unsolved.
Tumblr media
Evidence? Oswald bought a rifle by mail order and it's alleged this was the weapon recovered from the School Book Depository. He used a revolver to kill Officer Tippit. Later, it was suggested that Oswald had defected to the Soviet Union and the real assassin was a Russian agent. It was argued that the US Government suppressed the fact to avoid a third world war. The body was exhumed in 1982, but was declared to be that of Lee Harvey Oswald.
November 1963 Experts pored over the evidence, including cine-film taken by onlooker Abraham Zapruder. There were stories of a second gunman on a grassy knoll, who fled on a motorcycle. A myriad theories and allegations were aired about who wanted Kennedy dead - political rivals, anti-Catholics, Cubans, Russians, the Mafia, union bosses. Websites, books and films still explore the events of that day, many casting doubt on the official verdict. One theory aired in a book and on TV centered on one of the motorcade Secret Service agents, who (it was claimed) shot Kennedy by accident from the following car. A policeman claimed it was this agent's first time in the follow car, with an unfamiliar weapon, which went off either when the car stopped suddenly or in reaction to the first shot. The allegation, supposedly covered up by the government, on the orders of Johnson and Robert Kennedy, was strongly denied and contested by the agent (now dead). All that is clear is that after 1963 public life was never the same for any US political leader.
Tumblr media
The truth? In 1964, US Chief Justice Earl Warren's commission concluded that Oswald had acted alone. In 1978 a committee of the House of Representatives accepted evidence that shots came from two locations and that Kennedy "was probably assassinated as a result of a conspiracy". In 1982 the US National Research Council disagreed, but by then the conspiracy "suspects" in the frame included Lyndon Johnson, FBI boss J. Edgar Hoover, the Mafia, Cuban exiles (or Castro), The Soviet KGB, right-wing republicans and fanatical anti-Catholics.
JFK FILES RELEASED IN 2017, UNDER ORDERS FROM TRUMP President Donald Trump promised to release all the US Government's files on JFK and, at least partially, he delivered on this. In the event, 28,000 previously classified files were released to the public. These included some revelations, including:
Lee Harvey Oswald spoke to a member of the KGB assassination unit (Department 13), at the Soviet embassy on 28th September, 1963, and called the embassy on 1st October, speaking in Russian.
The FBI warned Dallas police of a threat to kill Oswald after his arrest, according to a memo by J Edgar Hoover, who was head of the FBI at the time.
FBi officers were looking for Oswald before the assassination, according to memos of the New Orleans division of the bureau.
A British local newspaper was "warned in advance" of the assassination. An anonymous caller called the Cambridge Evening News, telling a reporter to call the US embassy for some "big news", 25 minutes ahead of the shooting.
The USSR was concerned that the US could launch a missile strike. Soviet leaders, according to an FBI report, feared irresponsible action by the generals in the absence of leadership at the top. They also considered Oswald a "neurotic maniac" who was possibly part of a right-wing conspiracy.

Just found out that they found 4 casings at the scene where they accused Lee Harvey Oswald of shooting that cop
The gun they claimed he used was 6 shot revolver
So did he only load 4? Where are the live rounds? Did he eject all 6 into his hand and load the live rounds back in?
What I'm saying is, I dont think Oswald killed JD Tippit
It was a coverup to protect the real killer
John "Jack" Fitzgerald Kennedy

Joe Holsinger (Fmr. Aide to Leo J. Ryan): The gist to what I'm getting to is this: I received a lot of documentation, which I'll provide you here today, that indicates the strong possibility that Jonestown and the People's Temple, was in reality, a mass mind control experiment conducted by the CIA as a follow-up to something called MKULTRA which they conducted from the early 50s through 1974. They used to use the VA hospitals and state hospitals. They used the federal and state penitentiaries for their experiment.
Joe Holsinger (former aide to Congressman Leo J. Ryan):
... I had appeared on a public television several months ago, with a group of Black professionals, mostly psychologists and doctors. They invited me to appear today, to provide information that they thought... I might be able to help with the forum today, with their research. I appeared in Washington in February before the International Relations Committee and they made some statements, some charges, and documentation, which resulted in the Foreign Relations --   Foreign Affairs Committee, or International Relations Committee whichever they call it today. They voted to ask the House of that Committee and Intelligence to investigate my charges. They are currently investigating those charges by the House for that Committee on Intelligence.
 Interviewer:
Can you tell us what the charges are?
 Joe Holsinger:
The charges basically amounted to CIA contact with both the Burnham government there and with the People's Temple. That originally, it was my belief at the time I went to Washington that the purpose of our involvement there was to support the government of Burnham for commercial reasons and they use the People's Temple almost as enforcers to help support an unpopular government there, to keep control of the government Guyana.
There had been an article in the San Mateo Times in December of '79, which indicated that the Deputy Chief of Mission there, Richard Dwyer, was in fact the CIA Station Chief. He was the one that went to Jonestown with Leo’s party and he claimed to be slightly wounded, but there was a tape made at the time of the murders and suicides there with Jones yelling, “Get Dwyer out of here! Get Dwyer out of here!” The indications are that with Dwyer went back into Jonestown after Leo was murdered and was there at the time. There's great questions as to who shot Jim Jones and why? Wether Jones shot to shut him up?
The question also as to how all these people died and just when they died, which is all documented here. As soon as I came back from Washington because of my testimony, I started getting documentation from Berkeley psychologists called 'The Penal Colony' here. Then from the Alliance for Preservation Religious Liberty in Washington, which indicated other things. One of which was that George Phillip Blakey, was a top Jones aid and he was the man who arranged the purchase or the lease of the land in Guyana, provided the money, arranged the lease down in 1974. He is also now tracked as being CIA operative in Angola in 1975 with UNITA. He's also the same guy who was a top aide, who arranged all this purchasing and finances, is also the husband of Deborah Layton Blakey, who fled Jonestown and made those charges.
He's the brother in law of Larry Layton who was acquitted yesterday. And it is interesting to note that the Presidential Times Tribune says, yesterday, in an acquitting the jury appeared to have agreed with the defense contention that Layton was brainwashed and drugged at the time of the shootings and could not be held criminally responsible.
The gist to what I'm getting to is this: I received a lot of documentation, which I'll provide you here today, that indicates the strong possibility that Jonestown and the People's Temple, was in reality, a mass mind control experiment conducted by the CIA as a follow-up to something called MKULTRA which they conducted from the early 50s through 1974. They used to use the VA hospitals and state hospitals. They used the federal and state penitentiaries for their experiment.
 Interviewer:
Do you think that Jim Jones was actively involved with the CIA?
 Joe Holsinger:
I do now.
 Interviewer:
Do you have any conclusions as to how the people died in Jonestown?
 Joe Holsinger:
Yes, I have part of our documentation here is a report from - which is attached here. The Chief Medical Examiner in Guyana, Dr. Leslie Moto. He reported - and this is attached here - his opinion was that more than 700 of those bodies found in Jonestown were not suicide victims, but were murdered. They have based this on the injection marker in the upper arm. Page four of my statement here.
 Interviewer:
By injection they died?
 Joe Holsinger:
Yes, and by gunfire. There were a lot more people killed by gunfire than they've ever admitted so far. We even heard reports that there were about 50 men with guns ringing around there, so people couldn't get out. And very few of them did get out. According to the Chief Medical Officer in Guyana, most the people down there were murdered rather than suicide.
 Interviewer:
Who is suppressing all of this? Are you implying the CIA was active in this suppression?
 Joe Holsinger:
Yes. I am suggesting to you that a lot of things that don't make sense here -- I'm suggesting that the long delay in anyone getting in, the press getting in there, or anyone at all getting in there for several days, was caused by a deliberate attempt to manufacture the story, which has now been accepted and sold successfully to the American people.
Interviewer:
What is that story do you think the people are falsely accepting?
 Joe Holsinger:
That in effect, this was a large group of disillusioned or rather, disoriented Black people who went down to Guyana and who turned their backs on this country, committed suicide, and we mine as well get rid of them. It's an aberration type of thing. I think that's the story that's been peddled. When you see the documentation here, you'll begin to wonder yourselves why the first reports report are 350 people died or 400 people died, and for several days that was report and then they started finding of more bodies when the first reports were that 500 fled in the jungle. The people examined the bodies the first time and counted them. Counted them by name, the types of people, men, women, and children. Turned them over.
Then a few days in they claimed to have found two or three stacks of bodies underneath those. It boggles the mind, the stories that were passed out. But they have apparently gotten away with, I think, with one of the greatest fabrications of recent years.
 Interviewer:
What significance do you attach to the fact that the leadership of the Temple was largely white and the membership of the temple was largely black?
 Joe Holsinger:
I mentioned that in here. I think that that's in part and parcel for the whole thing. I think it's what got me very suspicious about this whole experiment about the possibilities here, the cadre was all white. And yet, we think of Jonestown as a bunch of Black people who were committing suicide without mentioning the white cadre and that doesn't quite add up. I think there are racist overtones to the whole thing.
 Interviewer:
What kind of racist overtones? What are you exactly alleging?
 Joe Holsinger:
I'm alleging that the media picture was printed, or was painted rather. Then brought out in print and so on, was that you have to worry about these people because they're crazy, they'll do anything, they're not like us.
It's my impression at this time that they were conducting some sort of mind control experiment. For example, they had a very modern hospital down there, which they bragged about. So modern that that population, they had medical checkups for everyone, every day. There's no need for that unless you're conducting experiments where you having control groups and you're giving people their "vitamins" every day.
It's my guess that they were just using them as guinea pigs to see what they could do under isolated circumstances. They'd take them off to a jungle some place far away from everybody and get them there somehow. Then they were able to see how these various drugs worked on different groups.

DALLAS — In the heart of Dallas, scores of visitors prowl Dealey Plaza from dawn to dusk, but those seeking to better understand the November day JFK died need look only beyond the Grassy Knoll.
A plethora of well-preserved spots and sites abound in and around the plaza, allowing history buffs to retrace the steps of reputed Kennedy assassin Lee Harvey Oswald, starting with Oswald’s final rooming house just over the Trinity River from the downtown on 1026 North Beckley Ave.
Inside, Patricia Hall, the granddaughter of the owner, has the living room and Oswald’s room set up as they were on Nov. 22, 1963, when on the heels of the shooting, a breathless Oswald burst through the door, surprising the housekeeper, went to his room, grabbed a gun then rushed out for his date with history.
“(The visitors) are curious about Oswald. They want more information about why he might have done this deed that he’s accused of,” said Hall.
Oswald spent about six weeks at the North Beckley address, said Hall, where he was known as a soft-spoken tenant named Lee who played with the kids and had a room off the dining room that was so small it was more like an alcove, with room for a bed, night table, armoire and little else.
A short walk south from the rooming house in Oak Cliff is another piece of history at 214 West Neely St.
At the end of a quiet road, with no sign to announce it, is the two-storey wooden duplex where, sometime in 1963, Oswald’s wife Marina said she photographed Lee in the iconic shot with rifle in one hand, communist literature in the other, in the backyard by the exterior wooden stairway leading to the second floor.
Another short walk takes you to 10th Street and Patton Avenue, where a white X on the road and a plaque nearby marks the spot where Oswald is believed to have shot and killed Dallas police officer JD Tippit at a traffic stop about 45 minutes after the assassination.
Minutes later, Oswald was arrested nearby at the Texas Theatre, where he had snuck in during a matinee double feature to hide from police.
The theatre, opened in 1931, has a history of its own, going through remakes and retrofits. It has been shuttered, and reopened, vandalized and torched by fire but the exterior was remade in the early 1990s by filmmaker Oliver Stone to resemble the way it was the day Oswald was arrested.
It is an art house movie house today, with a bar in the lobby and kitschy mementoes to mark its most famous moment in history, including a framed poster of “War is Hell,” one of the two movies playing that afternoon.
Get there early enough and you can sit in the two seats Oswald occupied as he tried to evade and then fight with police before he was arrested. They are not the original seats. Those are long gone.
Kitty corner to the Texas Theatre is Top Ten Records, the longest running record store in the city with its own small niche of Kennedy history. Just prior to his fateful meeting with Oswald, Tippit rushed into the store to make a mysterious phone call. That phone is still there today beside the main counter, along with a framed photo of Tippit.
The number one Kennedy spot remains the famous, formerly named Texas School Book Depository overlooking Dealey Plaza, which is now home to the Sixth Floor Museum. There, visitors can see JFK exhibits and Oswald’s purported sniper’s lair, set up the way it was found in 1963 surrounded by packing boxes.
While the museum is the highlight, more can be learned on the first floor, where Lindsey Richardson curates Kennedy-related books, DVDs, oral interviews and home movies, along with hundreds of unpublished newspaper photos of the day, not to mention the 26 volumes of the government’s famed Warren Commission report.
Richardson says history buffs, poets, artists, documentarians, researchers, students and teachers come to browse primary source material.
Visitors need to book ahead and are urged to look online to help narrow down what’s in stock.
“Generally speaking, someone will call and say ‘I’m really interested in this and I just want to come and see some stuff.’ But because we’re talking about more than 50,000 items we do have to help you narrow it down,” said Richardson.
//
Heading back downtown, one can retrace the Kennedy motorcade along Main Street to the old Dallas Municipal Building, which in 1963 housed the police station where Oswald was held and interrogated. On the north side is the opening to the underground garage where Oswald was shot by Jack Ruby. The garage is not open to the public and visitors should be wary of tour operators who mistakenly pass off the mirror-image southside garage entrance as the historic north side opening.
In Irving, just west of Dallas, you can step back in time to Ruth Paine’s bungalow the way it looked in 1963. At the time, Oswald’s wife and children were living there, and Oswald stayed there the night before the murder, with his rifle reportedly wrapped in a blanket in the garage.
Head a bit southwest to Fort Worth and you get to Shannon Rose Hill cemetery where you can find, if you look hard enough, a red granite plaque flush with the worn grass.
It’s the final resting place for a figure so reviled they ended up using journalists as his pall bearers.
It’s a plaque with no birth date, no end date; just one word: “Oswald.” It’s a terse, timeless marker of American history set against headstones, manicured trees and the white noise of distant cars and trucks rumbling ever forward through the shimmering Texas heat.

Beyond the Grassy Knoll: Sites on JFK abound at and beyond Dealey Plaza
Beyond the Grassy Knoll: Sites on JFK abound at and beyond Dealey Plaza https://ift.tt/eA8V8J Beyond the Grassy Knoll: Sites on JFK abound at and beyond Dealey Plaza

Dallas (Tex.). Police Department.
Backyard at 214 West Neely Street #2], photograph, 1963;
University of North Texas Libraries, crediting Dallas Municipal Archives. The Houston Post provided a description of the print: In the manipulated print in police files Oswald does not appear. Instead, there is a white silhouette of a human figure holding an apparent rifle and newspapers. The silhouette appears to be an example of matting, a darkroom technique that can serve as an intermediate step in the combining of photographic images. "One photo of Oswald's backyard in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas shows clear evidence of darkroom manipulation"

"FRAMING THE PATSY"
On This Date In 1992:  The Houston Post notes that a mysterious matted version of a Lee Harvey Oswald backyard photograph is found in the Dallas archives.  Oswald does NOT appear in the print. In his place is a white silhouette of a human figure holding an apparent rifle and newspapers. The silhouette (clearly Oswald’s) is an example of matting, a darkroom technique that normally serves as an intermediate step in the combining of photographic images.  It is this type of darkroom manipulation that has long been postulated by some photograph analysts as the probable means of attempting to frame Oswald by “inserting” his incriminating image into a backyard background.  The silhouette is obviously designed to accommodate only the Oswald pose in the backyard photograph cataloged as 133-C.  It was this same 133-C pose that was withheld from Warren Commission members, surfacing only in the mid-1970s, when the former Geneva White presented the print, obtained from her late husband, Roscoe White, to the House Select Committee on Assassinations. However, the 133-C photo was indeed known to the FBI, Secret Service, and Dallas police within days of the assassination.  Shortly after this news article, a former Dallas Police Department police detective, Bobby G. Brown, admitted his direct involvement in the staging and darkroom manipulation of the unusual photograph. Brown didn't deny that the matting was intended to accommodate a cutout of Oswald’s image -- to allow, that is, the insertion of Oswald into an empty backyard. He insisted, however, that the darkroom manipulation had an innocent purpose.
On this day in 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald asked his wife, Marina, to take photos of him in the backyard of their Dallas flat. “I thought he had gone crazy,” she later testified.
Lee’s rifle is the gun used to assassinate JFK and the pistol on his hip is the one with which he killed Dallas policeman JD Tippit.
Lee had bought the 6.55mm WWII Italian military rifle by mail order and it had arrived less than a week earlier.
Only 10 days after the backyard photos, Oswald used the rifle in a failed attempt to kill retired U.S. Army General, Edwin Walker.
Oswald had bought his .38 special revolver a couple of months earlier, also through mail order. He used it to kill J.D. Tippit, the Dallas policeman who pulled him over 45 minutes after Kennedy’s murder.
Oswald developed the backyard photos himself.
One copy, turned into the FBI after JFK’s murder, had a Cyrillic inscription on the back: “Hunter of Fascists, ha, ha, ha.”
Notwithstanding Marina’s extensive testimony about how she took the pictures, there was for many years a veritable industry of conspiracy theorists who contested their authenticity.
The House Select Committee on Assassinations in 1978 had experts examine and test the photos and declared them authentic.
A 2015 Dartmouth study deployed the latest digital imaging forensics and a 3D model of Oswald to dispel any lingering mysteries.
