NEW DELHI: The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has declared the results of the Class 12 (intermediate) Arts stream board examination today, June 27, 2018. The JAC Class 12 Arts results is now available on the official website of the JAC Board - jharresults.nic.in. As per information available through various sources, the Jharkhand Intermediate Arts stream results will be made available online at around 3 PM. The Declaration of the annual result of the Arts stream was delayed as the evaluation procedure could not be completed on time. "The delay was justified. If we didn't conduct the examination for class 9 and class 11 before evaluation of class 10 and class 12 answer sheets, the session would be delayed. Hence, we had to delay the results," said JAC Chairman Arvind Kumar Singh. JAC celebrates it's first entirely digitally monitored examination calendar. It was the first time board conducted board examination for class 8 students along with class 10 and 12 board examination. The delay in the evaluation was due to the disruption by conduction of class 9 and class 11 students. The same teachers were engaged in invigilation and evaluation. The evaluation started by May 2. We followed the supreme court guidelines and published science results before JEE Advanced results. The english, hindi and economics were common subjects in science, arts and commerce and hence we wrapped up evaluation finally by June 20. JAC 12th Arts result 2018: Result declaration date expected by Friday this week

JAC 12th Arts result 2018: The Jharkhand Academic Council is not releasing the result of Class 12 Arts stream examination today. Chairman, JAC, Arvind Pratap Singh confirmed to the indianexpress.com that the Board is ready with the result and will publish it by next week. “These are rumours that we are announcing the result today. We are trying to publish the results of Class 12 Arts stream by Monday. We will announce the result date by the end of this week,” said Singh.

Around 3.17 lakh students have appeared for the examination can check the results through jac.ac.in and jharresults.nic.in. Apart from it, the results will be available at examresults.net. The examination was conducted from March 8 to March 27, 2018.

This year, a total of 93,781 students from the science stream registered for the Class 12 or Intermediate exam, of which 92,405 have attended it and a total of 44,677 students have passed it. The pass percentage of the science stream is 48.34 per cent. A total of 16,618 students have got the first division and 26,337 have secured the second division. About 1711 students have received third division in the Jharkhand Class 12 science exams.

In the commerce stream, as many as 40,925 candidates have registered of which nearly 40,244 have cleared the Class 12 exams. A total of 6,127 students have received the first division, 18,266 students registered for the second division and 2,770 for the third division. The pass percentage of the commerce stream is 67.49 per cent.

Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) declared the Jharkhand class 12th board results for Science and Commerce streams today, 7 June, around 12 noon.

According to The Indian Express, the pass percentage for Science stream was 48.34 per cent. Approximately, 4,677 students have cleared the examination.

The pass percentage was higher in the Commerce stream with 67.49 per cent. Around 27,164 students passed the exams.
