Step 1 - Discover delightful second hand skirt in the Grassmarket
Step 2 - Discover delightful skirt also has pockets
Step 3 - Discover not-so-delightful tissues of uncertain vintage were stuffed deep into those pockets and forgotten about before skirt was discarded
#BRB surgically removing somebody's twenty year old hankies with a set of tweezers#I do not say this to dunk on the shop it's not their job to check the otherwise hidden pockets of a skirt for old hankies#And after wandering around High Wycombe and London last week to absolutely no avail#It's nice to know that Edinburgh is still reliable for good clothes and that particular shop is a vintage/secondhand staple of the city#So absolutely thrilled with the skirt just trying to go through the thought process of this plague victim from a decade ago#Who didn't think to check their pockets before throwing out a perfectly good skirt#Ah well you never know what's going on in someone's life
