The one where he completely missed picking up the puck on a shootout attempt:

Y'know - The scenario in which there's nobody on the ice other than the opposing goalie. No pressure from anyone else interfering with the shooter getting the puck and doing whatever they want with it, as long as they keep moving forward.

Yeah he botched that and his whiff counted as his shot attempt, so it was just counted as a miss.

Love your reverse entry AU! Also put a silly amount of thought into the idea of Loop doing a vtuber nuzlock thing; namely, the universe hates them.

See, in my headcanon* of your AU not only do they make the mistake of naming their pokemon after the party, (discreetly, I'm guessing?) They also encounter a bug that makes the game reset if any of their pokemon faint. After freezing for a bit. And once they realize what happened, they decide to actually do their job, and make little puppets. They memorized all of their families actors lines after all! So it's easy for them to act out little scenes in between bits, while waiting for things to happen or during interludes.

Also, they look rather real for a vtuber, so they just have a 3d model of themselves mapped over themselves to hide that they are themself. Except the lighting from glowing head makes it glitch for a half second every hear and there so.

Also! Maybe the puppetry thing ends on them giving the story a ridiculously tragic ending? Because they don't feel like they can acknowledge an alternative ending for a play they star in and remain sane.

*was headcanon the right word here? Probably not. More like, 'I think it'd be neat if'

Anyway this was a lot. Feel free to ignore literally all of it! I just think it's a cool and interesting au that's nothing like anyone else is doing so I couldn't help myself.

This is super interesting and fun anon!!! The Universe hates Loop :thumbsup: 

To expand upon your idea with more ideas (hope this is okay!): 

I can only imagine Loop, while waiting for the game to reboot after freezing, just taking out like. Wood carving tools and materials from out of nowhere and just start whittling away to make these puppets of The Party (but as they remember them, not their modern counterparts.) A few extra set pieces here and there, maybe as well. Not the King though. 

Maybe it ends up becoming a recurring thing throughout the stream while waiting for things to stop glitching out? And they start giving “made-up�� backstories for each of these puppets while they’re being created well in addition to using them properly for acting out bits! 

Every once and a while someone points out their model having an “art-style shift” for a few seconds. They ignore them. 

Once they’re all completed maybe they end up putting on a whole production out of it completely discarding the nuzlocke (lmao). A completely fictional tale. Not at all based on their own experiences. 

When they get closer and closer to the climactic end. When the party is staring face to face against the final boss, the King. They stall. They think. What type of ending will this story have? They were reciting lines from memory while telling it. Going off script is scary. 

They want to continue the tale as written. They want to stay true to their memory. 

But they also don’t want any of their (puppet) Party to suffer either. So, they tweak it, just the tiniest bit.

They continue telling the tale, beat for beat. Up until when the King defeats them. In one fell swoop.

Instead of the Housemaiden being thrown, it’s the Traveler.  

Over and over again, Loop acts out the King (metaphorical, there is no puppet) throwing the Traveler puppet onto the table. While narrating the whole ordeal as well.

They get really into it too, smashing the puppet into smithereens on the table after a bit. Whoops!

This causes the vtuber model to completely glitch out, showing themself instead of the model. They abruptly end stream after that.

…Many people will probably speculate that this is somehow an ARG. 

All this happened because The Universe was like “you are not allowed to play this Pokemon Game without some form of hiccup.” lmao. 

Anon, I will repeat this again. This is a super fun and interesting idea!!! Thank you, for introducing me to a new idea I had not considered and making me think!!!!!

And I am also sorry for using this ask as an opportunity to reveal where this Loop is coming from (sort of kind of) LMAO.

what do you think wouldve happened in cracked glass au if only hs!Sammy (and Canon Sammy but they erm dont know about that erm) were retrieved like originally planned

oughhh I had this whole thing written out and tumblr deleted it on me

so this is surrounding if sam/my had fused and they were the only ones retrieved, right? well, I think the hs crew would be SUPER confused when he wakes up, and it would take longer for them to find out what exactly was happening without canon henry to inform and calm sam down

The situation of where sam was able to attempt to stab joey wouldn't have happened, since c!bendy was the one responsible for leading him away from the infirmary as a distraction. So he would've woken up where he slept, though maybe there would be another stabbing attempt happening anyway, just in there instead. This one is hypothetical, but canon henry was the one to stop him originally, right? The other henry failed to act in time, so maybe without him, sam would be able to (non-lethally) stab joey. Would be much worse, and this what would possibly bring out the use of handcuffs, since the hs crew would not know what to do about sam without c!henry's assistance. Maybe they wouldn't go to that, but just an idea

The conversion about the dreams being real would then have to happen, and joey would have to start working on a solution for sam/my much sooner as a top priority

Now, there's no reason for joey to open the portal again, as sending sam back to his world would be super cruel. It'd probably flip flop between the hs and canon perspective (largely c!henry if we're being honest). The loop would've been restarted, and without sam there, the story would have to adjust to his lack of presence. Both henry and the ink demon would realize that the two had somehow escaped

Maybe with sam's persuading, and maybeee sammy's, joey would attempt to retrieve the rest of the canon crew. this one.....is not entirely unlikely, but I do have some doubt in it. Another possibility is c!joey intervening and opening the portal again, which could happen

the person who would most likely act as a support for sam/my would be hs!henry, even though the fic itself had proven that he wasn't the best at that. Susie would be too much of a sore spot for sam, Alice and boris could be a good form of comfort, but not to entirely lean on. bendy and joey are, well, bendy and joey

I think he'd have to learn and work around his confusion, and while it may take a bit, step up to the plate. in the original fic, he acted super panicky, and accidentally treated sammy like he was crazy and didn't help at all when calming him down. now, normally hs!henry is good at those things! the new situation would be harder on him, but a chance to grow. I would love to see that, actually

I'm not sure entirely what joey's solution for sam is. Maybe it's creating an ink-human form for him similar to c!henry, but it isn't something I can really go into since I don't know anything for sure

I do wonder what the interaction between Amanda and Tory would be like if, after prom, Sam told Amanda what happened at the afterparty (that Tory provoked her into a fight). I bet it'd go something like this:

Amanda: "I though you promised me you'd leave Sam alone until the tournament."

Tory: "I did."

Amanda: "So why is Sam telling me she had to deal with you harassing you all evening at prom? And then she tells me you picked a fight with."

Tory: "She threw the first punch-"

Amanda: "Because you were being needlessly antagonistic towards her. All because you and Robby wanted to ruin her lovely evening with Miguel. And for what?" [sighs] "Just because you weren't throwing throwing punches doesn't mean you weren't fighting."

"And when you promised me you'd leave Sam alone, I took that to mean you wouldn't approach her, talk to her, or antagonize her in any way. I now very much regret that I decided to help you. I take that back. That volunteer you got helping out your mom? No more volunteer. You'll need to find someone yourself. And that therapist you're seeing? I'm not paying for that anymore."

Although that's maybe not how it would go. Maybe in such circumstances, Amanda would talk to Tory's therapist and ask her to ask Tory if she feels any remorse for what she did to Sam. And Amanda would be questioning "Is what I'm doing really helping Tory become a better person or is she just using my help to continue antagonizing my daughter?"

Amanda can’t talk to Tory’s therapist and ask her to do that, though. Doctor-patient confidentiality is a real thing...even when you’re paying for someone’s therapy. Amanda could probably do it from a legal standpoint (?) but it’s very invasive. You don’t intrude on someone’s therapy sessions like that.

(I recognize ofc that Amanda would have legitimate concerns leading her to do this, but that doesn’t make it right)

Honestly, if Amanda is so worried about how helping Tory will affect her daughter...she should’ve considered looping Sam in early, before Sam found out in the most traumatizing way. By the time of the prom fight, Amanda doesn’t really have any good options left

Tasha couldn't help but chuckle at the thought of Jason and his brother, two grown men getting a photo with Santa. But then again, she probably would do the same if any of her friends wanted to or if her brothers had been around. "That's amazing, how was it? Don't tell me you or Theo cried at Santa. Because you know you'll never live that down." She teased, knowing some kids hated getting their photos done with Santa though she figured Jason and Theo probably had a very cute photo and probably made the guy who dressed up as Santa laugh. "Oh, well that sucks, but at least you were a good big brother and didn't tell your younger sisters. At least they got to believe in him at least for some time right?" She asked, knowing when kids found out Santa wasn't real could really throw them for a loop, so helping keep the belief alive was good. "Exactly, didn't I tell you when we first met? That I needed to make sure I never got lost, plus I've seen all those slasher films, I don't need that to happen to me, it'd be too cliche." She said as her reply dripped in sarcasm and in a joking tone. "No for real, I enjoy our hikes, plus it's never a bad thing to have someone join you who knows where they're going. I mean how many people can say their hiking buddy can point out a bunch of different things to them and actually know what they're talking about?" She had been on one too many hikes back home with people who thought they knew everything about the environment when in reality they had no idea what they were talking about. "Oof," she winced at the thought of how the acid would probably affect one's stomach as they got older, "tums are a real lifesaver sometimes." Biting her cheek she nodded, "I see, um his brother is Spencer who owns Merrock Law?" She offered, thinking that might help him place Bryan's face a bit more, though she wasn't sure if they knew each other either. Taking a deep breath she wasn't sure how much detial she should go into with what her situation with him was, "had and has. Well it's complicated."

"Theo and I did get a photo with Santa this year, for what it's worth," he laughed, shrugging both shoulders, "we figured it would be fun, and we weren't wrong. Although I'm not sure that Santa knew what he was in for when he agreed to it." Two grown men sitting on his knees, posing for a photo. It had made them laugh, and made him laugh, and even the people working at Santa's booth laugh, and maybe at the end of the day, that was the true meaning of Santa Claus… or something. "I figured it out way too early," he admitted with a grin. "Saw my mom and dad wrapping gifts on Christmas Eve, but they made me swear not to tell my sisters about it." And he hadn't, not wanting to ruin the magic for Cordelia and Summer, as they had both been younger than him at that point in time. "That's actually the whole reason you do go hiking with me, is just so you don't get lost," he teased. Maybe also because he was fun to hike with, but that was besides the point, he was still good guide and someone handy to have around when spending time outside. "Now, I'd regret it. Mostly because I feel like I'd have to drink a gallon of milk and eat a carton of Tums to feel good afterwards," funny how things changed when you got older, honestly. "I might know them if I saw them, but… I'm so bad with the faces that I didn't grow up around," he admitted on a soft laugh. "But either way, okay, so you have a thing with Bryan, I take it? Or had? Or are having?"
