I'm going to be so real I do not understand tim & steph shippers who feel that Steph dating Tim again would save her character. You can make an argument that giving Tim a more compelling love interest would be beneficial for him! And you can at least make an argument that the fujo mischaracterization of Steph would stop. However she'd still, inevitably, be treated as a prop character/extension for someone more popular 😭 it also wouldn't make her appear in more books! Tim doesn't have many frequent appearances at the moment either! You can just say you like the couple and want them back together without acting like you have some kind of moral stance

BIG RANT:

I love Nuka World dearly but so many aspects of it feel unfinished.

The gang bosses play little to no role in the dlc - the only way to learn more about them is through terminal and holotape entries.

How come Mason doesn’t have two second in commands like Mags and Nisha? He’s absolutely not a “lone wolf” and is shown countless times to have the most loyal gang - so why not give him two “betas”?

Dixie and Savoy basically did nothing. There’s ONE random encounter event with Dixie and that’s it.

The gang bosses never interact outside of what their members tell you and occasionally what Redeye tells you.

Speaking of Redeye, where the hell is he? Why can’t we do at least one quest for him like Travis?

They literally cut Maddox’s whole story and for what?

Clearing the parks was always done really well, but Bethesda fell off with the raiders. I wish we could do more quests for them (NOT RADIENT QUESTS).

It all just feels like a waste. This DLC could have been spectacular.

If Larian ever becomes interested in giving Wyll more content, they should make him react to the tieflings' fate in Act 2 (assuming they're alive).

He spent time with these people and knew them all by name. Their predicament should shape his entire mood for act 2 (Halsin and Karlach, too). It bothers me so much that your party can encounter the massacred tieflings and NO ONE says anything. Let there be a side quest were Wyll wants to retrieve their bodies to give them all a proper burial. Let him grieve and feel intense guilt that he wasn't able to protect them, giving him a personal motivation to save the ones who were taken to Moonrise Towers.

And in the event that the tieflings at Last Light and Moonrise die, have Wyll undergo a major character change. He doesn't turn "bad", but rather he becomes a much more somber and pessimistic person, maybe even bring back some of his personality traits from early access. Perhaps at this point, he would vow to stay as the BoF and will refuse to become a duke if the choice arises, becoming a lot less passive in his own storyline.

I'm not a professional writer so sorry if this all sucks. I just really like Wyll and wish he had more content.
