Dragon Ball GT 61
✨GT Stands For Gobbling Things✨
Last time, Goku and Vegeta nearly defeated Omega Shenron, but their Fusion expired prematurely, and Omega was able to restore himself. The only net gain for the good guys was when Goku managed to intercept the Four-Star Dragon Ball before Omega could re-integrate it into his body. In order to ensure Omega doesn’t get his hands on it, he swallows it. It nearly chokes him to death, but his Super Saiyan 4 throat manages to power it down.
The problem now is that Omega is still too powerful for them to beat, even with only six Dragon Balls. This was why Vegeta called for Fusion in the first place, but it failed. So where to we go from here? What would you do in this situation?
(A) Have Goku and Vegeta soldier on without Fusion, eventually discovering some even better way to win?
(B) Introduce a new power-up to even the odds, like “Kaio-ken Super Saiyan 4″, or maybe they get a buff from the Tuffle Planet shining extra Blutz waves down on them, now that it’s visible in the sky?
(C) Spend a whole episode having them desperately trying to re-fuse into Gogeta, even though it didn’t work the first time and you’re supposed to wait an hour before trying to fuse again?
If you said (C), send your resume to:
Toei Animation Co. Ltd.
4-10-1 Nakano Nakano-Ku, 164-0001
Japan
✨"Good" "Ideas", Poorly Executed✨
So yeah, they spend this entire episode trying to re-fuse, because Gogeta’s Big Bang Kamehameha was the only attack that was even remotely effective against Omega Shenron.
Except... it wasn’t effective at all. It blew up Omega, knocking the Dragon Balls out of him, but it didn’t kill him. Everyone just assumes a second shot would have finished him, but I’m not convinced. Goku achieved the same result with that Super Dragon Fist he scored back in Episode 59. That... probably isn’t how it’s supposed to work. Gogeta’s attacks should be much, much more potent than Goku’s, but I’m just reporting the facts.
More to the point, why does everyone think that Gogeta 4 can even pull off two Big Bang Kamehamehas in a row? He came apart while he was preparing the second shot, so maybe he can only do one before he de-fuses. And one isn’t enough.
Also, everyone just takes it for granted that Gogeta won’t horse around like he did the first time around. Why? Vegeta blames Goku for what happened, but it’s not really clear that they can control Gogeta’s attitude. For all they know, a second try with Gogeta will turn out just like the first.
Let’s really pick this business apart, because I hated the way they just jumped straight from SSJ4 Vegeta to the fusion, and now we’re seeing the bitter fruits of that plan. Now that Gogeta has failed, and they’ve decided their only chance is to try him again, there’s really only two possible ways to go with this.
1) They successfully re-fuse, which makes Episodes 60 and 61 a waste of time. What was the point of the first round with Gogeta if they were just going to do it all over again?
2) They fail to re-fuse, which means they’ve blown a whole episode trying to repeat a trick that didn’t work the first time they tried it. And they’ve all but admitted that Goku and Vegeta are completely ineffective against Omega Shenron.
See, this is why you build up to things like Fusion. They could have done a whole episode of Vegeta showing his stuff against Omega, putting up a valiant fight while Dende heals Goku or something. Then they could double-team Omega, and then they could resort to Fusion.
But instead, Toei does this all ass-backwards. First the fusion, then the double-team, then Vegeta has to fight alone. It’s crap.
So yeah, the boys spend the entire episode trying to re-fuse. There’s literally nothing else they can do, so their strategy is as transparent as can be. On the other hand, Omega Sheron doesn’t want them to fuse again, so his strategy is equally transparent: He won’t let them fuse. We know this because he says so over and over again.
This whole episode is nothing but Goku and/or Vegeta shouting “We have to do fusion!” and Omega Shenron going “I told you, I won’t let you do that again!” It’s the pits. It sucks. It blows. It’s not a fun time.
The worst part of this is that there’s some mildly decent double-team fighting going on here, but it’s all for naught, because we’ve already established that Vegeta and Goku’s attacks are useless. All they can do is try to distract Omega and get out of his line of sight long enough to fuse, and they can’t do that either, because he knows what they’re up to.
Now you might be wondering, “Why don’t they just do what they did in Episode 60, the first time they fused?” Well, Trunks brings this up. Last time Gohan, Goten, and Trunks all jumped into keep Omega Shenron busy long enough for Goku and Vegeta to fuse. Well, according to Gohan in this episode, it wouldn’t work a second time. For one thing, they’ve lost the element of surprise. Also, it never really made sense the first time.
Gohan says that Omega can now read Goku and Vegeta’s movements, which is why they’re having so much trouble now. So if Gohan, Goten, and Trunks jumped in now, they’d be much worse off than they were before. Okay, but Omega has already clobbered these small fries a few times already. Sometimes they’ll jump in to attack Omega, and sometimes Omega will just lash out at them unprovoked. And they always manage to keep him busy, but he never seems to do any lasting damage to them.
And that’s GT Logic for you. Sometimes Gohan and the others jumping in is a good idea, and sometimes it’s a bad idea, and there’s not rhyme or reason to any of it. It’s purely a matter of whether the writers want them to jump in during this particular episode.
✨Positivity Page✨
So how do we break this standoff? Well, Goku gets the bright idea to use the Afterimage Technique to create their own diversion. This way, they can fuse right in front of Omega and he won’t be able to tell the real Goku and Vegeta from the illusions they created.
And I’ll give this episode some credit, it’s a cool trick. It kind of flies in the face of what Gohan said about Omega being able to read their movements. Seems like if Omega’s figured out Goku and Vegeta that well by now, he ought to see through their Afterimage bit. But I still haven’t been able to figure out if the Shadow Dragons can sense ki, or what they mean when they say they’ve “heard” things about Goku. Like, they know who Goku is, and they say they’ve heard about Super Saiyan 4, and his extreme gullibility, but they don’t know about Fusion, or the Afterimage Technique. Maybe they should have read that book Emperor Pilaf found that told him about the Black Star Dragon Balls. It probably has all kinds of information on Goku’s powers.
So we’re back in business, right? Gogeta returns? Nope, because even though Goku and Vegeta pull of the Fusion Dance, nothing happens. No one knows what went wrong, but Trunks begins to suspect it’s because Goku’s starting to weaken from this long battle. Remember, it’s not enough to do the poses right during the Fusion Dance. You also have to precisely match your power level with your partner’s. Maybe Goku can’t do that anymore.
And I guess Omega Shenron guesses the same thing, because he dares Goku and Vegeta to try it again, and when they do, Goku powers down to base mode. So now they’re double-fucked, because you have the mismatched ki problem, but you also have the size difference problem.
And this sort of brings the series back full circle, because this wouldn’t have been an issue if Goku hadn’t been turned into a child back in Episode 1. Even worn down like he is, he could have still fused with Vegeta. All Vegeta would have to do is power down to his base mode, match his energy level to Goku’s, and they could fuse. Then Gogeta could have turned Super Saiyan 4 afterward.
But Goku’s child body has ruined everything, which seems kind of fitting, since everyone basically stopped worrying about it after Episode 40, and that always bothered me, because the opening credits and the first several episodes really seemed to present this as a major problem that needed to be solved. But instead of addressing it, Toei just kept eliminating possible solutions, until everyone sort of dropped it. Hell, even Goku seemed unconcerned with his appearance. Well, it kind of matters now, doesn’t it?
✨Is This Episode Worse than "The Roaming Lake"?✨
Yes, this episode is worse than “The Roaming Lake”. It’s not just that it’s a crappier episode, although it certainly is that. No, what really irritates me about this one is how it follows the same shitty plot structure as “The Roaming Lake” and somehow makes it even dumber.
Real quick, let’s recap “The Roaming Lake.” Okay, so the characters all talk amongst themselves for like eight minutes, then Goku heads out, only to run into Nam, who’s investigating the cause of his village’s river drying up. They track it back to Giran’s village, where they’ve got this huge, indestructible dam blocking the flow of the water. Giran says he couldn’t open the dam if he wanted to, but he agrees to let Goku try. So Goku blows up the dam with a Kamehameha and restores the river.... until a freak sandstorm buries it. Fortunately, the Roaming Lake appears, providing fresh water for Nam’s village.
Okay, so let’s look at GT 61. Goku and Vegeta bicker over their failed fusion and insist on trying again. Just like Nam traveling upstream, they’re basically locked into a single course of action, which limits their available options. Finally, Omega Shenron agrees to let them try Fusion... and it doesn’t work. Fortunately, the Four Star Dragon Ball appears on Goku’s forehead, providing absolutely nothing.
For all of “The Roaming Lake’s” problems, it at least provides a proper payoff to the premise. Nam discusses the dry riverbed problem and the Roaming Lake legend at the start of the story. By the end of the story, the river mystery has been resolved, and the Roaming Lake legend comes true. It’s stupid, but it’s somewhat satisfying.
GT 61 presents Fusion as the solution to everyone’s problems, except that they already tried it and it didn’t work. By the end of the story, Fusion is completely ruled out as an option, and then this stupid Dragon Ball appears on Goku’s head, which is treated like a plot twist, except it doesn’t mean anything because there was no setup for it.
Watching Goku and Vegeta desperately try to fuse, I’m reminded of Episode 94 of DBZ, where Goku is desperately gathering energy for the Spirit Bomb, and Piccolo, Gohan, and Krillin are trying to keep Frieza occupied long enough for Goku to finish the attack, and there’s all this suspense and it just keeps building and building. The reason that episode is so effective is because no matter what happened with the Spirit Bomb, the audience could look forward to seeing it used against Frieza. Even though he survived the attack in the next episode, it still ruled because it was this gigantic offensive and even Frieza thought it would kill him.
GT 61 tries to recapture that same feeling, but it doesn’t work because we already saw a successful Fusion in the previous episode. We already know what will happen if they pull it off, because we just saw it and it didn’t work and they made us feel like idiots for wanting it in the first place. The best case scenario for this premise is that we get Gogeta back, and that means a do-over of Episode 60. The worst-case scenario is that they spend a whole episode trying to get Gogeta back, and they end up with nothing to show for it. And Toei looked a both options and went with the worst-case scenario. Dragon Ball GT, everyone. Let’s hear it for them.

SESSION 6. ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AND CONTRACTING
READ: ICTL TEXTBOOK CHAPTER 3 (COR2226* & LAW405)
OPTIONAL REFERENCE: L&T BOOK CHAPTER 9 (COR2226* & LAW405)
Electronic Contracting: In Singapore, contract law is largely based on the English common law and has developed on that basis, as judge-made law. Contract law is supplemented by some statutes and provisions in a series of legislations. The Electronic Transactions Act (Cap 88, 2011 Rev Ed) (ETA), which entered into force on 1 July 2010 and replaced the original Act that was first enacted in July 1998, specifically addresses issues relating to electronic commerce. The first enactment contained provisions drawn from the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce of 1996 (MLEC) and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures of 2001 (MLES). The re-enactment contains some amendments, including provisions drawn from the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracting of 2005 (CUECIC) as well as a re-ordering of the provisions.
The Electronic Transactions Act: What are the objectives and the effect of the UNCITRAL Model Laws on E-Commerce and Signatures as well as the CUECIC? What is their relationship with the ETA? What are the potential problems of modern electronic forms of communication (and electronic forms of documents and signatures) for contract law? To what extent have the revised ETA of 2010 resolved the outstanding issues relating to electronic transactions in general, and electronic contracting in particular? What are the types of matters or transactions that fall outside the scope of the Act? The IMDA and AGC spent several years reviewing the scope of the ETA, specifically relating to the adoption of UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Transferable Records. The model law aims to promote functional equivalence to electronic ETRs such as cheques, promissory notes, bills of exchange, bills of lading, etc. and give them full legal recognition under substantive law. These amendments entered into force on 19 March 2021.
Consider the various online business models. What are the various modern forms of electronic contract formation and communications, and to what extent are electronic notices legally binding or acceptable (e.g. as sufficient notification of purpose under the PDPA).
What is the purpose and effect of section 14 of the ETA? What are browsewrap and clickwrap contracts and, in your opinion, are they legally binding?
Compare and contrast the doctrine of unilateral mistake that is applied to the electronic contracting context for the vitiation of a contract to section 16 of the ETA. What was the purpose of the new provision and what are the potential problems that may arise in relation to it? Examine the Digilandmall and Quoine decisions on the doctrine of unilateral mistake.
What is the reason and basis for the use of automated message systems for contract formation and what are some examples of modern transactions that involves the use of such systems in transactions. Is there a necessity for such a provision (section 15 of the ETA) and does existing contract law not provide a legal basis for such contracts? and the issue of legal responsibility, rights and liability.
What is the law on electronic signatures (and records)? What are the challenges of electronic signatures as compared to physical ones? What is the objectives and purpose of the relevant provisions under the ETA (Parts II & III and 2nd & 3rd Schedules only) in relation to them? What is the difference, if any, between an “electronic”, a “secured electronic” and a “digital” signature?

The Meaning of Art - Herbert Read
Read. H ‘The Meaning of Art.’ (2017) Faber and Faber Ltd.
I II III
I
“There are at least a dozen current definitions of Beauty but the merely physical one is the only essential one.’ (pp.19)
‘Most of our misconceptions of art arise from a lack of consistency in the use of the words art and beauty.’ (pp.19)
‘The art of a period is a standard only so long as we learn to distinguish between the elements of form.’ (pp.25)
‘Distortion may mean a departure from regular geometrical harmonium or more generally it implies a disregard for the proportions given in the natural world. Distortion of some kind, we may therefore say, is present in a very general and perhaps paradoxical way in all art.’ (pp.29)
‘All these departures from exact imitation are purposive. They are dictated either by the artists will form, his desire for a balanced pattern, or they are dictated by his desire to make a symbol for something super-real, something spiritual.’ (pp.31)
‘What we really expect in a work of art is a certain personal element - we expect the artist to have, if not a distinguished mind, at least a distinguished sensibility. We expect him to reveal something to us that i original, a unique and private vision of the world.’ (pp.33)
‘The Work of art, is in some sense a liberation of personality ; normally are feelings are inhibited and repressed. we contemplate a work of art and immediately there is a release; not only a release - sympathy is a release of feelings - but also a heightening, a teetering, a sublimation.’ (pp.39)
‘Here is the essential difference between art and sentimentality; Sentimentality is a release but also a loosening, a relaxing f the emotions. art is a release but also a bracing. art is the economy of feeling. t is emption cultivating good form.’ (pp.39)
In a perfect work of art all the elements are interlaced; they cohere to form a unity which has a value greater than the mere sum of these elements.’ (pp.65)
‘These structural motives are very important in the making of a picture or any other plastic work of art, though they are not necessarily a deliberate choice of the artist. they reveal more clearly than anything the predominating rhythm of the period.’ (pp.68)
II
‘The theory that art is self-expression will not carry us far; for what is the self’ that is expressed?’ (pp.83)
‘The answer to the question whether great art can exist independently of religion will therefore depend on our scale of values. The court of judgment is sooner or later the community.’ (pp.83)
‘Perhaps the most amazing characteristic of peasant art is universality. Th same motives same modes of abstraction, the same form, techniques seem tp spring up spontaneously out of the soil in every part of the world.’ (pp.88)
‘Throughout its history Chinese art convenes nature as animated by an immanent force, and the object of artists is to put themselves in communication with this force, and then to convey its quality to the spectator. Such an aim in Western art would lead to all kinds of dubious romanticism and mysticism, but as if by a miracle the Chinese artists is always saved from such troughs of sentimentality.’ (pp.102)
‘The success of the picture depends upon its final fusion or cohesion in the mind of the spectator.’ (pp.126)
‘For the main tendency of modern art, in spite of certain romantic exceptions has been toward a re-integration of the intellect. (Intelligence as a basis for art) The intelligence can never be regarded as the finished material of art; nor can the unorganized emotions of the subjective painter.’ (pp.128)
‘Impressionism was moving toward the static. We murder to dissect and you cannot analyze without at the same time arresting.’ (pp.179)
‘material medium’
III
‘Composition is the art of arranging in a decorative manner the various elements which the painter uses to express his sentiments.’ (pp.220)
‘A work of art implies harmony of everything together (une harmonie d’ensemble); every superfluous detail will occupy in the mind of the spectator, the place of some other detail which is essential.’ (pp.220)
‘The real function of art is to express feeling and transmit understanding.’ (pp.222)
‘Nothing is more absurd than the spectacle of an ardent young snob trying to cultivate an emotion before a great work of art.’ (pp.222)
- profound relationship between artist and community
‘his tone, his tempo, his intensity from the society of which he is a member. But the individual character of the artists work depends on more than these/ It depends on a definite will-to-form which is a reflection of the artists personality, and there is no significant art without this act of creative will.’ (pp.224)

Greenovation Hackathon –A True ASIAN event
Bharat has been the most forthcoming countries across all the member nations of UN, towards the commitments to implementation of UNSDGs, because here “sustainability” is not just a buzzword, very well imbibed in the culture itself. Vaidic Science is the most comprehensive knowledge base to understand the natural processes and life sciences, because it starts from the basic building blocks of life and goes till the universe.
Bharat is in a position to LEAD the World in solving the global warming & climate change crisis, just by adhering to our own holistic knowledge of Vaidic Science.
Therefore, on the governance side, we’ve constituted National Designated Authority for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement (NDAIAPA), under the chairpersonship of Secretary, MoEFCC. While on the other hand we have industry-academia alliance to organize a nation-wide hackathon for sustainability startups to nurture the talent and innovations for solving the sustainability matrix like Greenovation Hackathon.
The HOST: ICFAI Group of Educational Institutions – established in the year 1984 as a non-profit society for empowering people through education, by the pioneer visionary Shri NJ Yasaswy. Since then ICFAI has established 10+ universities across the breadth of the country from Uttarakhand to Nagaland, and also the length of the nation from Chhattisgarh till Himachal. The Greenovation Hackathon was held in the Dehradun Campus, in the northern Himalayan state of Uttarakhand.
The PARTNER: Re Sustainability Limited (Formerly Known as Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd) – was the industry partner in the event. Ramky is a true sustainability champion and an organization worthy of being termed as “Born in Bharat and Serving the Globe”. A brain child of Shri B. S. Shantharaju, who made it big enough to compel like of KKR investment group to take 60% stakes in their vision, that involved wide array of solutions, including Waste Management, Recycling, Integrated Environmental Services, Consultancy, Facilities Management, Car Park Management, and Construction & Demolition Waste Management, among others. With an extensive footprint of 99+ operating locations spread across the world, to enable a sustainable future.
The PARTICIPANTS: Sustainability Startups from across the country – the event was flashed on all social media platforms, NASSCOM startup ecosystem, F6 platform, the Manthan startup ecosystem, which resulted in hundreds of applications. Our team at ICFAI, Hyderabad went through a painstaking process of identification, verification, segregation and detailed study of each application. After the 1st round of detailed study fifty startups belonging to diverse sectors like Agri-Food Technology to Circular Economy to Clean Tech to Climate Tech to Regenerative Farming to EVs to E-Waste management, Health Care, Deep Tech, Medical Waste Management, Sustainable Fashion, Sustainable Jewelry, Emission Reduction, Removal of Legacy emission, ESG, SaaS for Sustainability, MSW Management, Plastic Recycling, Sustainable Packaging, Sustainable Tourism and Waste to Energy to Wealth. Bottomline, is you name it, and they were there. There were over fifteen remarkable applications dedicated to circular economy, while nine from recycling sector to reinstate sustainability. In the next round, again sixteen bests were shortlisted to be given the opportunity to showcase their solution in the two-days exhibition at ICFAI Dehradun campus and also pitch in front of the Jury.
In the lush green valley of Dehradun, stands the ICFAI University campus in the area called Selaqui, spread over 25 acres and equipped with 2.5 lakhs square feet of built-up area for academic blocks, workshops, laboratories, library, auditorium, seminar halls, and more. The two days event started with Arrivals of Dignitaries, registration of the attendees, startups and students from various universities of Dehradun and nearby Haridwar, and even up till Roorkee. The Welcome Address was done by Dr. Ramesh Chand Ramola, Registrar – ICFAI University, Dehradun, followed by program and the event introduction to all the participants and attendees by Dr. Ram Karan Singh, Vice Chancellor (IUD). Dr. (Prof.) M Sainath, who helped IUD from the ICFAI – Hyderabad campus from conceiving the program till conducting the program took a keynote session on "Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Indian HEIs", while Dr. Neel Mani, Director, Institute of AI, DSVV spoke about the “Future Technologies” and finally a Vote of Thanks was read by Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Associate Dean, ITS, IUD, before breaking for lunch.
Post lunch, Shri Amit J Sharma, Head, Business Excellence, Re Sustainability (the industry partner, sponsor and an Hon’ble Jury member) elaborated upon “Global Trends in Sustainability and the Circular Economy", which was enlightening, not just for the students, but also for many startups. After this, the exhibition and the Hackathon Pitching Sessions started parallelly at the exhibition halls in K-107 &108 as well as at the 1st floor board room respectively. Startups were divided into three groups and each group had a detailed pitching session lasting from a minimum of 45 minutes to a maximum of 120 minutes too. All the startups can vouch for the patient hearing given to them by the Hon’ble jury members, and the detailed interaction done with them like no other startups Hackathon in the country.
The 2nd day in the after noon around 1400 hours (2pm) the results were announced.
The Winners –
Athar Packaging (Remarkable Innovation Prize): Athar Packaging Solutions addresses the critical
issue of plastic pollution and the need for sustainable packaging alternatives. Every year, 400+ million tons of plastic waste gets generated across the globe, within which over 80 million tons ends up in landfills and oceans, causing severe environmental damage. This pollution not only harms marine life but also disrupts ecosystems and contributes to climate change. Traditional plastic packaging, derived from non-renewable resources, exacerbates this issue due to its non-biodegradable nature. Consumers and businesses increasingly recognize the environmental impact of their choices, but there is a lack of viable, eco-friendly packaging options. Many companies still rely on conventional plastic due to cost and convenience, unaware of sustainable alternatives or hesitant to switch due to perceived higher costs and lack of awareness.
Athar Packaging solution transforms waste materials into durable, reusable packaging, offering a practical and scalable alternative to traditional plastics. By repurposing discarded materials, the demand for virgin plastic production reduces, contributing to a circular economy. The innovative packaging solutions cater to various industries, providing cost-effective, high-quality, and customizable options that meet the growing demand for sustainable practices. Athar Packaging Solutions bridges the gap between environmental responsibility and business needs, driving a positive change in the packaging industry by revolutionizing the packaging industry by transforming waste materials into high-quality, reusable packaging.
WomenasticCo (Remarkable Innovation Prize): WomenasticCo is a women led initiative into plastic waste management in a most innovative way by converting plastic waste into 3D printer filament by using only 5 Kw of solar energy and emitting low to no carbon footprint at all. Currently the MSME units recycling the plastic waste consume a lot energy, produces emission and carbon footprint, limited recycled products and no skill development at all. Enter WomenasticCo with their most innovative, holistic and sustainable solution for solving the plastic pollution for good. In the state of Haryana, on this youth day, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Harayana, Shri Nayab Singh Saini, honored our startup WomenasticCo with the 1st prize in “Ideathon Haryana” competition. They were awarded with a cheque of ₹ 31,000/- (Thirty-One thousand Rupees).
Cluix Pvt. Ltd. (3rd Prize): CLUIX is a pioneering clean technology startup dedicated to research and development. Globally, the alarming figure of 771 million people without access to safe drinking water represents a continuing catastrophe affecting roughly one-tenth of the world's population. Cluix is on a mission to create transformative solutions that exceed established industry benchmarks to achieve this by integrating cutting-edge advancements, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and embedded systems, into their product for spot testing of Water with laboratory grade precision. Furthermore, CLUIX prioritizes three fundamental principles in all their research, i.e., affordability, reliability, and sustainability.
Agso AgroSoldier Pvt. Ltd. (2nd Prize): AGSO: Agrosoldier, is a startup that converts any organic trash into highly value-added products within ten days of the time by 100% natural regenerative processes. Currently, they are upscaling three to four tons of Bio-waste into feed, fertilizer and Food in a shorter period without any external chemicals or inoculums, so their process is done naturally with the help of the Black Soldier Fly. This is a 100% organic and purely natural and efficient process, so any municipality or town management team can allow this to be done in the same organic waste management system at their primaries.
Vaidic Srijan LLP (1st Prize): All across the globe, we have a problem of overcrowded cities with depleting natural resources. Bad Air quality, sewage, biodiversity losses, drinking Water availability, polluted Waterbodies, increasing GHG emissions, sanitation & hygiene issues, depleting agricultural production and declining farm profitability, Chemicals & Antibiotics in Human food chain, floods & droughts, Water logging and so on. All these problems are the chain reaction of Water, Soil and Air getting contaminated. And therefore, a holistic & sustainable nature-based solution can solve all of them in one go. This is where Vaidic Srijan LLP steps in, which is a climate tech startup, which has developed Cownomics® Technology, for resurrection of the native ecology of Soil, Water and Air, through the Waterbodies. It restores the “ecosystem services” of the Waterbodies & Wetlands, “in-situ” conditions. The rejuvenated Water gets transformed into neuro-immuno booster for plants and animals, resulting diseases, pests and weather resilient farms of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Animal husbandry reducing the input cost and multiplying the yield.

Boiler and Central Heating Replacement Quotes/Prices Near Me: A 2024 Guide
If you’re considering replacing your boiler or central heating system, finding accurate and competitive quotes can make a significant difference in the overall cost and quality of the job. Whether your old system is breaking down or you're looking to upgrade to a more energy-efficient model, this guide will help you understand what to expect when searching for boiler and central heating replacement quotes in 2024. At Smart Heating Hub Ltd, we specialize in providing top-tier heating solutions at affordable prices, ensuring you get the best value for your money.
Why Replace Your Boiler and Central Heating System?
Over time, boilers and central heating systems become less efficient, increasing energy bills and causing potential safety concerns. Replacing your old system with a modern, energy-efficient model can save you money in the long run and ensure your home remains comfortable all year round. The cost of upgrading will vary depending on several factors, but investing in a high-quality boiler and heating system can pay off with lower energy bills and reduced maintenance needs.
How Much Does Boiler and Central Heating Replacement Cost in 2024?
The cost of replacing a boiler and central heating system in 2024 can vary based on several factors, including the size of your home, the type of system you need, and your location. Here’s a breakdown of average costs to expect:
Boiler Replacement Cost:
Standard Boiler Replacement: £1,000 to £2,500, depending on the brand, model, and installation complexity.
Combi Boiler Replacement: £1,500 to £3,000, especially if additional work is needed to upgrade your system to accommodate a combi boiler.
Central Heating System Replacement Cost:
A full central heating system replacement (including a new boiler, radiators, and piping) can range from £3,000 to £7,000. Larger homes with more rooms and bathrooms will typically require more radiators and a larger boiler, pushing up the overall cost.
Additional Costs:
Installation Fees: £500 to £1,500, depending on the complexity of the job and the hourly rate of the installer.
Smart Thermostat Integration: If you want to add a smart thermostat, expect to pay an additional £150 to £300.
At Smart Heating Hub Ltd, we aim to provide the most competitive quotes for your boiler and central heating replacement. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and we can help you choose a system that fits your budget and heating needs.
Factors That Influence Replacement Costs
Type of Boiler: Combi boilers are typically more affordable to install but may not be suitable for larger homes. Conventional and system boilers tend to be more expensive but offer greater heating capabilities for bigger households.
System Size: Larger homes need more powerful boilers and additional radiators, which increases both the equipment and installation costs.
Installation Complexity: If your existing system is outdated or if you’re switching to a different type of boiler, the installation process may involve additional work such as re-piping, which increases labor costs.
Location: Installation prices can vary based on your location. Installers in larger cities may charge more than those in smaller towns.
Getting Quotes for Boiler and Central Heating Replacement Near You
When looking for boiler and central heating replacement quotes near you, you should shop about and compare different offers. At Smart Heating Hub Ltd, we provide free, no-obligation quotations to help you find the best deal on your replacement. Here's things to look for when requesting a quote:
Itemized Breakdown: Ensure that the quote includes an itemized list of costs, including boiler price, installation fees, and any additional components like radiators or smart thermostats.

Website Design and Marketing: A Comprehensive Guide to Success with Psytech Digi Pvt Ltd
In today's digital age, your website serves as the face of your brand, and your marketing strategies determine how well it reaches potential customers. The synergy between website design and marketing is crucial for ensuring that your online presence not only looks appealing but also drives measurable results. A well-designed website paired with strategic marketing can significantly enhance user engagement, improve conversions, and elevate your brand's visibility. Here’s why website design and marketing are inseparable, and how Psytech Digi Pvt Ltd can help you thrive in this area.
The Importance of Website Design in Marketing
At the core of a successful digital marketing strategy is a website that is designed to meet user expectations. An outdated, cluttered, or poorly structured website can drive potential customers away, regardless of how effective your marketing campaigns may be. Here are the key elements that make website design integral to marketing success:
User Experience (UX) Design: A seamless, easy-to-navigate website improves user experience, encouraging visitors to stay longer and explore more pages. Websites designed with a clear structure and intuitive navigation are more likely to retain users, reducing bounce rates and boosting SEO rankings. This is where website design and marketing intersect—the better your website's usability, the better your chances of converting leads.
Mobile Responsiveness: With an increasing number of users browsing on mobile devices, ensuring your website is mobile-friendly is essential. Google even uses mobile-friendliness as a ranking factor, making it a crucial aspect of your SEO and overall marketing efforts. A responsive design adapts to different screen sizes, ensuring a consistent user experience across all devices.
SEO Optimization: Your website’s design plays a vital role in how well it ranks on search engines. From the use of appropriate tags to optimizing load speeds, these elements can make or break your SEO efforts. Marketing strategies focused on SEO rely heavily on a well-designed website that meets search engine requirements, helping to drive organic traffic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): The ultimate goal of marketing is to convert website visitors into paying customers. A well-designed website can be optimized for conversions by strategically placing calls to action (CTAs), forms, and buttons in key areas. This ensures that your website design and marketing efforts are aligned to achieve the desired results.
How Marketing Complements Website Design
While design sets the stage for user interaction, marketing strategies direct users to your site and encourage them to engage. When design and marketing work together, the results can be powerful. Here’s how marketing enhances a well-designed website:
Content Marketing: Quality content is the backbone of any successful marketing campaign. Engaging blog posts, compelling product descriptions, and informative articles all drive traffic to your website. A well-designed website ensures this content is easily accessible and presented in a visually appealing way, making it an effective tool for keeping users engaged.
Social Media Integration: With more users engaging on social media platforms, integrating your website with your social channels is crucial. Social media marketing drives traffic to your website, while a good design ensures that visitors arriving from these platforms have a seamless experience, encouraging them to explore further.
Email Marketing: Email marketing is an effective way to re-engage users who have previously visited your website. Well-designed email campaigns with links to key landing pages can drive repeat traffic, while a user-friendly website design ensures visitors complete the desired action, such as making a purchase or filling out a form.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Your PPC campaigns direct users to specific landing pages on your website. If your website design is not optimized for conversions, these marketing efforts could go to waste. A combination of targeted keywords in your ads and well-designed landing pages will maximize your conversion potential.

Scavenging the Abject is a lab developed by Selina Hammer, Ramona Gomez and Babak Ahteshamipour in the context of the Chapters I and II of Queering Nature: The Quest, an Art and Game Design Research Residency by Random Kingdom. The lab explores the concept of abjection [1], the horror and banishment of decay, rot and collapse from anthropocentric-technocratic discourses that seek immortality through non-human beings and the non-organic that embody abjection, addressed as scavengers in the context of the lab. Scavengers eat the rotten flesh, collecting abjected matter — what is rejected and cast aside. Through this act, they nurture, restore, and reintroduce it into the cycle of life, where all things grow, bloom, wither, and fade.
The scavengers introduces us into the realm of blackened ecology and the world-without-us: "the world-without-us is the subtraction of the human from the world. [...] the world-without-us lies somewhere in between, in a nebulous zone that is at once impersonal and horrific."[2]; there is no meaning, intention or linear narratives with ends in nature [3]. Nature that does not recognize a division between a human and non-human world. In fact there is no such thing as nature. Nature is a construct, an other, created by extractivist discourses with the intention of conquering it. The world can exist without us; anthropocentrism finds that depressive. It is not about us.
Blackened ecology re-examines the non-human and redefines it, perceiving it as autonomous and indifferent to the human species, as a world-in-itself. It doesn't aim to contain it, interpret it or simulate it for the benefit of anthropological discourse; but most importantly it doesn't profit from it. Blackened ecology additionally aligns with queer ecology's values of non-binary and rhizomatic approach towards the universe: as a singular totality that is made up of an assemblage of beings that coexist with each other in non-hierarchical structures.
To understand the world-in-itself [4] we need to imagine the world-without-us. We exist in the world but perceive it as not-us, as an other. Despite this separation, we cannot exist outside of the world, we embody it. Since the world-in-itself refuses to be contained within anthropocentric discourse, it becomes abjected, as something occulted, horrifying and untamed. Catastrophic geophysical and organic phenomenons such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, tornadoes, pandemics, organ dysfunctions, wound infections and rotting corpses are manifestations of this occulted world. [5]
The broken sidewalks, abandoned buildings, contaminated sewers, discarded electronics, the flora and fauna that blooms from cracks of concrete, the insects, bacteria and fungi that feed on the urban wastes are all manifestations of the occulted world. Utilizing these unassuming resources can help us reconsider what ecology stands for by re-integrating decay to provide a more universal and inclusive perspective for healing, nourishment, compassion and comprehension. Watch the grimoire animation here.
Watch the cards animation here.

[3] "Blackening embraces the purposelessness thoroughly: there is no purpose, no goal nor end in nature; there is not even negation, there is nothing, only a final endstille. The obliteration of the observer leads to the removal of purpose, with no mind present to intend.", Niall Scott, Blackening the Green, Scott Wilson, Melancology: Black Metal Theory and Ecology, 2013, Zero Books, John Hunt Publishing Ltd., Laurel House, Station Approach, Alresford, Hants, SO24 9JH, UK, p. 75
[4] "The hiddenness of the world is not just the world-in-itself, for the world-in-itself is, by definition, absolutely cut off from us as human beings in the world (the world-for-us). When the world-in-itself becomes occulted, or “hidden,” a strange and paradoxical movement takes place whereby the world-in-itself presents itself to us, but without ever becoming fully accessible or completely knowable. The world-in-itself presents itself to us, but without simply becoming the world-for-us; it is, to borrow from Schopenhauer, “the world-in-itself-for-us.”, Eugene Thacker, In The Dust of the Planet, 2011, Zero Books, John Hunt Publishing Ltd., Laurel House, Station Approach, Alresford, Hants, SO24 9JH, UK, p. 48
[5] "The corpse (or cadaver: cadere, to fall), that which has irremediably come a cropper, is cesspool, and death; it upsets even more violently the one who confronts it as a fragile and fallacious chance. A wound with blood and pus, or the sickly, acrid smell of sweat, of decay, does not signify death. In the presence of signified death-a flat encephalograph, for instance-I would, understand, react, or accept. No, as in true theater, without makeup or masks, refuse and corpses show me what I permanently thrust aside in order to live. These body fluids, this defilement, this shit are what life withstands, hardly and with difficulty, on the part of death. There, I am at the border of my condition as a living being. My body extricates itself, as being alive, from that border. Such wastes drop so that I might live, until, from loss to loss, nothing remains in me and my entire body falls beyond the limit — cadere, cadaver.", Julia Kristeva, Powers of Horror, 1941, Columbia University Press, New York, Guildford, Surrey, p. 3

The Role Of Foreign Trade Zones In Aiding Chemical Logistics
FTZ or foreign trade zones are specially designated areas within a country wherein one can store, process, or manufacture foreign and domestic goods without worrying about paying customs duties, or taxes, and adhere to numerous other regulations. Foreign or free trade zones have become an integral part of the international supply chain channel for various industries, including the chemical industry. FTZ warehousing is deemed useful for providing chemical services in India, such as chemical storage and transportation. Chemical logistics can involve complicated procedures and may require a perfect understanding of the operations and the compliance needed to do successful business. FTWZ or free trade warehousing zones contribute majorly to the import/export of chemicals from and to India. Chemical exporters often ship their goods to reputed FTWZs and clear their stock from time to time according to their schedules. FTZ encourages quick clearances to reduce downtime and save costs.
Connect With Verified Players
To export chemicals to the Indian shores, you have to partner with foreign trade zone providers that can operate smoothly and safely, top-most players in the warehousing zones such as Onnsynex Ventures Pvt. Ltd can give the ultimate logistics solutions to your chemical service requirements in India. Their FTWZs are situated all over India in places like Gujarat, Delhi NCR, Chennai, and Mumbai.
Some of the primary reasons why chemical merchants choose free trade zones for their business operations are:
They gain duty-free storage
Chemical businesses can acquire tax-free export of inventory
They can avoid customs duty fees
They gain value addition to the import
Round-the-clock customs clearance facility
Payment can be made in any currency of their choice
Classy and high-end infrastructure and chemical storage facility
Regulation-free, safe, and well-built storage facility for export/import of chemicals
Sundry advantages of choosing free trade warehousing zones for chemical storage:
Saving Money
Cost saving is one of the main attractive features of free trade zone warehousing for businesses dealing in chemical goods. Most of the chemical spare parts, materials, components, and finished goods are liable to exorbitant import duties because of their risky nature. However, FTZs permit chemical companies to defer customs duty payments and related taxes till the time the goods are withdrawn from the warehouse for consumption in India. This means more cost savings and deferment in duties and taxes till the goods reach the domestic market. If the chemical products are re-exported from the warehouse, they will be exempt from all customs duties and taxes, which indicates more cost savings.
Increased Work Output
Free trade zones deliver quality chemical service in India that is streamlined and suited for their supply chain operations. FTZs offer great flexibility to manage and handle inventory to consolidate and deconsolidation activities. Companies dealing in chemical products can maximize their inventory management and thus cut down on transportation costs by uniting shipments before entering specific territories in India.
Global Trade Possibilities
Relating to chemical services in India, FTZs can open up new pathways of trade, mainly from a global perspective. Free trade zones in India can accelerate the re-exportation of chemical products minus the customs duties or taxes. FTZs also simplify trade between two or more different countries by aiding foreign chemical goods to enter the free trade warehouses for further processing or manufacturing. FTZs can also facilitate re-exporting the finished chemical products to other nations without paying customs or taxes. All these factors can motivate their expansion and global reach to survey new markets.
Greater Supply Chain Flexibility
The flexible nature of FTZ warehouses is quite commendable, goods or products stored in the warehouses can be held for a long period without bearing any extra customs duties or taxes. This helps companies to plan and manage inventory levels and quickly respond to the ever-evolving market conditions. This can bear fruitful results in the chemical industry setup, where the demand for certain chemical components can easily fluctuate depending on external factors such as regulatory changes, seasonal changes, and unstable customer needs.
Improved Customs Compliance
Foreign trade zones and chemical companies within the zones have to adhere to strict customs regulations and government laws to ensure proper functioning involving different procedures. This helps the chemical enterprises to maintain high-level customs compliance and lessen the risk of fines or retributions in case of non-compliance, which again can be crucial in a highly monitored industry like chemicals.
Chemical Industry - A Vast & Dynamic Industry
Chemicals have a vital role to play in many different sectors like the paint industry, manufacturing units, construction sector, agricultural segments, pharma industry, plastic industry, and many more. From producing pesticides for crops to meeting the daily requirements of the architectural sector, there are several types of chemicals that are imported into India.
Companies that export chemicals to India majorly focus on organic and inorganic chemical exports. Free trade warehousing zones offer a safe, secure, and intelligent platform when it comes to the import and export of chemical goods quickly without any complexities. The exporters can order freight services heading to a free trade warehousing zone (FTWZ) so that it can be cleared quickly as and when required. From faster clearances to minimum downtime (even a day), free trade zones are the best place to store your chemicals in a foreign land.
Warehousing Units by OnnSynex Ventures
Exporting chemicals to the Indian territory in connection with the chemical industry has grown in leaps and bounds over the years. Onnsynex Ventures Pvt. Ltd. with its advanced warehousing facilities has been providing chemical services in India to domestic as well as global chemical tradesmen.
