Yesterday (13/10) dinner with my mate Stuart was a great experience. Nepalese dinner with a glass of Shiraz on gorgeous 22deg Melbourne night. We ordered Momo for starter and as for main we ordered their famous goat curry and my all time fav chicken briyani with caramelised raita. Momo (in Tibetan cooking) a steamed dumpling filled with meat and vegetables. Biryani (pronounced [bɪr.jaːniː]), also known as biriyani, biriani, birani or briyani, is a mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice, chicken & eggs.
