For a group that shouts how much they hate cops, men in dresses have no hesitancy to call the cops on women who hurt their gender feelz
By Jennifer Sieland March 9, 2024
British broadcaster India Willoughby is claiming that Northumbria Police have logged a “Non Crime Hate Incident” against Harry Potter creator JK Rowling after he reported the beloved author for “misgendering” him.
While Willoughby has long expressed his contempt of Rowling, having made hundreds of tweets about her gender critical statements over the years, the tension came to a head this week after Rowling stated that Willoughby did not “become a woman.”
On March 3, Rowling made a post in support of women’s single-sex spaces, which trans activists quickly clamored under to interrogate.
“Why should trans women be forced to use male spaces? Don’t you understand just how humiliating for us that would be? Or don’t you care?” one user questioned, to which Rowling replied: “Somebody really should have explained to you that your hurt feelings don’t trump other people’s rights, nor are women and girls validation props or comfort blankets.”
Another user, by the name of Socialist Stanley, then confronted Rowling with a gif of British broadcaster and trans activist India Willoughby, writing: “Hi Joanne, so you are saying this lady should use the men’s locker room then?!”
Rowling responded: “India didn’t become a woman. India is cosplaying a misogynistic male fantasy of what a woman is.”
Willoughby, born Jonathan, began claiming to be a woman in 2015 at the age of 50, officially becoming the UK’s first transgender newsreader. He has previously incited criticism for boasting of getting a “designer vagina,” which he said he chose from a catalogue like “going for a haircut.”

An off-duty bartender has been convicted of a “hate” motivated crime after shoving and misgendering a trans-identified male in the washroom of a bar. On March 6, Cassandra McIntyre was found guilty of second-degree bias crime and harassment charges stemming from a 2022 confrontation with a man who identifies as a “woman.”
According to journalist Andy Ngo, McIntyre had just finished her shift at Jake’s Place, a sports bar in Portland, when she encountered far-left activist Riis Larsen, formerly Ronald A. Larsen, in the women’s washroom. Clearly startled, McIntyre told Larsen to “get out” of the intimate space.
Surveillance footage shows McIntyre lightly pushing Larsen, who identifies as a “queer demi-binary trans woman,” after he shoved another person to cut in line for the washroom.

“Police told to target comics under new hate crime law.” This was the rather alarming headline on the front cover of yesterday’s Herald, and it concerned leaked materials from recent training sessions undertaken by the Scottish police. Officers are being instructed that actors and comedians whose performances are likely to “stir up hatred” could be breaking the law. Suitably enough, the SNP’s new legislation will come into force on April Fool’s Day.
Many of us have been sounding the alarm over the SNP’s draconian measures since the bill was proposed in early 2020. The Scottish Police Federation warned that the effects of the bill would be tantamount to the “policing of what people think or feel”, and the Law Society of Scotland called it a “significant threat to freedom of expression”. Senior Catholic bishops, meanwhile, pointed out that the story of Sodom and Gomorrah might be deemed hateful towards homosexuals and so even owning a copy of the Bible could be criminalised.
As for comedians, Roddy Dunlop KC cautioned that stand-up would not be exempt, and that even the old “Scotsman, Irishman and Englishman” joke would be perceived as discriminatory. But in the face of all this criticism, Humza Yousaf (who was then Justice Secretary) was dogged in his determination to see the bill pass.
Naturally, supporters of the SNP scoffed at the suggestion that anyone would be arrested for simply expressing controversial opinions or telling jokes. The police have said they will not target performers, but at the same time have promised to investigate all complaints. This is, of course, precisely the problem. Activists have already pledged to weaponise the new law to see J.K. Rowling prosecuted for the “crime” of referring to a man as male (in this case the former Big Brother contestant and online troll India Willoughby). Solicitor Rajan Barot replied to Rowling on Twitter/X, stating that any of her posts in which Willoughby was referred to as a man would be “amenable to prosecution in Scotland” after 1 April. “Start deleting!” he demanded.
The SNP has effectively reintroduced blasphemy laws by stealth, only now it is in the name of the new state religion of Critical Social Justice. The law specifically prohibits “stirring up hatred” (whatever that means) against anyone who shares the following “protected characteristics”: disability, race, religion, sexual orientation and transgender identity. The last of these represents a significant departure from the protected characteristic of the Equality Act 2010, in which “gender reassignment” rather than “transgender identity” is covered. This means that to “misgender” someone — otherwise known as accurately describing his or her sex — could be deemed a breach of the law.
That police are being specifically trained to keep a watchful eye on comedians is no surprise to any of us who have been paying attention. A section of the legislation that covered the “public performance of a play” apparently still applies, and this would surely incorporate stand-up comedy shows. Given that the world’s largest arts festival is held in Edinburgh every year, with over 3,000 shows in the programme, is it likely that activists won’t take the opportunity to exploit the new law against those performers they despise?
Last year, my own Comedy Unleashed event was cancelled twice within the space of two days, simply because the line-up included Graham Linehan (whose gender-critical views have made him a pariah in the industry). After the second venue cancelled on us, Linehan and the other acts were brave enough to perform on a makeshift stage in broad daylight outside of the Scottish Parliament. If we were to repeat the show this year, would the acts be dragged away in handcuffs?
Well, maybe we’ll find out even sooner. Comedy Unleashed is currently looking into producing a special event in Scotland on 1 April to coincide with the implementation of the new bill. We’ll be platforming some reliably “problematic” comedians, and there’ll be plenty of wrongthink on display. Of course, this very much depends on us securing a venue that won’t cancel at the last minute, so please do email us ([email protected]) if you can help. In these authoritarian times, we could all do with a laugh.
==
Targeting comedians is no accident, not is it random.
“The greatest enemy of authority, therefore, is contempt, and the surest way to undermine it is laughter.” -- Hannah Arendt
Comedians are the embodiment of "talking truth to power." So going after them is a deliberate signal to fall into line with the demands of totalitarians.

you are a truly disgusting individual. your anti queer rhetoric is sending the world so far backward, you are pushing hate towards a community who already experiences so much shit from others like you. drag is not dangerous, it is art. being trans is not a cult. queer people are not inherently evil as you so clearly think. you are a sick fuck and I hope you have a terrible day <3
Scotland's Hate Crime Act comes into effect today. Women gain no additional protections, of course, but well-known trans activist Beth Douglas, darling of prominent Scottish politicians, falls within a protected category. Phew! 1/11
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lovely Scottish lass and convicted double rapist Isla Bryson found her true authentic female self shortly before she was due to be sentenced. Misgendering is hate, so respect Isla’s pronouns, please. Love the leggings! 2/11
Tumblr media
Fragile flower Katie Dolatowski, 6'5", was rightly sent to a women's prison in Scotland after conviction. This ensured she was protected from violent, predatory men (unlike the 10-year-old girl Katie sexually assaulted in a women's public bathroom.) 3/11
Tumblr media
Samantha Norris was cleared of exposing her penis to two 11-year-old girls. Hooray! Unfortunately she was then convicted for possession of 16,000 images of children being raped and sexually assaulted. Be that as it may, Sam’s still a lady to me! 4/11
Tumblr media
Scottish woman and butcher Amy George abducted an 11-year-old girl while dressed in female clothing. No idea why this was mentioned in court – of course she was wearing women’s clothing, she's a woman! Amy took the girl home and sexually abused her over a 27-hour period. 5/11
Tumblr media
But most women aren’t axe-toters or sex offenders, so let’s talk role models! Guilia Valentino (in red) wanted to play on the women's team 'because of sisterhood, validation and political visibility'. Naturally, she was given some boring cis girl’s place. Yay for inclusion! 6/11
Tumblr media
Mridul Wadhwa, head of a Scottish rape crisis centre, says, ‘sexual violence happens to bigoted people as well.’ She has no gender recognition certificate, but was still appointed to a job advertised for women only. Time to be ‘challenged on your prejudices’, rape victims! 7/11
Tumblr media
Munroe Bergdorf isn’t just a pretty face! Public campaigner for a children’s charity until safeguarding concerns were raised, she was appointed UN Women’s first ever UK champion. ‘What makes a woman “a woman” has no definitive answer,’ says Munroe. Great choice, UN Women! 8/11
Tumblr media
Katie Neeves has been appointed as the UN Women UK delegate. She switched from straight man to lesbian at the age of 48 and, in a leaked 2022 webinar, described how she used to enjoy stealing and wearing her sister’s underwear. A truly relatable representative! 9/11
Image
Last, but least, TV’s India Willoughby proves we women can call a black broadcaster a ‘nasty bitch’ who ‘wouldn’t be anywhere without woke’, dub lesbians men, insult the looks of a female Olympic swimmer, ‘joke’ about kidnapping feminists, and STILL get airtime! What a gal! 10/11

🎉🌼🌸April Fools! 🌸🌼🎉
Only kidding. Obviously, the people mentioned in the above tweets aren't women at all, but men, every last one of them.
In passing the Scottish Hate Crime Act, Scottish lawmakers seem to have placed higher value on the feelings of men performing their idea of femaleness, however misogynistically or opportunistically, than on the rights and freedoms of actual women and girls. The new legislation is wide open to abuse by activists who wish to silence those of us speaking out about the dangers of eliminating women's and girls’ single-sex spaces, the nonsense made of crime data if violent and sexual assaults committed by men are recorded as female crimes, the grotesque unfairness of allowing males to compete in female sports, the injustice of women’s jobs, honours and opportunities being taken by trans-identified men, and the reality and immutability of biological sex.
For several years now, Scottish women have been pressured by their government and members of the police force to deny the evidence of their eyes and ears, repudiate biological facts and embrace a neo-religious concept of gender that is unprovable and untestable. The re-definition of 'woman' to include every man who declares himself one has already had serious consequences for women's and girls’ rights and safety in Scotland, with the strongest impact felt, as ever, by the most vulnerable, including female prisoners and rape survivors.
It is impossible to accurately describe or tackle the reality of violence and sexual violence committed against women and girls, or address the current assault on women’s and girls’ rights, unless we are allowed to call a man a man. Freedom of speech and belief are at an end in Scotland if the accurate description of biological sex is deemed criminal.
I'm currently out of the country, but if what I've written here qualifies as an offence under the terms of the new act, I look forward to being arrested when I return to
the birthplace of the Scottish Enlightenment.

And countless other rich celebrities, apparently have less power and privilege than your every day gay, white man who grew up being called a f**got, getting gay bashed, called a pedophile, told he was going to burn in hell for being an abomination, being unable to give blood, show affection in public, visit his partner in a hospital, get married, getting disowned by loved ones, being turned away at places of worship, being called "diseased", being driven to depression and suicidal ideation or being forced into the closet via barbaric conversion therapies, forced marriages and lies designed not to bring "shame" upon his family should he simply be allowed to be himself.

Merchant Sailors
Many Navy Sailors wanted to serve on a Merchant vessel and many of the Merchant Sailors just wanted to get away and be back home with their families, as they thought they had never experienced anything worse, but that quickly changed when the Navy pressed them away.
Tumblr media
Deck scene with six figures including one steering at the ship's wheel, by Rev. T. Streatfield aboard a packet ship 1820 (x)
Slowly, though, the Merchant Service was, along with the East India Company, a very important ally for the Royal Navy, because in addition to everyday trade goods, Merchants delivered supplies and even transported troops when necessary. This also meant that the service needed men and besides the officers, which consisted mostly of masters, carpenters, surgeons and mates, the sailors also had to be there to man the ships. Unlike the Navy, however, the Merchant Service had the advantage that they were paid more, which was usually determined individually by the owners of the ships, but for a Sailor it was usually double if not four times the pay of a Navy Sailor and was around 50s - £1. And the reputation was better than in the Navy. Although the conditions were usually no better. Dr. Samuel Johnson (1709-1784) said: no man will be a sailor who contrives enough to get himself into jail; for being in a ship is being in jail with the chance of being drowned [...] a man in jail has more room, better food, and commonly better company.
Tumblr media
A 3-masted merchant barque, a typical merchant vessel, c. 1750-70 (x)
This was true of many ships, but there were exceptions. There were owners who provided their ships with a surgeon or increased food rations. But the punishments were like in the Navy and were carried out even for the smallest offence. And they were usually not allowed to go ashore in a harbour as long as they were signed on. On the one hand, because it was feared that the men would simply run away, but also because they were exposed to a greater danger, namely the press gangs of the Navy, who saw the Merchant Sailors as popular prey.
There were some contracts that only lasted for one season, which meant that they had work through the spring and summer, but were then without work for the autumn and winter. But some took advantage of this to earn an extra living on the Whalers.
Tumblr media
Portrait of a Merchant Captain, possibly the owner of the ship in the background, by Willoughby, Robert 1805 (x)
It is not surprising that they were unwilling to fight pirates and that former merchant seamen made up the majority of the pirate brethren. In such conditions, and yet many former Navy officers and Sailors transferred to the Merchants, and if they did, even to the East India Company, because they thought they were better off there than in the Navy.

JK Rowling is right: a trans woman is not a woman, and it’s not wrong to say so
It is absolutely extraordinary that transgender activist India Willoughby reported J K Rowling to the police for a hate crime. The Harry Potter author this week referred to the newsreader and Loose Women host as a man in an argument on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Northumbria Police has now confirmed that it is dropping the investigation. Why did it take so long? It should never have been given the time of day.
Quick law refresher: “misgendering” is not a crime.
The researcher Maya Forstater successfully brought a case to the employment appeal tribunal in 2021 to establish that gender-critical views are a protected philosophical belief under the Equality Act 2010.
So while hostility to someone based on gender identity can be an aggravating factor if a separate crime is committed, misgendering is not in itself an offence. Moreover, Rowling and those who agree with her are completely within their rights to refuse to believe the fiction that you can change biological sex.
As Rowling herself put it: “No law compels anyone to pretend to believe that India is a woman.” Quite.
Now, I’ve got no objection to using people’s preferred pronouns so I’m happy to refer to Willoughby as “she”. But “a woman”? No. It is a simple fact that she is biologically male, regardless of any gender reassignment surgery. She’s a trans woman but she’s not a woman and never will be.
Trans activists have tried their hardest to turn a feeling into fact when they insist: “A trans woman is a woman.” But the truth of the matter is that a trans woman is a man who identifies as a woman.
Willoughby and her supporters might dislike her being described as a man. They might find it at best impolite and at worst deeply offensive. But it is not “hateful” to believe that men are men and women are women. You cannot change biological sex and under the Forstater ruling, it isn’t “illegal” to say so.
This is what happens when a vocal minority creates such an environment of fear that the police think they can’t immediately call out an attention-seeking time-waster when they see one.
J K Rowling is not a “transphobe”, either – as inconvenient as that might be to those seeking to label any woman who thinks biological sex is immutable as a “trans-exclusionary radical feminist” (Terf).
It’s far from “radical” to believe in just the two sexes. Nor is it “exclusionary”, since Rowling has never denied the existence of trans people nor their rightful place in society – alongside men and women.
She’s simply a gender-critical feminist, who is justifiably concerned for the corresponding rights of women, which she believes are being eroded. I and many other women (and men … and even some trans people) agree with her.
This is what the gender fanatics continually refuse to acknowledge: that there are competing rights here. It’s not all about them, whatever the likes of Willoughby seem to think.
Rowling has been a heroine in all this, because she’s not only refused to be cancelled, but has emboldened many others who feel the same way as her to bravely speak out.
But let’s look at what is really “hateful” about this debate. There is no doubt that Rowling and others like her continue to be the victims of terrible misogyny. Just look at the appalling comments made about her on social media by people who purport to be defined by kindness and progressive values.
Indeed, it is really quite striking that, on International Women’s Day yesterday, when we should have been celebrating female advancement, there was little public celebration of gender-critical feminists like Rowling. The Left hypocritically talks up the importance of “diversity” and “inclusion” while at the same time actively seeking to shame those who have an opposing point of view.
The definition of bigotry is being “obstinately or unreasonably attached to a belief, opinion, or faction, in particular prejudiced against or antagonistic towards a person or people on the basis of their membership of a particular group”. So radical trans activists are guilty of exactly what they accuse gender-critical feminists of. Yet still they arrogantly assume they can occupy the moral high ground, while carrying out these modern-day witch trials.
If stories of gender-critical women being hounded out of their jobs, their universities, and in the recent case of Newcastle United fan Linzi Smith, their football club, aren’t already disturbing enough, we now hear word of a Canadian proposal to impose house arrest on someone who is believed likely to commit a hate crime in the future – even if they have not done so already.
The proposed clause in the country’s new Online Safety Bill would see suspected “hate criminals” forced to wear an electronic tag and banned from going outside. In Willoughby’s world, that would include anyone who thinks she’s a bloke.
But this former Big Brother contestant has got her own form when it comes to sharp remarks on social media.
I had to block her myself when she responded to one of my posts highlighting a pretty innocuous story I’d written about Prince Harry with the words: “Garbage. Harry has your metaphorical number – while the grubby British Media had his ACTUAL number, and hacked it.”
Referencing my role as royal editor of an ITV daytime show, she added: “Someone else you keep platforming @ThisMorning. Have a clear out.” Nice.
If this is supposed to be what the “sisterhood” is supposed to look like in Willoughby’s eyes, then I’d genuinely rather be a “Terf”. %n

This is a bit old, so I don't know if you still need stuff but here goes:
I also have 3 very good videos but they're all super long so that might not be best.
Later this year I'm gonna have to explain to my mom why I don't want to watch the new HP series, so I'm gearing up as well. Best of luck 🫂
Alright. My mom is actually taking me seriously. Please share with me anything and everything about how shit jkr is (specifically with regards to trans women) and how she's fucked trans rights in the UK, the whole her paying lobbyists, saying she takes every royalty check as direct support for her terfy ways, that she puts them towards her terfy ways, etc.?
I've tried looking before and gotten upset before I got very far and been unable to safely continue.

Here is Holly Willoughby because I liked her costume yesterday. It's super spooky in that she is dressed as a potential murderer. Now, we could get very existential here and say isn't everyone a potential murderer and isn't that really the most frightening thing of all, man's inhumanity to man and the fact that it exists in all of us? But no, it's just cause she's dressed as a character from Clue. Or as someone will feel the need to tell me, it's Cluedo. But I prefer Clue because Cluedo is a stupid fucking name. And let me head off the two things I will hear about that at the pass. First, someone will tell me you guys invented it, so it's Cluedo. I didn't say you didn't invent it, I said it's a stupid fucking name. You can invent something and name it poorly. The Bicycle was a very popular invention but if the guy who made it called it the Mobile Butt Rammer 3000 it would not have sold as well. Sure, a small segment of the population would have rushed to buy it but because it is a terrible name, most people would have avoided it. Second, someone will tell me Cluedo is actually a great name because it's a play on Ludo. I am aware of this and that doesn't make it better because Ludo is also a terrible name. First of all, Pachisi already had a name, so renaming it to Ludo is dumb. Second, it's so very British. I don't, off hand, know the history of how Pachisi made it to British shores but I feel like I can guess. Some guy went to India, saw a board game. He asked a local about it, when the local turned to the game to explain, the Brit cracked him over the back of the skull with the butt of his gun, stuck a flag in the game and declared it conquered for the Queen, then finally scooped up the game and took it back to England. There he declared it Ludo, because that's Latin and this board game is a Western Achievement. It's another example of Imperialist Ingenuity, he invented this game by stealing it from a culture older than his own and giving it a new name. Huzzah. I might be fuzzy on the details but I studied history, that's basically how it works. Except it's India so maybe he claimed it in the name of the East India Company instead. My point is, no one should be proud of the name Ludo. All that said, it's a good costume and it works on her. So here are a bunch of picture of Holly Willoughby working on her show. Today I want to fuck Holly Willoughby.

“Historian Mike Davis, in Late Victorian Holocausts (2002), points out that many who joined the East India Company were schooled at Haileybury, where one Reverend Thomas Malthus had taught as Professor of History and Political Economy. Malthusian economics, convenient interpretations of Adam Smith, and social-Darwinism combined to form an ideology that killed 5.5 million Indians only in the British territories between 1876 and 1878 and anything between 6.1 and 10.3 million people in all of India. The Famine Commission justified Lord Lytton’s reasoning, Davis writes, saying that if help was meted out during the famine, people would assume that the poor were entitled to it at all times. British trade could not take a backseat for the sake of Indian lives.”
“Hooper was criticised in magazines like Punch for his detached aestheticisation of famine-stricken lives. The careful arrangement of the people betrayed a motive that was not purely journalistic. The famine photographs, however, were not the only examples of his lack of ethics when it came to photography. As Provost-General during third Anglo-Burmese war (1885), Hooper was present at the execution of a dacoit in Mandalay. The photographer came prepared with his camera. Just as the firing squad was about to fire that fatal shot, Hooper asked them to hold back while he adjusted his focus. Once he was happy with what he saw – having on a whim extended the life of a convicted man by half an unexpected minute – he asked the executioners to carry on as usual.
“It is telling that a few of the captions of the famine photographs describe the people in the frames as objects, for it is only with an absolute lack of empathy for a different race and people that a position of ethical detachment can be achieved.”
Hard to read but important article about the Madras famine under British rule in India (estimated to have killed around 8 million people, and is only one of the many famines suffered under British rule) and the ethics behind the photography and documentation of these events. Content warning for many of the images in the article (depicting people appearing severely emaciated as a result of the famine)

Even the ones who present themselves as 'sensible' trans people (effectively transmeds but they aren't quite online enough to use that terminology) end up saying shit like this. India Willoughby has gone on TV up against a guy defending infinite genders, taking the position of 'this made-up non-binary stuff hurts real trans people' etc etc.
And normies/dubious supporters who chafe at the million genders shit desperately want to believe that someone like India Willoughby, because of getting a penile inversion and jumping through all the legal hoops, can be given a special woman card because it's clearly 'sincere'. Then people taking that stance can feel they've chosen the 'balanced' option of not being ~phobic!!~ but also not subscribing to the ideas that are more obviously insane.
But you scratch the surface of these trans people's views and time after time, all this sexism and homophobia emerges. The very idea that living as a butch lesbian means a woman lacks conviction - rather than having more conviction than this man can dream of - is so offensive I have no idea where to even begin
(PS india willoughby was the one who recently, entirely seriously, claimed to have a cervix lol)
