Hey my mom had to find this out the hard way and had to go to the hospital for it so here's a thing probably no one will tell you about the keto diet:
If you take Xyrem (sodium oxybate or gamma hydroxybutyrate), abruptly cutting out all carbs from your diet will increase the effectiveness of your medication multiple times.
So now your normal dose? Will act as though it's doubled or tripled.
Do I have to explain why this is extremely dangerous? Especially when people have no idea what's happening?
Do not start any specialized diets until you've consulted with a specialist who is an expert on your specific, highly controlled medication. Not just a general doctor who's probably never heard of it before and is gonna wave it off as totally fine without a single second of research.
Talk to other people who use your medication and see if they've ever had problems with the diet you're contemplating.

Hiii Chai,
Recently I came across a video gamma mindset technique which is mainly to generate gamma waves within 2 minutes. The person who was doing was able to do that post doing the pysch k posture. Can you do a research about this why bcoz gamma waves are common in Buddhist monks as they are deep meditators and it will be generated while having OBE like astral projection or lucid dreams. Ia there any relation between psych k and gamma waves, I was amazed
Thank you love!
I'll be honest, I had no idea what some of this meant so I had to Google those first— but I did some research as you've asked -> I had no idea what gamma waves involved but apparently they're the fastest brain waves that occur when conscious and alert. The website linked here states that, "Gamma brain waves have the highest frequency among all brain waves. They are associated with high levels of thought and focus. They can have different effects depending on their levels in your brain:
If your brain produces high levels of gamma waves, you tend to be happier and more receptive. You may also have a higher intelligence quotient or IQ and better concentration.
If your brain produces low levels of gamma waves, you may develop learning and memory problems. You may experience lower concentration, attention span, and mental ability. Lower levels of gamma waves can even lead to learning disabilities and mental disorders."
That same website then goes on to list off various benefits that come from gamma waves, "Gamma waves are associated with higher brain functions like cognition and memory. A recent study has shown that gamma waves can improve your working memory.
Studies have also revealed that increased gamma brain wave activity can help you achieve the highest concentration levels. Gamma waves can also promote higher states of awareness and increased brain function during meditation.
Gamma waves have the following benefits:
They can improve your cognition and problem-solving ability
They help you with information processing
They can improve your memory
They can help increase your attention span
They can increase your awareness and mindfulness
They may boost your brain’s immunity and function.
Being the curious bee I am, I went on YouTube and decided to see if there was anyway to activate gamma waves— took me a couple minutes before I stumbled on the 'Gamma Mindset.' The dude talked like a salesman but fortunately he offers a free 'masterclass' where ya sign up with an email and name. Sooooo, I got it, and in the 'masterclass' it includes a 40 minute video. Naturally, I started watching it, and he does muscle testing of different statements and then he says he's going to give the patient the Gamma Mindset technique— guess what it was? Psych-K but while lying down.
🧎I already knew that Psych-K was the whole brain state but I had no idea that it also amped up gamma waves in our brains which could explain why it works so fast to subconsciously reprogram.
I always encourage everyone to do their own research! However, based on my research— it seems that Gamma Waves are produced through doing Psych-K aka the whole brain state posture.

Wireless-fidelity (“Wi-Fi”) is harmful due to radio-frequency radiation exposure, pulse-modulated RF carrying data, extremely low frequency (“ELF”) effect on the brain and the Wi-Fi memory effect in body tissues.
One of the unwanted effects of ELFs, Keith Cutter believes, is brainwave entrainment, where an external stimulus synchronises brainwaves with its frequency.
ELF refers to electromagnetic fields with frequencies between approximately 3 to 30Hz, which is the same range as our brains. Our brains operate within a range of frequencies, with different brainwave states corresponding to specific activities:
Delta Waves (0.5-4Hz): Associated with deep sleep, relaxation, and healing.
Theta Waves (4-8Hz): Linked to meditation, daydreaming, and increased creativity.
Alpha Waves (8-12Hz): Correspond to relaxation, closed eyes and decreased cortical activity.
Beta Waves (13-30Hz): Related to attention, mental activity and cognitive processing.
Gamma Waves (30-44Hz): Involved in sensory processing, working memory and higher-order cognitive functions.
Cutter is most concerned about ELFs at 10Hz from Wi-Fi and other sources.
In the presence of a persistent 10Hz signal, due to entrainment, the brain can shift toward that frequency. As noted above, at 10Hz the brain has decreased cortical activity.
Cortical activity refers to the electrical and chemical signals generated by neurons within the cerebral cortex, the outer layer of the brain responsible for, among other things, cognition.

reading up about neutron bombs and i'm thoroughly impressed at how completely bat shit evil this stuff was.
what the fuck was NATO thinking incorporating this as the basis of their strategy in "defending" west germany?
A neutron bomb, officially defined as a type of enhanced radiation weapon (ERW), is a low-yield thermonuclear weapon designed to maximize lethal neutron radiation in the immediate vicinity of the blast while minimizing the physical power of the blast itself...
By designing the thermonuclear stage of the weapon carefully, the neutron burst can be maximized while minimizing the blast itself. This makes the lethal radius of the neutron burst greater than that of the explosion itself. Since the neutrons are absorbed or decay rapidly, such a burst over an enemy column would kill the crews but leave the area able to be quickly reoccupied. Compared to a pure fission bomb with an identical explosive yield, a neutron bomb would emit about ten times the amount of neutron radiation. In a fission bomb, at sea level, the total radiation pulse energy which is composed of both gamma rays and neutrons is approximately 5% of the entire energy released; in neutron bombs, it would be closer to 40%, with the percentage increase coming from the higher production of neutrons...
Considerable controversy arose in the US and Western Europe following a June 1977 Washington Post exposé describing US government plans to equip US Armed Forces with neutron bombs. The article focused on the fact that it was the first weapon specifically intended to kill humans with radiation. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory director Harold Brown and Soviet General Secretary Leonid Brezhnev both described neutron bombs as a "capitalist bomb", because it was designed to destroy people while preserving property.
Upon detonation, a near-ground airburst of a 1-kiloton neutron bomb would produce a large blast wave and a powerful pulse of both thermal radiation and ionizing radiation in the form of fast (14.1 MeV) neutrons. The thermal pulse would cause third degree burns to unprotected skin out to approximately 500 meters. The blast would create pressures of at least 4.6 psi (32 kPa) out to a radius of 600 meters, which would severely damage all non-reinforced concrete structures. At the conventional effective combat range against modern main battle tanks and armored personnel carriers (< 690–900 m), the blast from a 1 kt neutron bomb would destroy or damage to the point of nonusability almost all un-reinforced civilian buildings...
Using neutron bombs to stop an enemy armored attack by rapidly incapacitating crews with a dose of 80+ Gy of radiation would require exploding large numbers of them to blanket the enemy forces, destroying all normal civilian buildings within c. 600 meters of the immediate area. Neutron activation from the explosions could make many building materials in the city radioactive, such as galvanized steel (see area denial use below)...
The pulse of neutron radiation would cause immediate and permanent incapacitation to unprotected outdoor humans in the open out to 900 meters, with death occurring in one or two days. The median lethal dose (LD50) of 6 Gray would extend to between 1350 and 1400 meters for those unprotected and outdoors, where approximately half of those exposed would die of radiation sickness after several weeks....
I wonder who was behind the development of these?
The concept was originally developed by the United States in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It was seen as a "cleaner" bomb for use against massed Soviet armored divisions. As these would be used over allied nations, notably West Germany, the reduced blast damage was seen as an important advantage...
The weapon was once again proposed for tactical use by the United States in the 1970s and 1980s, and production of the W70 began for the MGM-52 Lance in 1981. This time, it led to protests as the growing anti-nuclear movement gained strength through this period. Opposition was so intense that European leaders refused to accept it on their territory. US President Ronald Reagan ordered the production of the W70-3, which remained in the US stockpile until they were retired in 1992. The last W70 was dismantled in February 1996...
President Carter delayed development of the neutron bomb in 1978, but during Ronald Reagan's presidency, Cohen claims to have convinced Reagan to make 700 neutron bombs, 350 shells to go into the 8 inch (200-millimeter) howitzer and 350 W70 Mod. 3 warheads for the Lance missile...
In much the same fashion as the area denial effect resulting from fission product (the substances that make up most fallout) contamination in an area following a conventional surface-burst nuclear explosion, as considered in the Korean War by Douglas MacArthur, it would thus be a form of radiological warfare—with the difference that neutron bombs produce half, or less, of the quantity of fission products relative to the same-yield pure fission bomb.
In November 2012, British Labour peer Lord Gilbert suggested that multiple enhanced radiation reduced blast (ERRB) warheads could be detonated in the mountain region of the Afghanistan-Pakistan border to prevent infiltration. He proposed to warn the inhabitants to evacuate, then irradiate the area, making it unusable and impassable. Used in this manner, the neutron bomb(s), regardless of burst height, would release neutron activated casing materials used in the bomb, and depending on burst height, create radioactive soil activation products.
In much the same fashion as the area denial effect resulting from fission product fallout contamination in an area following a conventional surface-burst nuclear explosion, as considered in the Korean War by Douglas MacArthur, it would thus be a form of radiological warfare—with the difference that neutron bombs produce half, or less, of the quantity of fission products relative to the same-yield pure fission bomb. Radiological warfare with neutron bombs that rely on fission primaries would thus still produce fission fallout.
Meanwhile, the strategic doctrine of the Warsaw Pact:
Rather than making extensive preparations for battlefield nuclear combat in Central Europe, the Soviet military leadership believed that conventional superiority provided the Warsaw Pact with the means to approximate the effects of nuclear weapons and achieve victory in Europe without resort to those weapons.
No wonder Wessies were so up in arms and were protesting about America deploying even more nuclear weapons on their soil. They were never considered to be anything more than a speedbump against the USSR.

Cases aren't the only thing dropping either — so is surveillance of the virus. We're doing less testing and less sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 genetics.
Given all this, the question begs to be asked: Are we letting our guard down while waving the Mission Accomplished flag?
When asked if there is adequate surveillance for new variants happening, Dr. Margaret Harris, a spokesperson for the World Health Organization (WHO), flatly said no.
"Current trends in reported COVID-19 cases are underestimates of the true number of global infections and reinfections as shown by prevalence surveys," Harris told Salon in an email. "This is partly due to the reduction in testing and delays in reporting in many countries. Reduction in testing means a reduction in genetic sequencing, as you need to find the virus first in order to sequence it."
"We continually call on member states to maintain strong testing and sequencing in order to identify new variants but also to understand the level of SARS-CoV-2 transmission going on in their populations," Harris continued. "This virus remains unstable — it has not settled into a predictable pattern, which means surveillance systems need to be sensitive to pick up the early signs of another surge."
XBB.1.5, nicknamed by some as "Kraken," is thus far the dominant variant for most of 2023, with estimated cases of Kraken exceeding 70 percent since the week of Feb 11. It has far eclipsed the BQ.1 and BQ.1.1 variants. Meanwhile BA.2 and BA.5, the two variants that dominated case counts for most of 2022, have all but disappeared.
According to the latest CDC variant tracking data, the only other variants really circulating in the U.S. are XBB.1.5's offspring: XBB.1.9 and XBB.1.5.1. Meanwhile, XBB.1.16 is spreading rapidly in India and could eventually make its way to North America. Notably, XBB was first detected in Singapore before its offspring made the jump across the Pacific, though XBB.1.5 was first detected in the U.S. and likely originated in the Northeast.
All these names may sound like gobbledygook to most non-experts — and there is a reason it's so confusing. When variants of the virus mutated and evolved into new strains with significant advantages over old lineages, the WHO began giving these "variants of concern" names from the Greek alphabet. Hence, variants like delta and gamma made headlines when they emerged and began to spread — but the WHO has yet to assign any variants a new Greek name since omicron surged in late 2021. Instead, we have this alphabet soup of named variants, all of which are technically different sub-strains of omicron.
Even a minor variation in a virus' genetics can equate to a huge difference in how well immunity from vaccines and previous infections can stop them. If the virus evolves some kind of advantage — as viruses are prone to do and just as SARS-CoV-2 has done many times throughout the pandemic — another surge is not out of the question.
In mid-March, the WHO updated their definition of what makes COVID variants threatening and currently classifies XBB.1.5 as a "variant of interest," which means it is seen as less threatening than previous variants of concern.
Nonetheless, some virologists have argued that XBB and its close relatives are so genetically different from the very first strain of SARS-CoV-2 that it should technically be renamed a new virus, SARS-CoV-3.
"XBB.1.5 does show a growth advantage and a higher immune escape capacity, but evidence from multiple countries does not suggest that XBB and XBB.1.5 are associated with increased severity or mortality," Harris said. "In countries where the variant has driven an increase in cases, the waves are significantly smaller in scale compared to previous waves."
That's good news, but as the virus bounces between hemispheres, it may gain new mutations that allow it to infect more effectively or evade immunity. Some of our treatments, but not all, have stopped working against XBB strains. Monoclonal antibodies don't stop it, but antiviral drugs like Paxlovid and bivalent booster vaccines are still very effective.
But the combined lack of public interest in the pandemic, exemplified in victory marches from political leadership, has led to a shrinking pool of data on COVID as there is less funding afforded to tracking and research. As we've seen in previous surges, the situation can change without warning. The situation is made worse by wild animals that harbor COVID, a viral reservoir that could spill back to humanity if given the opportunity.
"The level of genomic surveillance has been dropping off, and there are also indications that funding for wastewater monitoring will be ending in some places," Dr. T. Ryan Gregory, an evolutionary and genome biologist at the University of Guelph in Canada, told Salon in an email. "We have far less information than we used to, which hampers the ability to detect and track new variants. It's also worth noting that India and China include about one-third of the world's population, and we have very little information on variants there."
While overall trends are down, many people would be especially vulnerable to a COVID infection right now, according to Dr. Rajendram Rajnarayanan, an assistant dean of research and associate professor at the New York Institute of Technology campus in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
"Very few of us have had the bivalent booster, so in terms of protection, we are kind of vulnerable," Rajnarayanan told Salon. He noted that COVID is still a serious, life-threatening disease for immunocompromised people and those over 70. Most people who got bivalent booster shots — if they did so at all — received the jab in the fall. By now, that immunity has likely waned and there hasn't been much communication about when or if a new booster will come out later this year. According to NPR, the Food and Drug Administration has said it will allow some people over the age of 65 to get a second bivalent booster, but it hasn't been officially announced yet.
So while infections are trending downward, immunity is as well. In the past, major gaps in immunity have been followed by major surges, such as with delta and omicron.
"When there is a big pause, and some new variant comes, we are not really protected. But when there are repeated waves, the previous wave usually protects the next wave." Rajnarayanan said. "Every time the variant goes down, something goes up later on. Just the gap between the two peaks has changed."
Despite the unpredictability of SARS-CoV-2, the strategy for fighting it hasn't changed. Masking in public, improving indoor ventilation, testing when appropriate, staying home when sick and keeping up with vaccines when possible are good strategies for keeping the virus at bay. But overall, it's not enough to say the emergency is over. We need to be strategic and keep a close eye on the evolution of COVID as well.
"People have changed, our approaches have changed, and we don't need any modern approaches to defeat this virus," Rajnarayanan said. "We know how to do this . . . we have to do it collectively. That's all there is to it."

(prev) Teddy nodded. “Could it have increased her mental processing speed? In that case her reflexes would have improved too.” The general shape of the graphs was clear enough for him to read most of the data. Yet it he couldn’t decipher the beta wave graph without focusing, and the gamma wave graph was completely illegible. Soon enough Teddy sighed and stepped roughly a meter forward. This lab had been empty for awhile, hadn’t it? Seems like Commander Peepers didn’t bother to bring in newer screens. (Granted, Bert didn’t need them. Still annoying.) Then he took the time to read it before turning around to smile at Bert. “She really is, isn’t she. What kind of rat did you say she was again?”
Interesting. Bert looked quizzically at Teddy, wondering if there was something up with his eyesight. But before he could bring up anything about it, Teddy asked about Sherri Jr... And Bert could not pass up an opportunity to gab on about his girl.
“Her species, rattus trispectus, is simply known as the three-eyed rat. But, on her small home planet Terniom, she is even more simply known as a common rat. Because every living thing on Terniom is a triclops.”
Bert began walking as he spoke further, searching for where Sherri Jr had wandered off to. “The ironic thing, though, is that these rats are far from common. In my research of her species, which even involved me sneaking back to Terniom on my days off, I’ve found that they are critically endangered. Some Terniod scientists and conservationists have even declared them extinct. They were apparently over-hunted by both predators and poachers.”
Bert finally came across Sherri Jr, who was sitting at the ant farm wall, watching the ants dig around. Bert hefted her up into his arms and spoke in a baby voice. “That’s right! You’re possibly the last of your kind! Who’s a special girl!”
She squeaked gleefully as Bert scritched her chin.

(Previous) While Bert was explaining the device, he took quiet note of Teddy's squinting. Was he doing that because he'd just been hit in the eye and wasn't as fine as he said? Or was he doing that to over-express interest in what Bert was talking about? Or something else...? Bert tapped his chin. “Restructured, hm? Possibly. And who knows if the chemicals themselves affected her brain too. But hopefully I will find that out.” He decided to try something. Bert reached into one of his pockets and pulled out a remote. He pointed it at one of the larger monitors on the wall across the room from where the two stood and turned it on. It displayed multiple graphs of EEG waves. Despite being across the room, the screen was big enough to see what's on it... Normally. "Of course, Sherri has always been incredibly smart even by rat standards."
Teddy nodded. "Could it have increased her mental processing speed? In that case her reflexes would have improved too."
The general shape of the graphs was clear enough for him to read most of the data. Yet it he couldn't decipher the beta wave graph without focusing, and the gamma wave graph was completely illegible.

Best Greetings Can Speed Of Light Have An Effect On The Matter Dimensions Definition?
My conclusion tells (Particle Data Is Effected By High Velocity Motion?) This conclusion depends on 7 basic proves let's refer to them in following
Proof No. (1) Lorentz transformation tells –Particle data be changed by high velocity motion – Shortly– it tells–if a particle moves by high velocity motion– its length be contracted, its mass be increased and its rate of time be dilated BUT- many physics books tell (No Real Change Is Done For The Particle Own Data- But It's Illusion Of Measurements) Can you help to explain why these books provide this strange opinion? Because – Lorentz transformations depend on empirical proves – if the experiment proves the effect how can the book deny it? Also – I don't understand the meaning of (Illusions Of Measurements) because- Einstein stated (the synchronous events in one frame aren't synchronous in another) Now- if the changes are illusions – means no change is occurred really in the particle own length (nor the distance), its mass nor its rate of time– means- No Real Change Is Done – why can't the events be synchronous in the other frame? Where no any change is done?! There's still another dilemma because – if no real change is done- that means- the theory can't explain Michelson- Morley Experiment- How can the book provide this opinion and on what base?
On the other hand – if the particle own data can be changed by high velocity motion- that tells the matter creation process depend on light velocity – means – technically light velocity (300000 km/s) is a player in the matter creation
Proof No. (2) Einstein Equation (E=mc^2) Why does light velocity define each matter energy? The equation is a proof – light velocity is required technically to produce any matter.
Proof No. (3) The observer effect on the observation results- The experiment shows a real dilemma- because – the wave becomes a particle as a result for the observer effect on it That shows – the wave and particle are 2 faces for one coin – Means – the matter and electromagnetic wave are 2 faces for one coin – this fact also supports the same idea That can prove the matter is created of electromagnetic waves and the light velocity is essential in its creation-
Proof No. (4) The system of creation – where – Electron and positron can be created from Gamma rays – and – the system of creation (male and female) gives a reference for similar energy be used in the creation- that makes the matter creation depend on light energy (or electrometric wave energy)
Proof No. (5) The creature eyes see the sun rays – it's another major proof Why isn't the sun rays in Gamma or x or alfa rays? Or any invisible rays? That tells – there's a connection between the creature and the sun rays This is a very important fact we need to notice
Proof No. (6) Someone tells the speed of light decide the expanding universe parameters- And – The Solar System Is At The Universe Center - This fact also can help greatly in our discussion
Proof No. (7) Now– I reach to the point which I want to write – Actually I have analyzed the solar system data during the previous ten years- I worked very hard in this analysis – I know many basic facts in it and can refute many theories Shortly The planets data proves - The sun is a phenomenon created by the planets motions- Means- the sun Is Not Doing nuclear fusion to create its rays – instead – the planets motions energies be used as a source of energy to produce the sun rays Also that means- the sun is a phenomenon depends on a cycle – and when this current sun will be dead another sun will be created for the solar system
This is my theory – I can prove against any scientific community- Also – I'm at your service – when you need the proves I can provide hundreds of them so strong and proves the facts so clearly BUT I have one problem only can be explained in the following question (Can A Light Beam Be Created By A Relative Motion?)
The proves, which I have, are the planets data – the data can be arranged clearly to show that the sun rays and data is created from the planets motions and data But Technically Can a light beam be created by a relative motion? Because – the solar system is a very accurate machine and provides only (A Relative Motion)
SHORTLY I put a hypothesis – tells – The creature brain causes the creature to see any velocity =300000 km/s as (Matter) and any velocity = (Zero) as light beam By that I make the light and matter 2 faces for the one coin – and the vision depends on the relative motion- By that the velocity (300000 km/s) is a limit velocity for the creature ability – means- the creature can't realize any higher velocity even if found – The limit here isn't limit for the universe but the creature abilities Can this hypothesis explain how Particle data be effected by high velocity motion?
This is my hypothesis I have created to explain how the sun rays can be created by the planets motions I depend on the facts which prove (Matter creation must depend on light velocity) to prove my hypothesis Can you help and comment on the ideas- Lorentz transformation is my basic point I depend on it – but the books deny the real effect on the particle own data and by that they causes problems for my hypothesis – Notice / my hypothesis will lead to a conclusion tells (No Matter Out Of The Solar System)
Thanks a lot for your kind interest and help

PEMF Therapy vs Gamma Waves: Which One Can Help Mental Health?
Mental health is a growing concern worldwide. Many people are looking for effective treatments. Two emerging therapies are PEMF therapy and gamma waves. Both show potential for improving mental health. But how do they compare? Which one is better? Let's explore both.
What is PEMF Therapy?
PEMF means Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. It uses low-frequency electromagnetic fields to stimulate the body. PEMF therapy aims to promote healing, reduce pain, and improve mental health. PEMF Mat works by sending electromagnetic pulses into the body. These pulses help cells function better. The goal is to balance the body's energy systems. People use PEMF for conditions like depression, anxiety, and stress.
How Does PEMF Therapy Help Mental Health?
PEMF therapy helps mental health by improving cell function. It stimulates brain cells, increasing blood flow. This boosts oxygen and nutrient delivery to the brain. PEMF also increases serotonin, a hormone linked to mood. By reducing stress and improving brain function, PEMF can ease symptoms of depression and anxiety. Some studies show positive results for conditions like PTSD and chronic stress. PEMF therapy may offer a natural, non-invasive option for mental health care.
What Are Gamma Waves?
Gamma waves are high-frequency brain waves. They occur when the brain is highly active and focused. These waves are associated with cognitive functions like learning, memory, and problem-solving. They are the fastest brainwaves, with a frequency of 30 to 100 Hz. Gamma waves are linked to higher mental states. PEMF Devices help process information quickly and efficiently. Research suggests that gamma waves also play a role in emotional regulation and mental clarity.
How Do Gamma Waves Affect Mental Health?
Gamma waves can improve mental health by increasing brain function. They help with memory, focus, and cognitive clarity. Higher gamma wave activity is linked to better mood and emotional control. Studies have shown that increased gamma waves can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. People with higher gamma wave activity tend to have better emotional resilience. Gamma waves may help manage stress by promoting relaxation and calmness in the brain.
PEMF Therapy vs Gamma Waves: Key Differences
While both PEMF therapy and gamma waves benefit mental health, they work in different ways. PEMF therapy involves external electromagnetic stimulation. It targets the body directly, promoting cell function and brain health. Gamma waves, on the other hand, occur naturally in the brain. They can be enhanced through focused activities like meditation or brainwave training. PEMF therapy has a more direct physical impact, while gamma waves affect the brain's internal processing.
Which One Is More Effective for Mental Health?
The effectiveness of each therapy depends on the individual. PEMF therapy is beneficial for those who need external stimulation. PEMF Machine works well for people with chronic conditions like depression or anxiety. On the other hand, gamma wave training may be more suitable for people seeking cognitive enhancement. It can help with focus, memory, and emotional stability. Some studies suggest combining both therapies for optimal mental health benefits. Using PEMF therapy alongside brainwave training could provide both physical and mental benefits.
PEMF Therapy: Pros and Cons
PEMF therapy has several benefits. It is non-invasive and has few side effects. Many people report feeling better after treatment. It is also versatile, with applications for both mental and physical health. However, PEMF therapy can be costly. It requires specialized equipment and professional guidance. Results may also vary from person to person.
Gamma Waves: Pros and Cons
Gamma wave therapy offers mental clarity and improved cognitive function. It can help with emotional regulation and reduce anxiety. However, it requires focused training or devices that stimulate brain activity. It may not be as effective for people with severe mental health conditions. Some people may find it difficult to maintain the mental discipline needed to enhance gamma waves.
Conclusion: Which Is Right for You?
Both PEMF therapy and gamma waves show promise in helping mental health. iMRS 2000 Omnium1 offers physical stimulation for brain health, improving mood and reducing stress. Gamma waves focus on enhancing brain activity for mental clarity and emotional regulation. For those dealing with physical symptoms of mental health issues, PEMF may be the better option. However, for cognitive enhancement and emotional balance, gamma waves may be more suitable. In some cases, combining both therapies could provide the best results. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new therapy.

You wake up at 3 a.m., heart racing, palms sweaty, and a tidal wave of thoughts crash over you like a relentless storm. You’re not alone. Anxiety is a common experience that affects millions, but understanding what happens in your brain when you feel this way can empower you to manage it better. In this article, we will delve into the science of anxiety, unpacking the complexities of how it impacts your mind and body, and providing you practical advice to navigate through it. Understanding the Core Issue The Biological Basis of Anxiety At its core, anxiety is a natural response to stress. When you perceive a threat—be it a looming deadline, a public speaking engagement, or a life change—your brain activates the amygdala. This almond-shaped structure is crucial for processing emotions and is often referred to as the brain's "alarm system." The amygdala sends signals to the hypothalamus, which in turn triggers the fight-or-flight response. This results in the release of stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones prepare your body to react to the danger, increasing your heart rate, sharpening your senses, and giving you a surge of energy. However, in the absence of a real threat, this response can spiral out of control, causing myriad challenges. The Role of Neurotransmitters Neurotransmitters are chemicals in the brain that facilitate communication between neurons. Two key neurotransmitters involved in regulating anxiety are serotonin and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Serotonin, often dubbed the "feel-good" neurotransmitter, helps stabilize mood and feelings of happiness. Low levels of serotonin are associated with increased anxiety. On the other hand, GABA acts as an inhibitor, calming the nervous system and reducing feelings of anxiousness. A deficiency in GABA can lead to heightened anxiety levels, creating a vicious cycle that is challenging to break. Cognitive Patterns and Anxiety Anxiety isn't solely a biological issue; it also involves cognitive patterns. Often, our thoughts can exacerbate anxiety. For instance, if you constantly think, "What if I fail?" during a presentation, you may trigger your body's anxiety response even before stepping onto the stage. This thought process can become a habit, leading to chronic anxiety. The interplay between thoughts, emotions, and physiological responses paints a complex picture of anxiety that is not only influenced by our biology but also by the way we interpret and react to the world around us. Practical Tips and Strategies Mindfulness and Meditation One of the most effective ways to counteract the overwhelming nature of anxiety is through mindfulness and meditation. Taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath or engage in guided meditation can help quiet the mind. It brings your attention back to the present moment, creating a break from the relentless worries that often flood your thoughts. Consider starting your day with five minutes of mindfulness. As you sit quietly, focus on your breathing. With each inhale and exhale, visualize your anxiety dissipating like clouds in a clear sky. Over time, this practice can train your brain to respond differently to stress. Physical Exercise Regular physical exercise can significantly counteract anxiety. When you engage in activities like running, yoga, or even a brisk walk, your body releases endorphins—natural mood lifters. Exercise not only reduces stress hormones but also stimulates the production of serotonin, helping to create a more balanced emotional state. Aim to incorporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity into your daily routine. Find activities you enjoy; whether it's dancing, gardening, or hiking, the key is to get moving! Establishing a Routine Anxiety often thrives in unpredictability and chaos. Establishing a daily routine can provide a sense of structure and control, helping to mitigate feelings of anxiety. Simple tasks such as setting regular wake-up and sleep times or scheduling moments throughout your day for breaks can help create a framework that reduces stress.
Try to include activities that are enjoyable in your routine. Perhaps you set aside an hour on Sunday afternoons to cook a new recipe or read a book. Healthy Eating Habits Your diet significantly impacts your mental health. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, walnuts, and flaxseeds, can support brain health and reduce anxiety levels. Similarly, incorporating fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins into your diet can help stabilize blood sugar levels, leading to fewer mood swings. Avoid excessive caffeine and sugar, which can heighten anxiety symptoms. Instead, opt for herbal teas, particularly those known for their calming properties, like chamomile and lavender. Seeking Professional Help If your anxiety feels unmanageable, seeking the support of a mental health professional can be incredibly beneficial. Therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) have been shown to be effective in helping individuals reframe negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies. Consider speaking with a therapist who specializes in anxiety disorders. They can equip you with tools to better understand your anxiety and provide individualized strategies to cope with challenges. Real-Life Examples The College Student's Panic Take Sarah, a college student who experiences anxiety during exams. The night before her finals, she finds herself unable to sleep, plagued by thoughts of failure. This heightened anxiety leads her to focus solely on all the things that could go wrong rather than what she has prepared for. After attending a mindfulness workshop, Sarah learned to channel her thoughts. She allocated ten minutes each night before bed for deep breathing and visualization. By consciously shifting her focus away from worry and towards self-affirmation, she felt more at ease on exam day. Over time, her anxiety around tests diminished significantly. The Professional's Dilemma Then there’s Tom, a young professional who often felt paralyzed by anxiety at work. His anxiety stemmed from the fear of making mistakes during critical presentations. Rather than allowing himself to spiral into self-doubt, he decided to seek help from a therapist. Through therapy, Tom learned CBT techniques that helped him view his fears from a different perspective. By reframing his thoughts, he transformed his anxiety into a source of motivation. His once paralyzing fear has now turned into an opportunity for growth, and he now approaches presentations with confidence. The Stay-at-Home Parent Lastly, there’s Jenna, a stay-at-home parent grappling with anxiety as she juggles family responsibilities. The chaos of managing a household often left her feeling overwhelmed. In seeking to regain a sense of control, she adopted a structured daily routine that included dedicated time for self-care. By setting aside moments each day for hobbies and exercise, Jenna found that these small acts of self-nurturing had a profound impact on her mental well-being. The routine brought a sense of peace amid the busyness of family life. Overcoming Challenges Recognizing Triggers Understanding your anxiety triggers is crucial. Take time to reflect and identify patterns that contribute to your feelings of anxiety. Keeping a journal can be a helpful tool. Write down situations that heighten your anxiety levels, and note how you respond to them. By recognizing these triggers, you empower yourself to develop targeted coping strategies. For example, if you find that crowded places induce anxiety, creating a plan for addressing this—such as practicing relaxation techniques before entering a crowded space—can significantly help. The Importance of Support Don’t underestimate the power of social connections when it comes to managing anxiety. Lean on friends and family for support. Open dialogues about your feelings can help relieve the burdens of anxiety. You might be surprised by how many people have walked similar paths and can offer comfort or advice. Consider joining a support group.
Sharing experiences with others who understand your struggles can be incredibly validating. Together, you can explore coping mechanisms, share success stories, and provide encouragement to one another. Practicing Self-Compassion It’s easy to fall into the trap of self-criticism when battling anxiety. The key to overcoming challenges related to anxiety is to practice self-compassion. Remind yourself that feeling anxious is a human experience, and it doesn’t define your worth. Make it a habit to speak to yourself kindly. When anxiety hits, instead of scolding yourself for feeling unwell, try gently acknowledging your feelings. Phrases like "It's okay to feel this way" and "I will get through this" can shift your inner dialogue, fostering resilience and hope. Conclusion Navigating the science of anxiety and what happens in your brain can feel daunting, but there’s hope. By understanding the biological and cognitive underpinnings of anxiety, you can better grasp why certain situations trigger feelings of stress. Implementing practical strategies—like mindfulness, physical activity, healthy eating, and seeking support—enables you to reclaim your narrative from anxiety. Remember the stories of individuals like Sarah, Tom, and Jenna as you forge your own path. Struggles with anxiety do not define you; instead, they are a part of your journey toward growth and healing. Rest assured that, with patience, self-compassion, and the right tools, you can cultivate a life where anxiety no longer holds you back. Together, we can strive toward a more mindful existence where fear is acknowledged but not allowed to reign. You are not alone in this journey, and a new perspective is always within reach.

Chai, I'm 14 affirmations guy I tested doing psych-k with gamma and lambda waves and it worked really well! I feel good concentration as with lower waves, but without the drowsiness they cause (it makes sense, if you think about it, after all, psych-k integrates the entire brain, so it demands a little more energy and willpower, no?) And I simply realized that I could just do your challenge with my list called "Affirmations" and not have to do so many during the day 🤯🤯🤯 I only realized this now I increased my list to 20 affirmations and I do some assorted throughout the day, but not too much, but at least 30 minutes with the challenge affirmation, in addition to doing the cross-crawl for a change, also with the challenge, but sometimes with others are random (I have to admit that it works a lot because it tires me out a lot and so, when I have some time to rest, I make the most of it without thinking nonsense, because I force myself to do more of that later, so I end up eliminating the wrong thoughts due to exhaustion (that's why my 14 affirmations on the day worked so well, the concept was the same), that's a good tip) Now I take the opportunity to ask: can I add more things to my list during the process without worrying about changing anything? In fact, I think that affirming "manifestation" for a list of what I want to be beliefs doesn't make much sense, do you think it would be better to say instead "Everything on my list of "affirmations" is true"? And taking advantage of the hook, what do you think if I add an appearance change to the list so I can follow the evolution and think "Oh yes! it's working!"? I got this idea from another anon
hiya! nice to hear an update from ya anon!! I think I'll nickname ya--- 🗯️ I'm glad to hear you've found what works for you!!! and hell yeah ya can add more stuff to your list as you go. and yeah that affirmation works! definitely add all the affirmations and whatnot ya think of, you're limitless so it's perfectly fine if your list is limitless as well, and yes yes yes, do whatever makes ya feel fulfilled! 🫡

Psy-Emulator Pills
(Lower anxiety and fear, higher energy and happiness.)
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
Introduction
The pursuit of neurochemical compounds that can modulate neurotransmitter levels and brain activity has been a focal point in both pharmacology and neuroscience.
This essay explores the hypothetical formulation of a chemical compound designed to block adrenaline and cortisol while enhancing the effects of GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), oxytocin, endorphins, dopamine, testosterone, anandamide, and theta waves.
The proposed compound will leverage readily available chemicals, employing simple extraction and distillation techniques to create a safe and effective formulation for potential daily use.
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
Chemical Foundation
1. Inhibiting Adrenaline and Cortisol
To create a compound that blocks the effects of stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol, we can consider the following ingredients:
L-Theanine: An amino acid primarily found in green tea, known for its anxiolytic properties, which may help counteract the stimulating effects of adrenaline.
Magnesium Glycinate: This compound is a chelated form of magnesium that has been shown to reduce cortisol levels and promote relaxation.
2. Enhancing GABA Activity
To enhance the effect of GABA at the GABA-A receptor, the following chemicals can be included:
Phenibut: A derivative of GABA that can cross the blood-brain barrier, Phenibut acts as a GABAergic agent and may enhance GABA's effects.
Bacopa Monnieri Extract: This adaptogen is known to enhance GABAergic activity and has neuroprotective properties.
3. Increasing Levels of Oxytocin, Endorphins, and Dopamine
To enhance the levels of these neurotransmitters, the following components can be included:
Mucuna Pruriens Extract: This legume contains L-DOPA, a precursor to dopamine, which may elevate dopamine levels.
Rhodiola Rosea Extract: An adaptogen that can increase endorphin levels and has been shown to help balance neurotransmitters.
Oxytocin Agonists (e.g., N-Acetyl Cysteine): While direct oxytocin agonists are scarce, NAC can enhance oxytocin release indirectly.
4. Increasing Anandamide and Theta Waves
To stimulate anandamide production and enhance theta wave activity, consider:
Chocolate Extract (Theobroma cacao): Contains anandamide and may elevate levels naturally. It also has psychoactive properties that could enhance mood.
Caffeine (extracted from coffee or tea): In moderate amounts, caffeine can enhance theta wave activity while providing energy.
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
Formulating the Compound
The creation of the compound can be approached through the following steps:
Step 1: Procurement of Ingredients
All suggested ingredients can be sourced from health supplement stores or online platforms like Amazon. Look for high-purity extracts and powders to ensure the effectiveness of the final product.
Step 2: Extraction and Preparation
L-Theanine Extraction: While L-Theanine can be directly used in its powdered form, a more concentrated version can be obtained by steeping green tea leaves in hot water and then evaporating the liquid.
Magnesium Glycinate Preparation: Combine magnesium hydroxide with glycine in a 1:1 molar ratio in distilled water, allowing it to form magnesium glycinate.
Bacopa Monnieri Extraction: Boil dried Bacopa Monnieri leaves in water for about 30 minutes. Filter and reduce the liquid to obtain a concentrated extract.
Mucuna Pruriens and Rhodiola Rosea: These can be used in their powdered form after ensuring they are of high quality.
Theobroma cacao Extraction: Grind cacao beans to produce powder, ensuring to preserve anandamide levels.
Caffeine: Extract from coffee or tea by brewing at a high concentration. Use the liquid as needed.
Step 3: Combining Ingredients
Using a mortar and pestle or a small food processor, combine the powdered forms of L-Theanine, Bacopa Monnieri, Mucuna Pruriens, Rhodiola Rosea, magnesium glycinate, and cacao.
Step 4: Dosage Determination
For safe consumption, consider the following daily dosage:
L-Theanine: 200 mg
Magnesium Glycinate: 100 mg
Phenibut: 250 mg (to be used cautiously)
Bacopa Monnieri: 300 mg
Mucuna Pruriens: 100 mg
Rhodiola Rosea: 100 mg
Cacao: 10 grams
Caffeine: 100 mg (limit total intake to avoid jitteriness)
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
This formulation should be taken once daily, preferably in the morning.
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
Powder Formulation and Encapsulation
To convert the compound into powder form suitable for encapsulation:
Dry the mixture: Spread the combined powder on a baking sheet and place it in a low-temperature oven (around 40°C) to ensure all moisture is removed.
Grinding: Once dried, use a grinder to ensure a fine powder consistency.
Encapsulation: Utilize empty gelatin or vegetarian capsules, available online or at health stores, to fill the powder mixture. A capsule filling machine can simplify this process.
─━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━⊱⚛⊰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━─
Conclusion
The proposed compound is designed to create a complex interplay of neurotransmitter modulation and stress hormone blockade. While the synthesis and use of such a formulation can be feasible at home with basic equipment, safety and efficacy are paramount.
Users should remain vigilant regarding the cumulative effects of the ingredients and monitor for any adverse reactions.
Further research and clinical trials would be required to validate the efficacy of this formulation, but it presents an innovative approach to cognitive and emotional enhancement through a carefully designed chemical compound.
However, everything in my research indicates that these pills should be safe, effective and legal.
