Cojimar, Havana Cuba

This village was made popular by Hemingway who often went there, who had warm contacts, with the sinners with whom he played dominoes and drank rum.

Lunch at the famous La Terraza de Cojimar, one of Hemingway's favorite Cuban restaurants. It offers a fabulous view oft he Cojimar bay where Hemingway went fishing and where he met the fisherman on whom "The old man and the sea" is based.

It is in this village that Hemingway locates the action of "Viel Homme et la Sea"'. He has a bronze bust in this village, whose metal comes from anchors, harnesses, weapons given by the inhabitants of the village.

You can sit and look out the windows that Hemingway looked out of… but the table he would use and his place sits unused and roped off to preserve…

I sat and closed my eyes feeling the breeze and hearing the birds imagining him sitting there doing the same… it was a wonderful experience.

This pretty little fishing village has also become a retreat for writers and artists who prefer to live in peace.

Early life

On March 3, 1997, Camila Cabello was born in Havana, Cuba. Her birth name is Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao. She has a younger sister named Sofia. Camila spent most of her life in Cojimar, East Havana, Cuba.

Since her childhood, her family has traveled a lot due to their parents’ jobs. But finally, when she was six, they got settled in Miami, Florida, USA. For the initial month, they stayed with their mom. Later, after 18 months, their dad joined them in Miami.

Camila went to Miami Palmetto High School, but she dropped out of school in the 9th grade to focus on her singing. But later, she managed to get a high school degree. Camilla got her American citizenship in 2008.

Career

In 2012 she auditioned for The X Factor’s TV show; she sang Respect by Aretha Franklin. She got eliminated during the boot camp and was about to go back to Miami. But later, she was called back along with other singers Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah Jane. They formed a girl group called Fifth Harmony. They ranked the second runner-up in the competition. But the girl group was signed by Syco Music which Simon Cowell owns.

Camilla gave several hits with Fifth Harmony like Reflection in 2015, Worth it, Work from Home, and many more. So many songs from their albums landed in the top ten of the international charts. It has a rank among the best girl groups ever to exist. But Camila wasn’t comfortable being part of that group anymore. Her inner turmoil made her tense because she wanted to create something new, but the band rules didn’t allow her that freedom. She left Fifth Harmony in 2016.

Though Camilla left that group, it wasn’t easy for her to explain why she left the band to her fans. Both sides had different explanations for her departure. After her tough decision, she got a lot of backlashes, but she didn’t give up. She started collaborating with solo singers like DJ Cashmere Cat, Pitbull, J. Balvin, etc. Finally, in May 2017, she announced her first studio album named “The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving.” Her first solo single, ‘crying in the club,’ was released on May 19, 2017. This song was a hit; she made it to the top 50s of the Billboard. Later, she collaborated with Bruno Mars on his 24K Magic World tour and Guess the clothing brand.

“Havana” was the song that changed her career. This song ranked number one in Australia, Canada, The United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Hungary, and the United States. It was in the Top 40 for seven weeks straight. Apart from being a singer and songwriter, Camila has also tried acting. She was the lead actress in the musical movie Cinderella released on Amazon Prime.

What’s ur take on Camren, I don’t know much about them but there’s something there, like what happened and when? I’m all knew to this (tumblr included) and what are some cute moment with Camren? Are they together?

Hello buddy! Welcome aboard this crazy ship. I'm glad to meet a new shipper and to answer your questions you can begin to investigate Camren as I did. I'll leave you links in this answer so that you look for them by yourself but long short story. Camren refers to the fandom between two former members of the youth band Fifth Harmony that came out of the reality show The X-Factor in 2012. They met at the bootcamp of that talent show and became friends. They were Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui. Both share Cuban heritage, where Lauren is Cuban-American and Camila is Cuban-Mexican. Camila was born in Cojimar Havana Cuba and Lauren did it in Miami Florida. Then Camila's family moved to Miami and both ended up living only fifteen minutes away from each other still without knowing each other. That they did years later when they auditioned in 2012 for X-Factor. Camila was fifteen years old and Lauren was sixteen. Camila caught Lauren's attention from the beginning when she saw Lauren's hearing and told Sinuhe, her mom, "She knows how to sing, and she's pretty too". Then Camila met Lauren in person and told Lauren that she liked her shirt. They became friends and during the competition in X-Factor even though they were eliminated the judges decided to form a girl band with Lauren and Camila and three other girls: Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen and Normani Kordei. The band was going to be called Lylas but the name was already busy so they decided with Fifth Harmony. And there where the relationship between Camila and Lauren begins to be more noticeable in front of the cameras since the girls often went up takeover and twitcams. In fact it was Lauren who created Camren's name:

And the fans started to ship them together. First as friends and then as something else and that you will have to see better in YouTube videos. The girls began to have problems because the fans were very exaggerating with their shippeo and was calling too much attention until the management of the band decided to separate them. They stopped interacting very often or sitting together at concerts, interacting with each other and also started both with PRs public relations with boys. Lauren with her friend Luis Felipe (who ended up being gay) and Camila with another singer named Austin Mahone aka Dorito Boy. Only Lauren and Camila had public relations during their stay at 5H (Fifth Harmony) nor Dinah, nor Ally, nor Normani had to deal with that and basically the PRs are used to hide something (Another private relationship that the artists do not want to take to the light, homosexuality, and for advertising and promotional purposes) Camila's last PR with Shawn has to do with the last two concepts of a PR.

Camila left the band in 2016 and in 2018 Fifth Harmony went to hiatus and has not returned from it. Camila was separated from the girls and to this day they have not reunited except once between Camila and Normani and Dinah with Lauren. If you have realized that something exists and that something existed, it is because there actually was and is still happening. To your question, if I believe that the girls are still together, my answer is yes, they are still together. If Camren no longer existed, the girls would not have any problem in seeing each other again knowing that there is no drama between them. We could easily see them in public being friends or even former bandmates but their managements have never wanted to put them together again. In fact the only two times they have been together in the same place on the same day was in the jingle ball of 2017 where articles came out talking about a mini meeting between them and the award of the AMA's last year.
