Independent Candidates Aligned With Imran Khan Surge in Pakistan's Election! Corrupt to Their Cores Pakistani Army’s Generals Are Busy in Rigging To Change the Results

The One & Only, The Legend of Legends, Chairman Political Party PTI and Illegally Ousted Former Prime Minister of Pakistan: IMRAN KHAN! He is Illegal Jailed By the Corrupt to their Cores, Looter, Traitor, Boak Bollocks Army Generals

Independent candidates linked to jailed former prime minister Imran Khan were outperforming expectations in early tallies from Pakistan's election, after a long delay in results added to accusations of poll rigging.
Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was barred from contesting Thursday's election as a bloc, but unofficial tallies on Friday by local TV channels showed independent candidates — including dozens anointed by his party — leading in most constituencies.
By 9:00 am (0400 GMT) — more than 16 hours after polling stations closed — the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had announced just 13 National Assembly results.
Tumblr media
Five had gone to independent candidates linked to PTI, four to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), and four to the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP).
"There was a sense of certainty about the outcome," Sarah Khan, an assistant professor of political science at Yale University, told AFP.
"That sense of certainty got upset very early on," she added. "It's definitely not the foregone conclusion that anybody thought it might be."
Before the first results were officially announced, PTI chief organiser Omar Ayub Khan said he was confident the party had done enough.
"Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-backed independent candidates have the ability to form the next federal government with a two-thirds majority," he said in a video statement released to the media.
The PML-N had been expected to win the most seats following Thursday's vote, with analysts saying its 74-year-old founder Nawaz Sharif had the blessing of the military-led establishment.
Party spokeswoman Marriyum Aurangzeb said they were still hopeful of taking the largest province of Punjab, crucial to forming a government.

Rigging Fears
Michael Kugelman, director of the South Asia Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, told AFP the delay "suggests that the powers that be are trying to create an environment that allows them to more easily be involved in the electoral process".
"Vote tampering and rigging fears are rife, and for good reason," he said more bluntly on X.
Tumblr media
Pollsters predicted a low turnout from the country's 128 million eligible voters following a lacklustre campaign overshadowed by the jailing of Khan, and the hobbling of PTI through court orders, a ban on rallies, and the harassment of party leaders.
Allegations of poll rigging overshadowed the election, as well as authorities' voting day shutdown of the country's mobile phone network –– ostensibly on security grounds.
Digital rights activist Usama Khilji said the mobile service blackout "strengthens the popular perception that the elections are rigged by the deep state".
Raoof Hasan, PTI's secretary for information, said in a video statement that party agents in the field had reported PTI candidates leading in 125 constituencies.
"An effort may be afoot to tamper with the results," he said of the delay in announcements from ECP headquarters.

Tumblr media
Tumblr media

FOR PAKISTAN: FROM CREATION TO EXPLOITATION: WHO OWES US AN EXPLANATION?
We are happy to commemorate the 75th independence of Pakistan but do you think is it really an independent country even after so many decades passed by? Pakistan was created on 14th of August 1947 to establish a free Islamic and welfare state for the Muslims. Unfortunately, even after so many years of its independence, it has been exploited by the same Muslims. And still today, no one owes us any kind of explanation.
Iqbal’s dream came true but the Quaid’s struggle went into vain after the Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan was assassinated on October 16, 1951. After which Pakistan had faced major upheavals and was unable to get back on track. The main aim of its creation was to set up an Islamic democracy in which everyone is equal and no one enjoys a privileged position on the basis of his status. This democratic system remains an uninstalled objective of Quaid-e-Azam.
On December 16, 1971, The declaration of separation of East Pakistan from the West by Sheikh Mujibur Rehman, remembered as a Black day in history of Pakistan, rooted the stems of hatred between the east and west dominions. The country continues to face challenging problems including terrorism, poverty, illiteracy, corruption, money laundering and political instability. These problems have now taken the shape of never-ending diseases for which no cure is possible.
Today, political instability in Pakistan has been the most prominent cause for its exploitation which has created a disturbing image of Pakistan globally. After the era of Pervez Musharraf, Nawaz Sharif came into power which had collapsed the economy of the country. Since then, an environment of ebb and flow has been cultivated in the structure of the political system of Pakistan. No political government has ever been held accountable for their downfall. The tenure of 5 years completed, Election campaign begins, purchasing of the votes by illegal means, destroying the democracy, the party wins and the cycle repeats. This is how the leaders are being elected in the so-called democratic state of Pakistan.
The main aim of every government has been to secure the future of their generations through money laundering, corruption, imposing high taxes, increasing dollar rates, and prices of the subsidies. We as a citizen are so used to get spoil by their hands. A nation can never step on the ladder of prosperity until it is politically balanced. If we never question a leader, we will forever go blind.  Pakistan has been manipulated through the most corrupted hands for decades that it will take years to get back in the right direction showed by its founding leaders.
Currently, Imran Khan has been ousted as Pakistan's prime minister after a vote of no confidence in parliament. But what led to his downfall? Why are we blaming the US for his downfall? As evidence of the plot, Khan waved a letter in a public rally in Islamabad on March 27, claiming the US had delivered a diplomatic warning to Pakistan to remove him as prime minister and to bring a regime change in Pakistan. This shows the vulnerability of Pakistani leaders that the foreign countries dared to intervene in national politics of our country.
We don’t know how the person who have a monthly income of Rs. 50,000, possess the assets worth in millions or billions. We are paying the taxes but the currency is devaluing and the inflation rate is rising. The way these corrupt leaders have looted the wealth of the nation during their terms, sending the economy in the tailspin, heading towards destruction as NAB has amended the law of removing white collar criminals from accountability. They are responsible to owes us an explanation for their actions.
Since its creation, we’ve never witnessed the corrupt leaders being accountable for their corruption and the capability of the judicial system for providing justice through fair means. We may have not seen how Pakistan came into being but we can feel the polluted air we breathe and the blood of the millions embedded in the soil we touched. This was not the Pakistan Iqbal dreamt of and our Quaid struggled for.
From creation of Pakistan, every leader who came and ruled is solely responsible for its exploitation. To put blame on the previous leaders and passing the buck was their only weapon to escape their accountability. This process shall remain dominant for many more decades to come as someone from their generation will rule this country following their footsteps.
In conclusion, to every person spoiling the country’s image, if you can't stand the heat, you'd better get out of the kitchen. We fought for our independence since its creation and still fighting for the same cause. On this day, not only paying the tribute to the leaders of the freedom movement but also realizing the difficulties faced by them. Despite these monumental challenges, Pakistan still managed to fulfill the necessities of its citizens. If we say Pakistan is a democratic country then we all are equally responsible for its development. Because leaders are not born, they are made. Someone from you shall become the future Prime Minister and you will be responsible to owe an explanation to the nation.

Pakistan Finance minister cancels US visit amid domestic political, judicial crisis
The development came amid the widening chasm between the judiciary and the federal government over holding polls in the country's politically crucial Punjab province.
Tumblr media
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has cancelled his visit to the US to attend the spring meetings of the World Bank and the IMF and hold talks with officials to unlock a much-needed USD 1.1 billion IMF bailout, amid deepening domestic political uncertainty and developing judicial crisis, according to a media report on Friday.
During the visit, Dar was to meet the International Monetary Fund management for the removal of bottlenecks in the staff-level agreement on the revival of the stalled bailout package.
Sources said that Dar would not attend the spring meetings of the World Bank and the IMF that will take place from April 10 to 16 in Washington, The Express Tribune newspaper reported.
"I am not going due to the domestic state of affairs," the newspaper quoted Dar as saying.
The deepening political uncertainty and developing judicial crisis were said to be the reasons behind the cancellation of the trip to Washington, the paper said.
Dar had the plan to address the financial and political worlds' concerns regarding the continuity of the Pakistan government, future economic plans and bridging the once again trust deficit with the multilateral lenders.
The sources said that Minister for Economic Affairs Sardar Ayaz Sadiq would also not go to the United States due to the prevailing uncertain political conditions.
The economic affairs minister always represented Pakistan at the World Bank.
Ayaz is considered very close to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and also handled the political affairs of the allied parties.
The development came amid the widening chasm between the judiciary and the federal government over holding polls in the country's politically crucial Punjab province.
The federal government asserts that it has the power to delay the polls and hold them with the general elections in the country after August this year.
However, former prime minister Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf party has been pushing for early polls and demanding that instead of delaying the elections in the Punjab province, the national assembly should be dissolved and general elections called in the country.
Finance Secretary Hamed Yaqoob Sheikh and Economic Affairs Secretary Kazim Niaz would now represent the government at the WB-IMF spring meetings.
During the visit, Dar scheduled meetings with the presidents of WB, Asian Development Bank and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank – the three multilateral creditors that were very crucial for Pakistan's plans to raise USD 6 billion in additional loans to meet the last IMF condition.
Cash-strapped Pakistan is awaiting a much-needed USD 1.1 billion tranche of funding from the Washington-based IMF, which was originally due to be disbursed in November last year.
The funds are part of a USD 6.5 billion bailout package the IMF approved in 2019, which analysts say is critical if Pakistan is to avoid defaulting on external debt obligations.
The IMF programme, signed in 2019, is going to expire on June 30, 2023, and under the set guidelines, the programme cannot be extended beyond the deadline.
The pending 9th review was scheduled to be completed in December 2022 and the 10th review should have been kick-started from February 2023.
The 11th review was scheduled to commence on May 3.
Pakistan and the IMF have been negotiating the resumption of the stalled programme for months but have yet to reach an agreement.
There is no easy solution available to fix the ailing economy of Pakistan and the government is of the view that they have taken all the tough decisions for reviving the stalled IMF programme.
Pakistan, currently in the throes of a major economic crisis, is grappling with high external debt, a weak local currency and dwindling foreign exchange reserves, enough to shore up for barely one month's imports.
The current volatile political situation in Pakistan has become a factor in delaying a much-needed deal with the IMF.

'Chowkidar slogan Chor Hai' is raised against Pakistan's team after Ouster Imran Khan. Watch
Pakistan Tehreek-I-Casaf (PTI) has taken a massive demonstration in several cities throughout the country to protest Imran Khan's Ouster.
"Chowkidar Chor Hi's slogan" was heard in one of the demonstrations taken by Pakistani leaders Tehreek-e-Casaf (PTI) against Imran Khan's Ouster as Prime Minister of Pakistan. The slogan, which was first raised in India by the leader of Congress Rahul Gandhi against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, was used in Pakistan against his troops for allegedly stealing Imran Khan's mandate.
The crowd gathered at Lal Haveli in Punjab Province Pakistan against Ouster Khan referred to Pakistani forces as "chowkidar", or gatekeepers, and called them "Chor", or thieves.
However, the former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid was seen trying to stop protesters not to lift the slogan against the army.
"Don't lift the slogan ... we will fight peacefully," he said.
The Pakistani National Assembly moved Khan as Pakistani Prime Minister in the midnight vote in the movement without trust after several delays due to the reluctance of the speaker to take the matter despite the command of the Supreme Court. A total of 174 members recorded their voices supporting the movement to remove Imran Khan from the office after the speaker and representative speaker filed resignation on Saturday night.
Referring to the non-confidence motion, Sheikh Rashid said: "If you want to save your country then don't make a decision in the dark night but during the day."
"On 29/4 there will be Eid al-Fitr. Get ready to take the Bharo prison movement from Lal Haveli every day. I myself will take it from Karachi," he said, adding that he "will tell all the syindis that they are (then opposition.) Do thieves, guides and robbers. "
On Sunday, PTI issued a demonstration in Islamabad, Karachi, Peshawar, Lahore and several other cities with demonstrators shouting slogans against the opposition.
Previously, Khan said that the Ouster marked the beginning of the "freedom struggle" of what he called "foreign conspiracy of regime changes". In an effort to galvanize his supporters, PM which was overthrown said, "always people who protect their own sovereignty and democracy".
"Pakistan became an independent country in 1947; but the struggle for freedom begins today against a foreign conspiracy of regime changes. It is always the people in the country who defend their sovereignty and democracy," he said in another tweet.
The national assembly session to choose new prime ministers will be held at 2:00 on Monday. Nomination papers from opposition candidates with Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif and PTI's Shah Mahmood Qureshi have been approved for the race. Sharif, with numbers by his side, is likely to become the next state minister.

Rana Sanaullah, president of the Punjab branch of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), has said that the PTI government is panicking ahead of the arrival of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. Sanaullah responded to Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed’s statement on Sunday by saying that the administration was afraid of the news of Nawaz Sharif’s homecoming. He claimed that the PTI’s days in power were limited and that it would have to leave at all costs since it had completely failed to deliver on its promises to the people. Those who brought the PTI to power, according to the PML-N leader, were repentant and wanted to get rid of it. He went on to say that the prime minister, ministers, and government spokespersons’ speeches and news conferences centered around Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif, and the Sharif family, demonstrating the government’s dread and worry. Rana Sanaullah stated that Imran Khan had thrown out his party’s constitution in a fit of rage and that the PTI had ceased to be a political party under the law. Details of agreement with TLP to be unveiled within 10 days, Shaikh Rasheed claims
Tumblr media
Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed said that the details of the agreement between the government and Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) will be revealed within a few days.
Speaking to the media in Islamabad, the minister claimed that all details regarding the agreement between both sides will be brought to the public's notice within a period of 10 days. It may be recalled that the news of a deal being struck between the government and the TLP was announced on October 30 in a press conference held by officials from the PTI government's negotiating team. Saylani Welfare Trust Chairman Maulana Bashir Farooqui, who was present during negotiations between the TLP and the government, said the agreement cannot be made public before the 10th day of the deal, even as he assured that its contents "do not go against the national interest". Shedding light on the Pakistan Democratic Movement's (PDM) decision to hold a long march, Rasheed said that the actual time for the sit-in was when PDM chief Fazlur Rehman first visited Islamabad, and that the Opposition began protests "late". The PDM last week announced protests across the country as well as a long march towards Islamabad against the government's "anti-people" measures and inflation. "Now, if they plan a sit-in, they will be humiliated," he said, adding that it will take more than six months for PDM to warm up. Rasheed said that the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan will negatively affect Pakistan. "Our economy is already going through testing times," he said. Regarding the electronic voting machine, the interior minister said that his party Awami Muslim League supports Prime Minister Imran Khan. "I am a supporter of the EVM," he maintained. He told the media that the names of the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif and Fawad Hassan Fawad were already on the exit control list (ECL). The minister also shed light on the surging inflation in Pakistan, saying that food prices are increasing worldwide. However, he admitted that inflation is a real problem the government needs to deal with. It is pertinent to mention here that according to the data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), the weekly inflation for the week ended November 11 registered an increase of 1.81%. During the week, average prices of 30 essential items, including tomatoes, diesel, petrol, cooking oil, vegetable ghee, potatoes, etc., rose.

The News/via Geo.tv/FilesRetired Justice  Sheikh Azmat Saeed “will head the inquiry committee on the Broadsheet case”, confirms Information Minister Shibli Faraz Justice Saeed was part of the five-member larger Supreme Court bench that disqualified Nawaz SharifPM Imran Khan has set up a ministerial committee to probe the Broadsheet LLC scandal, Faraz had revealed earlier ISLAMABAD: The PTI-led federal government has appointed a former judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, retired Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, as the head of the inquiry committee tasked to probe the Broadsheet LLC scandal. Information and Broadcasting Minister Senator Shibli Faraz confirmed the development on Twitter, saying the retired judge “will head the inquiry committee on the Broadsheet case”. The former apex court judge would also be consulted on the appointment of other members of the Broadsheet probe committee. The former apex court judge would also be consulted on the appointment of other members of the Broadsheet probe committee. An important fact to note is that Justice Saeed was part of the five-member larger Supreme Court bench that disqualified Nawaz Sharif. The bench, which was headed by then chief justice Asif Saeed Khosa, included Justice Ijaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz Ul Hasan. PM constitutes committee Faraz had revealed a couple of days ago that Prime Minister Imran Khan has constituted a ministerial committee to probe the Broadsheet LLC scandal and tasked it to present its findings in 45 days. Sources had informed Geo News at the time that PM Imran Khan had directed the three-member ministerial committee to make public the facts in the scandal involving the London-based asset recovery firm and the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The Broadsheet LLC scandal PM Imran Khan had taken notice of the Broadsheet scandal after court documents revealed that Pakistan’s anti-graft watchdog had made a deliberate decision to disregard financial damages that may be caused to the said company by entering into a settlement with an unauthorised individual and paid around $1.5 million to a fake firm. The arbitration court that heard the case — Broadsheet LLC vs. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the National Accountability Bureau — was chaired by Sir Anthony Evans. The court’s ruling titled Part Final Award (Liability issues) was handed down in August 2016 under the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Case No. 12912001. The case details the whole saga from the NAB’s establishment to the signing and — three years later — rescinding the agreement with Broadsheet, a breach of contract, illegal payments from Pakistan to wrong entities; and all that led the court to ascertain that the anti-corruption body was involved in intentional wrongdoings. The NAB and Broadsheet LLC had signed the agreement in 1999, which was breached by Pakistan in October 2003. Judgment documents had revealed what the arbitration court concluded, that the claimant — Broadsheet LLC — was entitled to recover damages from the respondents — the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the NAB — for the “tort of conspiring to cause unlawful economic loss to the Claimant by entering into the Settlement Agreement dated 20 May 2008 with Mr. James and companies controlled by him and/or in making payments to him or them thereunder”. https://timespakistan.com/govt-appoints-retired-justice-azmat-saeed-to-head-inquiry-committee/9161/
