Narsis Dren may be a pretty elf, but he’s prettier stuck as a bottle.

I want to keep him that way and throw him in the coldest part of western skyrim’s sea until someone finds him in a block of ice, and uses him for soup.

hp update: completed 2 more chapters and am up to date again

the past few chapters has been a lot of making the animal crossing rounds. like in the old gamecube animal crossing if you didnt play for a while and then came back, every time you wanted to interact with a villager you would first have to suffer through their “WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN” dialog before you could actually talk to them. this is a lot like that but its everybody being sad at you because the mc hasnt kept in touch with them over the summer/talked to them since school started up again. in the last 2 chaps, this process has happened with andre, jae, rowan, and actually not barnaby hes been out there flourishing apparently. 

i actually remember very little of andres level... he found the perfect socks to give to a shady old man who once tricked charlie and i into buying a counterfeit dragon egg. im still looking for ways to be a better friend to him but dont feel satisfied yet. 

jaes i remember more of.... hes still in detention hell and he misses our shared misery. a new kid has replaced me down there and we had a full level of gossiping about how much they suck. i hope we see more of jae in the future U-U.

rowans hit me pretty hard... its been hinting at this for a while but the mc and rowan have been growing apart. mc has so many friends and is constantly running around while rowan hasnt made any new friends on her own since year 1 basically. you have the option to spend a level with her reminiscing on old times and assuring each other that we havent grown out of each other. :C i relate to this a lot........

but rowan has made some friends, she was friends with the weird sisters before the mc met them, though theyve by sure graduated by now. she was also hanging out with barnaby independent of you so even if she hasnt made friends on her own, she still has some. i cant imagine what happens if you choose not to take her with you for this scene. 

barnaby has been out there living. hes been talking to penny about muggle stuff and has decided he wants to become the magical version of a renaissance man. hes been trying out new hobbies, trying to learn new things, actively asking rowan for help studying, and just having fun. glad to see hes so upbeat. hes got as much stuff to angst over as ismelda but he just doesnt have an angsty bone in his body. its pleasant. 

as for general game notes, finally maxed animal friendship with the dang horse. did 1 more level on that side quest, horse got spooked and flew away oh noooo. next task is to gain 150 bravery points while penny buys us some alcohol. 

also, the game has seemingly been making it easier to gain notebooks because i recently was able to purchase friendship rights with the magic hedgehog. idk what to name it yet, perhaps sniffums?

the dormitory has been added as its own location that you can get to from the stairs, but you can also still get to it as a room off another location like normal. theyve added a camera button which seems to pause the game and put up a hphm logo in the dormitory area, but it doesnt seem to be able to take pictures in any sense of the word, i still have to figure that out anew every time. another fun thing is now you turn back and forth between you human form and animagus form while in the dormitory.

bats and acromantuals have been added to be able to be bought for 130 brown notebooks each but im broke TT_________TT

nothing new on the leader board for a while.... last thing that they did was remove bill. no new students have been added to it since liz. idk what its even for tbh

game devs.... if you read my blog..... show me a sign.... add all the new kids to the leader board. this is a test. if this happens i know your spying on me.
