every time i imagine The Crimson (location) all i can really picture is something sort of like AT-5 from Iron Lung. Unfathomably deep dark red blood ocean, full of trenches and unnatural labyrinth structures that seem to move just to disorient you, impossible corrupted life and its remnants, just very wet and scary and dangerous. Which makes it a lot funnier to me to imagine Crimson just chilling out there unbothered with a DS or smthn
