how i see "The helper" episode . (i have diagnosed adhd and autism fyi: everyone is different so take what i say with that context <3 not all autistic people are like me so please understand this is more based on my experience personally)

Really weird post i know but hear me out. When i watch "The helper " i immediatly think about having meltdowns as a little kid or just any age in general wether online or irl.

^ Like if you`re looking at it like i am, you can understand why id say it feels like hes having a meltdown / breakdown because something that makes sense to him most of the time, now makes no sense at all to him / freaks him out |

| (Being unable to help people because they do not need his help which he is not used to , thus making him react way worse then most people would sense it is something very special to him Like how people will have specific special intrests or hyperfixations etc) personally i freak out and get meltdowns when my pc is broken or needs fixed and i cannot draw whatsoever for long peroids of time. )

and how you / i would immediatly feel ashamed , nervous and guilty afterwards , or just generally exhausted or depending on the person feel like a burden on the people around you.

(also for this next part yes i know this is implied to be sylvia`s idea but it still makes me wanna tear up because it hits home way too hard) and other people will immediatly treat you as a "trouble maker" that has to be dealt with , punished or pushed aside even tho its something you cant help and sometimes cant even understand .

the dialogue espeically is a gut punch for me.

its his special intrest / hyperfixation <3333 so of course he can try to turn it into something fun . and the rest of the episode goes on as he Does what they asked him to. and they immediately reward him for throwing himself out of their way .

(this genuinely makes me so mad i`m sorry fuck those towns people man you could`ve just talked to him instead GRAHHHH) and how he gets super happy after FINALLY pleasing them.

How to get your kids to STOP keeping secrets from you! (the answer WILL shock you) (script, I might record a video for this, we'll see)

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first episode of Good Parents Don't Do That! The show where I talk about what good parents don't do, and what bad parents are prone to do. Don't worry though, if you're prone to some of these bad habits, it's never too late to make a switcheroo and learn some better habits! Your children will appreciate it, guaranteed! Stick around to the end for a special outro! Let's get into it.

Number one: Become stricter. What a lot of parents tend to do when their child becomes secretive, is to be more strict, but that is NOT the answer. Let me put it in a way that the most people possible will understand; when you were a kid, did you respond with oppenness and complete cooperation when your parents came down hard on you? If the answer is no, great! that's very normal for any human being to feel in a situation where an authority is pressing down on them! If your answer was yes? You're lying! moving on.

Number two: talk down to them. Now another thing bad parents are prone to doing is talking down to their children. What do I mean by that? Phrases like "you're just being lazy" "grow up" "why cant you be more responsible?" "your sibling would never act this way" "when I was your age etc." and "you're too emotional/soft" are excellent examples of what not to do! These can make children feel as though you aren't on their level, because you aren't! When you speak from a place of negativity and condescention, nobody would be receptive to it. In other words, get off your high horse and talk to your kids like real people! Because they are!

Number three: dig around. Now you might feel tempted if you think your child is being decietful to begin digging around. Things like; going through their personal items, going through their phone, interrogating them or their friends, or overall being nosy and intrusive will only make them hide more from you, and hide better! Through these means, you will only push them further away and damage more of their trust.

Now this was a long list of things not to do, which can be hard to work off of, so I'll throw in some things to try!

Number one: build trust. Now building trust is NOT a one person job. You may think it is entirely their job to trust you completely, but that is NOT the case *incorrect buzzer* instead, what you should try to do, is go out of your way to show that you trust them. things like allowing them more privileges, and possibly working TOGETHER on a solution for things, rather than simply invading their privacy are great ways to build trust!. Trust is very important, without trust, the house becomes a very negative place, and a difficult living environment.

Now dont become disheartened if you don't see immediate results!! trust takes a long time to build once its been broken. A wise woman once told me

Wasn't that fun cut-away to my mother helpful? Now you've heard from a true trust-exerciser how this method truly works!

Number two: show them you care about their mind and heart. what do I mean by that? well, its simple, everybody has mental and emotional health to be considered, especially when living under the same roof. Now a great way to do this is to sometimes sit down with your child and ask them things like "what could I do better?" "how did this event make you feel?" "what could we change so you feel included and valued" etc! Now I understand this face-to-face confrontation is really really hard! but its okay, there are more subtle ways if you aren't the 'face emotions head on' type. Things like becoming interested and invested when they discuss their life, friends, school, etc. If they express intrests, indulge them! This will make them feel like you see them as a person and not just some lackey or worse! that you don't see them at all.

Phantoms

my wife said i should tell people why my profile is a phantom, and its bc i love them!! :D

They are super underated, i love staying up for multiple days just to get to see them. Their skeletal wing structures are amazing, i would love to look at them upclose. I wouldve chose to study phantoms but then i got that internship at KH. and everything changed i guess... i... have alot of stuff i need to work through still, but phantoms have been my special intrest for years so anytime i learn something new about them it makes my day. they are SOOO CUTE, one time when i was little, i didnt sleep for days and i went outside to try and play with the phantoms haha... I got a scar on my chin, but it was worth it to see those cuties :3 my sleep schedule is pretty messed up, mostly because of my nightmares. I just feel so bad for.... nevermind. i just miss her. woah haha overshared there, anyway back to phantoms, did you know their scales can produce a great material for gliding? they use their scales on their front because it helps them dive straight down to catch their victims. Ive heard of some people building wings out of them, though it seems like you would need another material ontop of the phantom membrane to help make them last longer... based on my research the phantoms have something in their blood that makes up for this, but it seems we cant recreate it ourselves without having another material.

5 minutes ago my mom and me just had a screaming match about how I kept showing her stuff on my feed, or wanting to talk to her about the new expansion pack for the sims 4 horse ranch, and how its special to me and nostalgic, because i specifically rememeber the horses when i think of the sims 3, and how thats the game i was first introduced to me. (a bit of a rant i guess, but im still excited about it and i need to talk about it somewhere) she came into the space i was in, and then yelled at me after i wanted to talk to her about my intrests, ya know normal topics to talk about with your family and so i snap at her "if you don't want to hear me talk to you, then you can just leave" and she got PISSED at that saying "when im in here with dad, he doesn't contantly pester me" like I DONT GIVE A FLYING FUCK about wether dad talks to you, im my own fucking person, who likes talking, doesn't matter whether your in the room or not, id be talking either way. im fucking LONELY. she constantly complains about how i never talk to her anymore and never come out of my 'pig sty' of a room. but when ever i do this happens. its the very reason i talk to myself, because i dont trust that when i talk to HER about my interests it wont be turned into an argument and how she wont show ANY interest in what i find really exciting. she said the followning about something i was literally trying to talk to her about cause i was excited about it: "i dont care its just a dumb game" in like a really mean tone

another thing she said was "i listened to what you were interested in before and even offered to splurge on it, but nothing ever came of it" what shes refering to is my interest in making my own fursuit, and even offer to pay for materials... if i got my grades up. now i tried i really did, but ive been strugling with this for 4+ YEARS, its not like im getting bad grades on purpose, i really tried to get them up, but i dont know how. i cant just magically get good grades after 4+ years of struggling just because your offering me something i want. plus its not like you are helping any, pulling me out of the best method of learning for me, in person. saying its a consequence for having bad grades, the thing is, i was actually learning there. now i just have stupid fucking books im supposed to read, and ive learned fucking nothing in the ENTIRE FUCKING YEAR IVE BEEN SUPPOSED TO FUCKING LEARING FROM IT YOU STPID FUCKING IDIOTF WIFJCCGITFRFDJHYTVUCUBKH

ahh ive not really been here (besides to lurk) for a few days but i just wanna say i love and support you :) also congrats to you and taylor!!! you guys are absolutely lovely together and im glad you guys found eachother! How so?

I asked him can I be a rare breed. Like not many, being the race is rather reclusive he says ok. Then proceeds to. Make them a common race. Am I a bit peeved (kinda) do I get pissed? (Further in the campaign yes)

So dm makes me a super COMMON race. (Told him in my background my kind were becoming more common but still rare due to a goverment pact of the human monster alliance) and gives everything what seems to be a +5 against any intimidation I try.

I rolled a nat 20 and nothing. Not even to civilians. Nothing. Kids (cant even scare em) So moving on. Apparently due to my background or how I came into this world apparently I caused rips in space and time and now theres hundreds of drops across the city and other time travelers popping in.

(Mind you I asked him i was only making this background and character bc it seemed intresting but i wanted no one from my background to follow me as my whole reason is to get back to my time period)

Anyways dm literally makes a ripoff UMBRELLA (like resident evil) cooperation literally named. Shoe Rack.

Hopefully it's not gonna be some bs. Session starts tomorrow so here's hope to a better party and session. For @tmntloversblog I hope you don’t mind me sending this here since it’s pretty long. Thank you for doing this! I’ve tried for years to figure out who I’d be best with and I’ve never been able to pick, so I’m sorry if this seems tricky!

I’ll start off easy with looks! I stand at 5’5”, have a curvy/chubby pear-shaped frame, and have multiple tiny scars littered around myself. My skin tone is a yellow tint of ivory, and I have chestnut colored hair and “hazel” eyes (mostly brown with green rimmed the edges and pupil. Best seen if a light is flashed in them). I have a nose stud on the right tip of my nostril and a beauty mark near the outer corner of my left eye. I’m told I’m fairly pretty, which I’ll live up to.

I normally wear splashes of lighter purples and blues with a pair of jeans and baggy hoodies or sweaters. My collarbone lengthen hair is almost always tugged up into a ponytail or held back by a headband.

My favorite colors are pastels of any sorts, and my favorite animal has to be a Western Swamp Tortoise (look at its cute little nose!!).

Onto my personality, I live up to my name (Gabrielle/Gabby) and tend to talk/rant a little too much… my mind runs constantly, and I can’t help it sometimes. I have a love for learning, especially about our world and us as human beings. I’m pretty knowledgeable in any type of Earth Science and Biology related things, but I’m not too good at Chemistry. Outer space is more of an aesthetic pleasure to me. It’s interesting, but not my cup of tea to learn about. I’m definitely the ‘mom friend’ of any and all friend groups I’m in, and tend to lead more than often. I tend to be optimistic towards everyone but pessimistic towards myself. I push myself to be the greatest, and maybe get too excited when given praise. It’s odd, to be honest, since I actually hate the lime light. I’d rather be “in the shadows” or on the side lines observing.

Hobby wise, I love arts and crafts. Drawing/sketching is a talent I once had but stopped for a while. Along with writing. I’m trying to now gain back my skills, and thankfully it’s slowing coming back to me. I like to build and take things apart, and I LOVE psychology (that’s counted as a hobby, right?)!! I like helping people and learning about them.

I’m not very easy to read and my come across as cold and “thinks with her brain” when in reality, I’m quite the opposite. I always, sadly, think with my heart and tend to give people more credit than they deserve. However, I do not trust easy and it takes a lot to break down my walls. I rather be on the side of someone’s story than a main character, if that makes sense. I’m here for you, but I’d rather you not be here for me. I’m… complicated. But for some wired reason donnie didnt like you for the first couple of times but it quickly went away and replaced with all mushy love♥ -the hacking love messages - you could be doing some work on your computer and it freezes and shuts down for a second and sudenly this digital ‘I LOVE YOU from your dork’ pops up♥ - for your birthday ( if you intrested in digital art) he would totally make you a personal tablet for you with all you can imagine in it for the other guys: Okay I think you are the family’s therapist so you would go and help them through anything -especially raph since he thinks that no one can understand him and he needs someone to talk to -you will be there to let him steam out his anger - and it actually works and it will affect him as he will be more calm than usual - you dont talk that mush to each other in public but you are just fine with that -donnie sometimes gets jealous from this and might end up fighting with raph -but dont you worry they will get over it soon�� eventually. … maybe - you and mikey are the gaming champions -even if you dont like video games -art buddies -leo would be interested in Japanese art and writing -so you end up finding some thick paper and ink pen and just draw together -meditation classes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So what do you think? Digimon tri: Loss rant aka butthurt

So there are things that bothers me a lot about these Digimon tri movies and this movie, well lets just say its teh drop that tipped the glass. I dont really like rewieving things..but i am very passionate for digimon, so i suppose this will do.

So what is there to say about Digimon tri? or spesifically... loss? hehe loss..more like loss of my intrest in these movies..

TLDR; the movie is long, boring, little action, meiko is shit as always, the conflict with sora, tai and matt doesnt exist, some scenes go nowhere and are more filler then plot, still questions left unanswered, 02 kids are dead and gone and nobody cares at this point, and shitty, limited, boring, bland and dissapoiunting animation. 

Anyhow where do i even start? first i suppose i should start off by saying the things i DO like about this movie. I did enjoy seeing tai more in the spotlight, and it was nice seeing tai, matt and sora talk again. And not to mention, digivolutions! Where most of the digis became ultimate! hell yeah! and my boi machinedramon, i always loved that fella. And more digi kaiser?? YES PLS FUEL MY NEEDS FOR FOOTAGE!! and of course, the animation was well done with the fight scenes and the action was really neat! My favorite part of the movie was the last part.

and now, onto the... MANY many problems these movies had, with none other then shitty animation, awkward scenes, bad art styles, scenes that go nowhere, meiko, and FILLER!! clench your asshole because this is going to be a long one...

Ok so we start off the movie strong. This flashback goes well with me because its this old timey wimey film effect, and we get to see the backstory of himekawa and black hair teacher typography mcgee, i forgot his name..anyway thats cool, we get plot! and then cuts to meiko being left out with her dark evil special digital device. GOOD. she has no way to enter now. she should be left out like the shitty written character she is. im glad shes out.. but would i be like this for long?? NOPE, NOT HERE IN DISSAPOINTMENT LAND I WONT!!

So then we get tehse cute bonding scenes, which are just very nice. its good they take their time with these, and boy....do they take their time :))))) the shitty happy music desu comes so abruplty that you just sit back and say “nice here it is.” so the rest of the digimon get along just fine with the kids again, which is nice i guess....except for pyokomon or whatever. For some reason she is the ONLY CONVENIENT one that wont like her. now, im fine with this, because things never happen the same way twice. however, she is THE ONLY ONE, and the others open very fast, so why?? eh whatever wont bother explaining too much about that ;))

so after this kawaii desuka moment, after toei “””””””””””””””animation”””””””””””””””” show us a slideshow of their best drawings of the kids just sitting there, with no movement, we get on with it. 

There is one thing i learned in animation class, and that is that YOU NEVER HAVE ONE STILL FRAME in animation, and these movies have a lot of them, and so fucking shittly placed as well. Just sometimes to save time, or just because lazyness, the animators just pan a akward still filler frame. i know things are hard, and horrible in NEY-HON, especially with animation, but for gods sake i cant help but go “animation is hard XDDdDdDD” whenever watching these movies....because sometimes....SOMETIMES.......

anyway so onto the story, “special super powerful” meikoomon appears, crying because she is adult and remembers meiko. why, you ask?? WHY??????? WELL who cares stfu. so she runs away and jumps into a distortion. did she make it? did the digital world provide her with some? will we get answers??

so then, PTaiSD starts doubhting if we can save the special boy cat, and Yamaha has to of course get angry about every single little thing tai does, and walks off in a huff. Was this scene forced like all hell?? is yamiffedo being a bitch for no reason?? Yes. yes he was. at this point, it feels like they just put this here to give matt a reason to be angry because they have nothing left to bitch about to eachother, or yashitto just wont let up. either way, it is so frustrating..but i digress. 

we also cut to black haired crocks wearing mcgee again, in and out, of him saying “i cant figure this out” and we get told this 2 times. ... ANYYYWAYYYY then the kids remember their personalities again and tai suggests we do something now, and the digimon digivolved. HURRAH!”

byomon is still not trusting sora, which is fine i guess bonds take time, and they did take their time, which was fine. so they keep cutting to this trolly, the one they slept in in digimon adventure. HEY GUYS, REMEMBER THE TROLLY???? REMEMBER DIGIMON 01?? WASNT THAT SERIES COOL??? 

special OP baby cat meikomon just sits and laments because she cant find meiko, so she gets all infected and fucks up everything again, making the reboot for NUFFIN if she keeps this up. BUTT WAIT, why does she still have this infection?????? OH NO SHE TURNED EVIL AGAIN!!!! but does the movie explain??

so here we are with the blank kids club as izzy expositions the shit out of the other kids, which is nice. its nice to get plot... BUT ITS NOT THE PLOT WE ACTUALLY NEED, just...just a little bit of it. just a little bit.......... anyway everyone cuberbullies meiko and basically says that she is a shit and wont fit in here because all she would do is cry or fuck up something beyond repair. that is what she would do.

so then sora walks off and sits by a trunk and is sad because her tamagotchi doesnt like her anymore. BUT.......and this is a big but...Taishit and Yaman come to the rescue. BUT...they are both stupidly blank and doesnt know waht the fuck to do or say, but they try. how will they tackle this point??

So basically sora is suprised to figure out that tai and matt cant read her mind, and just runs off and is understandably angry about the situation. so as tai and matt is visibly upset they cant fix this, which you couldnt tell because their expressions are about as vibrant as a piece of wood, Taichi basically says something good for once. Sora spends her times worrying about other people and doesnt say anything about her own worries. which is....good??????

im sorry but to me thats not good at all. if you fix everyone elses problem, and you shut your own problems inside, you are going to suffer. THIS IS NOT A GOOD THING HOLY FUCK WHAT KIND OF MESSAGE IS THAT??!?!?!?!? unless i am completly misunderstanding this kind of behaviour but to me, this is not good. fuck that shit. so that scene ends. nothing gets resolved.  then finally, after fucking FOREVER with filler scenes and awkward crappy animation, machinedramon finally appears and is here to fucking kill this second hand emberassment. they run from him, and the others see whats going on. so then they try to do something and fails, and then meikoomon isnt evil anymore...........????? and then something which i think is one of the biggest, STUPIDEST cop puts of all time happens. 

macinedramon shoots them at point blank, and really hard and long too, like so long the camera makes sure to show ALL of their faces as they slowly burn to death by the giant super death cannon...and so they all get fucking obliterated and die... EXCEPT THEY DONT!!!!!!!!!! A DISTORTION PORTAL APPEARS AND JUST... TROWS THEM ACROSS THE ENTIRE ISLAND!!!! AND THE KIDS ARE ALSO UNHARMED!?”!?”?!?

WHAT THE FUYCK IS THAT SHIT?!?!??! WHY DID THE DISTORITON APPEAR??? WHO MADE IT?? WAS IT MEIKOOMON??? EXPLAIN!!! EXPLAIN FOR FUCKS SAKE IM TOO AUTISTIC TO UNDERSTAND THIS DEEP LEVEL OF STORY TELLING!!!

I was in a car accident 4 days ago. My Mother was the passenger in my car (I was driving). I was on the off ramp getting off the freeway. All cars behind me were stopped. The person behind me (large dodge ram truck I am in an '08 2 door Infiniti coupe) thought I went so he 'gunned it' to get in front of the emergency vehicle. Unfortunately, we had not gone so he pushed my vehicle out in front of the emergency vehicle. Luckily, I was able to turn my car out of the way. I did not hit anyone (no one was in front of me). My Mother and I were both put into a gurney and taken to a local hospital in an ambulance. We both had our seat belts on and suffered whiplash. We were released 5-6 hours later after x-rays, etc. We were both prescribed medicine. My Mother has had 3 brain tumors and has trouble with her speech etc. and any violent startling trauma can get her shaken up pretty badly and confused. I know she hit her head but, she is in pain but not nearly as much as I am. With my Mother's condition I don't know if this kind of thing can have negative effects later on. I know that my neck and back is pretty messed up. It hurts to stand for after 15 minutes or so. My car is pretty messed up and had to be towed. I plan on taking it back to the Infiniti shop to get all new parts. My car has all the upgrades in it so I want it to be taken care of. Am I allowed to take it to the Infiniti dealership or will Geico (the other persons insurance) not allow that, or does it not matter? The police gave the guy that hit us a citation. I have USAA and the other person has Geico. I just want to know exactly what to do in this situation. Well, I figure something had to happen in the intervening 2000 years, and something like that would probably shake things up. Humans don't seem to be shunned in the "time skip" Polaris storyline. Granted, maybe they mostly live by themselves now, the fairy forest seemed off limits.

What do you think more specifically happened between Dakota and the rest of the girls that ripped their friendship apart? Will they be able to hold the friendship together, or will stress and life tear them apart? Will Dakota be able to find common ground with Jun, especially given the newly revealed information about their own childhood past together? Speaking of which, will Dakota be able to grow closer to her crush, Janet Yang, or will Janet Yang’s own mysteries make the two girls butt heads? What other theories do you have about the people introduced in the comic so far?

When Dakota first mentioned looking up to Janet Yang, I thought, ooooh Yuri. But nope. Janet doesn't seem to be into her. (And it's Jun who said he might go for guys.) I'm not sure if it'll go anywhere other than Dakota having to make a choice at some point between Janet and her friends.
